Ocean Front 2 bdrm downstairs apt

This newly remodeled apt offers a spectacular view of the ocean from a large picture window. The kitchen has a full size stainless steel stove and refrigerator. There is a large counter that offers seating for 4. This space is great for making meals or simple snacks. The living room has a large comfy couch that is also a sofa sleeper. The first bedroom has 2 twins size beds with pillow top mattresses for a good nights sleep. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a pillow top mattress. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms to help keep you cool. This apt is ideal for a small family that wants to spend time on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!

There is a large common patio area with plenty of tables and seating and an awesome view of the ocean. There is also a large charcoal BBQ similar to ones in state parks.
