Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor that has an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT view from a private balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves right from your living room & master bedroom.
Located in the A PLACE A THE BEACH condo complex in Atlantic Beach, NC. This unit was completely renovated from top to bottom; including flooring and beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms!
A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach!

This property has everything you need to enjoy the perfect family vacation with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and of course an amazing outdoor 150ft water slide right on the property! Indoor pool and hot tub! The lovely courtyard is perfect for outdoor activities and games and includes a fun children's playground! Enjoy an on site basketball court, tennis court, mini golf and a large courtyard to play around in!
Multiple charcoal & gas grills are located conveniently on the property.

The property is just minutes away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 minute drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.
There are elevators located centrally in each building & carts to assist with loading luggage.

This unit is on the 2nd story. There is an elevator and carts to assist with loading and unloading luggage. There is both a WASHER & DRYER inside the unit. Linens are included; Bed sheets and one bath towel set per guest. Feel free to bring any additional you feel you may need.

Up to 2 Parking passes & 6 guests permitted. No pets.

This is such a lovely unit. The view simply cannot be beat. The amenities were great, nice amount of cooking utensils, pots, pans. We ate in most nights so this was important! Great dining room table for our family to eat at. All of the beds were comfortable. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and a great selection of games in the bedroom closet! So much fun! Hope to come again!

My husband and I were there for our anniversary and a ocean view was a must. The view did not disappoint and there was easy access to the beach. The location to the places we enjoy was also perfect. It was nicely decorated and furnished.

Everything was well taken care of and very clean. My only concern was the master bedrooms mattress was very uncomfortable. That matters tremendously. Otherwise, excellent.

Very nice 2nd floor end unit. The condo itself was a nice design to accommodate our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots, skillets, baking sheets, and cutlery. Oven was fairly new looking as well.Bed was comfortable. The mattress was high quality. It was very firm which is obviously a personal preference, but it was definitely a quality mattress.Everything was very clean and exactly as described.As far as the resort, it is fantastic in every way. Tons of cool extras. Ours kids, 6&3, loved the indoor pool and the putt putt. Both were well maintained and in excellent condition.We had a great trip. Looking forward to our next opportunity to come back.

First time vacationing in this condo & upon arrival we had to spot clean all over. It appeared the cleaning was done in a rush as a trash can was left on the kitchen table. The fridge required wiping down as a shelf had sticky residue. There was dust on the ceiling, walls, & baseboards. The sliding glass door was covered with grime & hand prints & was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The vents in the ceiling were sweating & dripping water upon arrival. They were also covered in dust & mold. We switched the hvac fan to auto, it was set to fan on all the time prior to our arrival & that is what we think caused the sweating & we kept doors closed & that helped it to stop. The condo has been remodeled but it already requires some upkeep & attention. It could use a good deep clean & paint job. The floors were separating in spots. The master bedroom ceiling was peeling paint. The rugs need washing. We communicated our findings to the owner & she did respond within 24 hours that she would discuss with the cleaning crew. The proximity to the beach, & pool, & other amenities were great! Overall, we enjoyed the complex itself, however this particular unit was not as clean as pictured & it didn’t appear that the renovations were done too recent. Also, the living room furniture was not ideal as there was 1 small couch & then 2 wicker chairs which were uncomfortable. We made it work since there was only 4 of us staying there but would suggest a different setup in the future.

Loved the ocean view and natural area

Plenty of family friendly amenities including water slide pool, putt-putt, hot tub, indoor pool, easy beach access, tennis/pickleball. We loved the live music by the pool on Friday afternoon.

Great!!!

Direct ocean view from balcony was excellent. Great outdoor pool with a legit water slide that both adults and kids will enjoy. Excellent outdoor grills, mini golf and other sports activities made it great for the whole family. Highly recommend for a great family trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in condo #274! It was a newly renovated condo with a great ocean view, super close and easy access to the beach and pool, and very spacious for our family! We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful

This was such a nice place with a great location to ocean & amenities of the complex. It did not disappoint, the views from balcony were great & just a few steps to be on the beach! We will definitely be back again, the condo had everything we needed! Internet & tv service was good too!

Beautifully updated condo. Everything that you could need on the property. Very helpful and friendly staff. SO much to do in the area. Fabulous places to eat. This will be our new favorite beach destination!

Beautiful View

Our favorite vacation spot ~ on the beach, lovely accommodations and beautiful view from the balcony! We have rented this condo for several years now. The owner is always very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean and nicely decorated.

Best view in Atlantic Beach

This development had something for everyone and every weather- very nice indoor salt water pool and hot tub; super fun outdoor pol with water slide; playground; even mini golf. Our unit was clean and comfortable, spacious for our family of 3, easy access to the beach access but not so close as to be noisy. And, an incredible view on the private deck. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Awesome Ocean View

This is the third year we have stayed in this condo. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and well supplied, The owners are quick to reply to any inquiries. The direct ocean view is awesome! Our family enjoys vacationing at A Place at the Beach. In addition to the beach, there are many other amenities including the pools, mini golf and food trucks.
