Totally renovated cottage - 5 min walk to the beach & boardwalk- No prom rentals

This is a single family home that has been totally renovated a few years ago. It has 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twin) and a full bath. Upon request the twin beds can be converted to a king bed. We provide all the bed linens, bath towels, some home essentials and some toys and games. We have a large TV with streaming and high speed WiFi. There is a washer and dryer along with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. We try and provide our home with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There are beach chairs, and an umbrella for you to use and we do have 4 beach badges for you to use during your stay. The home has heat and central air condition. There is an outside area in our covered porch to relax and grill out using our propane grill after an afternoon at the beach - it's perfect! We have a long driveway for 2 cars.
Our location is great! Nice and quiet on the bayside but only a 5-7 min walk to the excitement. We have some really nice new parks for the kids and new pickleball and basketball courts as well. Restaurants, cafes, sunsets and docks for crabbing and fishing are only a short walk too! The board walk is so close and has so much to offer- fireworks are every Wednesday and free beach concerts on Sunday, tons of great live music, water parks, go carts, mini golf, arcades, pizza, ice cream - fun for everyone. We are also just a 8 min drive from Island Beach State Park, a beautiful natural beach area with kayaking and trails and a nature center to enjoy. Come and see why everyone loves the Jersey Shore.
