First bedroom is furnished with Queen size bed and 2nd Bedroom has a trundle (Two Singles), each has a closet. 5th Guest can sleep on the Futton sofa. Guests can now enjoy the newly painted kitchen, renovated and painted dining room, living room and bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with new flooring, ceiling fans. The kitchen has newer fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker, toaster. New flatware, cutlery, dinning set and large windows to enjoy sea breezes throughout the day. New mattresses with the full decoration. Equipped with washer and Dryer.

The open floor plan of the Kitchen Room / Living Room with Awesome sofa with matching arm chair has a large flat screen TV and AC, Mitsubishi Air Conditioning dining room and Wi-Fi connection. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. The entire house has been freshly painted and super clean. There is also a patio with table and chairs on the front side of the house, and a grill. The outside shower is on the side of the rear house. This property consists of two homes, this one is in the rear. Parking is available on the street. The house is just a short walk to the beach and is located within walking distance to local area shops and restaurants. The home is a nonsmoking no pet rental.

We are only one block from the Beach and Boardwalk and one block to the bay and ‪Lavallette‬ Gazebo! Our home is just a few blocks south of the legendary ‪Crabs Claw‬, Duncan Donuts, ‪Mike's Subs‬, and the fabulous Lenny's. The home is just north of Meg's Café, Sand Dollar restaurant, Ben Franklin, Churches, and The Music Man!
