Seaside Retreat Cottage, 6 min walk to beach, lots of backyard space- No Prom!

Our cottage has an open floor plan, great for families wanting to share a meal or a fun game night. The home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with bunk beds twin on top and full on the bottom. We include all bedding and bath towels with a few essentials to get you started on your stay. Beach badges are also includes and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella so you don't have to pack yours. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and preparing. The home also has central air, a big backyard and a gas grill. We really go out of our way to provide you a home away from home. There are even some toys, puzzles and crayons for the kids to look forward to. We have basic cable, a streaming smart TV and high speed Wifi for all your entertainment purposes. The property has a paved driveway for 2 cars, so you don't have to worry about parking.
Our Location-
We are located on the bayside but only a 7 min walk to the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of restaurants, parks, and fishing and crabbing docks in walking distance to us. We have 2 new parks that are very close, we also have new pickleball and basketball courts. There is the local Jenkinsons Water Park for the family to enjoy but also a new Splash park right at the top of our boardwalk entrance. The famous BeachComber, Sawmill, Ocean Club and Klees are all in that 7 min walk. Every Wednesday the Boardwalk has Fireworks and on Sundays free concerts on the beach. There is so much to do to fill your week. You can enjoy miniature golf, the water park and go karts, live music, all the arcade and rides on the boardwalk, crabbing and fishing off the bay piers, renting a boat or a wave runner, driving to the beautiful Island Beach State Park.

Why us? There is so much family fun to be had in our area and I am happy to help you make some wonderful memories. I have lived here my entire life and enjoy it so much. I grew up helping my parents rent and now I have 4 rentals, that we own and manage. This rental is located closer to the quiet bayside where the sunsets are beautiful. The home has a great yard for the kids to play and/or grownups to relax in.
During July and August we rent Weekly Saturday to Saturday. But before and after we only have a 2 night minimum, unless a Holiday Weekend.

We had a great experience, home was perfect, clean and location was just what we were looking for. We loved how fully stocked the house was including an entire cabinet of games for our family to enjoy. We loved the backyard space for our kids. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Very nice quiet location by the bay. Comfortable and clean. Nice backyard to hang out and have a BBQ. Would definitively recommend. This is the second time we rented and would definitively rent again.

Beach stay

Everything was as described. Perfect spot for a family - boardwalk and beach were walkable. The yard was perfect for kids to play in and we had easy access to everything we needed.

Cozy and clean

We had such a good time renting this property for a week. It made it so easy that we only had to bro g our personal belongings. The house was very clean and the owners were very nice. I will definitely be renting again next summer. Great location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Love that we had our own yard and umbrella and beach chairs were there to use at our leisure

You’ll LOVE staying in this Cottage!

This cottage was everything the online listing said it was and more!! Super clean, super nice and great location with a short walking distance to the beach and boardwalk! Easy quick communication upon checking in and out! Private driveway! Would absolutely stay here again!

Very comfortable stay

Very cute, updated cottage with a nice backyard with lounge chairs, table and chairs with umbrella and a propane grill. Quiet, cute neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy couches in the living area, and a comfortable bed in the Master bedroom. Easy walk to the Boardwalk. We enjoyed biking to the Boardwalk early am and cruising all over and back to the Bay side. Five minutes to the Supermarket. One mile to Island Beach State Park, which is a beautiful, quiet Park with beautiful beaches.

Comfortable, roomy, nice place close to beaches

We loved this place - everything went smoothly from door access to finding things. Little touches like the helpful nightlight in kitchen (for early morning coffee), very comfortable couches and bed, a spiffy toaster oven, and quality, sharp knives rounded out our week. We never turned on the TV - we were out walking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, or wading. We could see sunrises at the beach or sunsets over the bay within a quick walk. Having a driveway to park in was another plus. Finally, the owners were very kind. We hope to rent this one again!

A home away from home

I was sooo impressed with how comfortable and homey this property was. It was so clean, had everything you needed, great quality for your money. Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect Quiet Location

The property was amazing and the location was EXACTLY what we wanted. It was a short walk to the beach, but far enough from the boardwalk that it was nice and quiet and calm in the evenings. Sunsets the other direction (over the bay) were beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. My kids were excited with the puzzle and lego selection. The washer and dryer were great. Free parking was appreciated. No complaints at all. Can't wait to stay again next summer!

A wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful time here! The beach and boardwalk is a short walking distance…close enough! The bay is only a half block and we saw some beautiful sunsets! Definitely check out Laurita winery! Bring bikes…so much to see and do! Spicy’s Cantina has great food!

Perfect space!

Unfortunately the weather for the memorial day weekend was probably the worst in history, the house we rented was just the perfect space and location for your group! We had a couple of miner issues that were addressed quickly by the owners so no harm, no foul! Highly recommended for cleanliness and location! Close enough to the boardwalk but far enough to avoid the noise of it!

Seaside Shore House

This house has all of the amenities of a well thought out home. It is beautiful, clean, and in a great location in a quiet area of Seaside Heights, NJ. The kitchen has everything you need. The washer and dryer came in handy, and the total atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The extra puzzles and toys were a welcome addition. A wonderful stay!!

Well-equipped large, new cottage

This comfortable cottage is bigger than most. Irate rentals I’ve been in and worked well for a getaway to beach and seaside boardwalk. Quiet location near end of block.

Relaxing at the shore

The property was everything that the owner described. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Owner was always available when needed and the house was beautiful. A home away from home to enjoy the ocean.

Beautiful, clean, and refreshing

This property was beautiful. Located only a few blocks from the board walk. The owner was very professional and nice. She answered all questions promptly before and after our group arrived. We had a great time overall and we will definitely be back next year!!
