You’re definitely paying for proximity to Front Street with this property. The apartment itself is fine; it has a comfy bed and enough space. Positives:Good location, free parking space (very tight if you have a larger vehicle), easy check in process (do they change the codes between guests??)To be improved:We found the overall cleanliness to be sub-par and the overall set-up felt like an afterthought. It had all the parts but everything felt dated, dingy, and kind of run-down. I agree with another former renter who stated the sponge to clean dishes as disgusting; I didn’t trust the cleanliness of any of the dishes and so we didn’t use any appliances or cook; the couch felt grimy so we put a sheet on. The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. We had earplugs so weren’t too bothered by the noise from the fitness studio below, but we did notice the noise. If you really need to be close to this area it’s an option, but I won’t stay here again considering how close most things are in a short drive. I’d prefer to spend this much on a cozier, cleaner space.
