This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this three-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV on the HD flat-screen. The sleeper sofa in the living area is brand new and can comfortably accommodate up to two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to six comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony, an HD flat-screen TV, a private bath, and can sleep two. The second bedroom is a queen suite with an HD flat-screen TV, a private bath, and can sleep two. The third bedroom can sleep up to four guests with two double-sized beds and an attached bathroom. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer and sleeps a total of 10.

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
