Atlantic Beach Ocean View Condo - 219 SeaSpray

In addition to the fabulous view of the ocean, 219 SeaSpray has everything else you'll need for your get-away! It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Sit inside at either the bar and kitchen table or enjoy a meal out on the balcony while you watch the sunrise or sunset. You can even grill out using one of the community charcoal grills in the courtyard. The community has its own beach access. You're less than a five minute walk from having your rear in a beach chair, your toes in the sand and a favorite beverage in your hand! If you don't like the sand, the SeaSpray community has an outdoor pool, complete with a kiddie pool. This condo is conveniently located to Fort Macon State Park. You'll also find excellent restaurants and attractions on the island or after a quick drive to Morehead City or Beaufort. It's the perfect place for you to be as active or relaxed as you want!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*This condo is on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators or ramps.*
*Parking is available for 2 vehicles only! No trailers or boats can park here.
*While the condo complex has a strict no pet policy for guests, I have a dog who comes with me when I use the condo. He's not allowed on furniture & the condo is well-cleaned after I'm there.
*A photo ID is required as proof that the renter is at least 25 years old.
*No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
*The clothes dryer in the condo is not available to guests. The coin laundry room is conveniently located right below my condo.
