It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. Beautiful property and a great location.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Outstanding amenities and you can can watch the sunset each day at the marina. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Walking distance to a couple of great eateries and several others a short drive away.

Beautiful Getaway!

The yacht club is exactly as pictured...absolutely beautiful! The unit in which we stayed looked brand new - very clean, very spacious, and very well appointed. The pool area was also well appointed with lovely lounge chairs and was very quiet; perfect for lounging in the sun. The staff at Marlin Bay were also outstanding. Barbara, our concierge, was very friendly and helpful, and the people who maintained the area did an excellent job, always with a cheerful smile and greeting for the guests. A wonderful getaway...we would definitely return for a second visit!

Excellent Property and a Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Concierge correspondence was excellent. Had to check in late, so they emailed easy instructions. The property/unit was impeccable! Incredible value. WiFi, 3 levels, elevator, private garage, 3 balconies, washer/dryer. Extremely clean and was stocked with all necessities. There’s a pool bar for drinks (Scott makes a serious Rum Punch) but no real food on site. We ordered delivery one night and then discovered the nearby Keys Fisheries restaurant (short walk). Awesome! The pool is perfect and plenty of loungers all day. Staff was very professional. Well-maintained grounds. Clubhouse is gorgeous! Very few negatives. But, here are a few suggestions for improvement.1 - Pool/Clubhouse hours - Closes at 6:30pm. We would have gone to the clubhouse for games in the evening, if it was open and would have loved adults only swim from 6:30-10:00pm.2 - Daytime external pool noise - There is an industrial area next door that gets noisy during the day (trucks, and jackhammers) and there’s traffic noise. A fountain may be enough to hide those “less relaxing” sounds.3 - Master Bath - The jacuzzi is lovely, but a note to warn about the noise level and the automatic cleaning cycle would be very helpful. Also, the shower needs help. The floor sealant was peeling and it smelled like feet.4 - Elevator Signage - A sign to indicate which door to open on which floor (or a sign on the concrete) would be extremely beneficial.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous Property -- Lots of room for large family

The amenities and staff were welcoming and enjoyable. Our residence was very clean upon arrival and plenty of space! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and being able to use the Clubhouse to play pool on rainy days. We also loved that we could checkout board games to play as a family in our house. The sunset tower was under construction when we arrived, which was a bummer, but we had beautiful views from our the balconies on our house. My only concerns were the master bathroom shower area had what appeared to be mold on the top part of wall and ceiling. Might want to have that remedied! Additionally, the uppermost balcony had some woodrot that we noticed from the exterior. Not sure if it was structural in nature but would have liked to have been given a heads up to ensure it was safe.Finally, while the resort itself was gorgeous, the general area was not very walkable and more of an industrial district than I would have hoped.

We have stayed in lots of rentals in the marathon area. This is the best!

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We do neighbor a commercial fishing company and their trap yard providing an authentic Keys experience, but we understand that might not be everyone.

Amazing days with beautiful Sunsets

Reviewer Comments: It’s was great to stay there , Greg it’s very professional and along with the others that works there makes everything easier .The only thing that need to addressed it’s to put dark curtains behind the blinds so we can really rest a good sleep until 10:00am, there’s no curtains at all and once the sun comes out at 6:10am it’s impossible to sleep anymore. Once you guys add those we will coming back there or four times a year , the place it’s awesome Other than that the experience it’s unforgettable.....

Perfect Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort had everything a family needs. Pool side entertainment, vacation drinks available pool side from 1pm to 7pm, and a fully stocked kitchen (for cooking utensils, not stocked with food). Many other amenities. We stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect. The only thing, which is out of their control was the ability to have frequent cleanings of the space. When on vacation, housework is not fun. ;). But you will find that problem at hotels around the country. We will be back. The property team was amazing, and always helpful. During spring break I arrived at the airport to find my rental car was not available. I had to hire a ride to take me to marathon, and concierge at the resort was able to act faster on finding me a ride once I arrived, than my own personal travel agent. 5 stars!

Treasure in heart of Marathon

This is a superb rental. Excellent value. The townhouse is spacious high quality. The pool is gorgeous. Added bonus the marina dock provides stunning sunset views. The property owner has strict policies holding limit on visitors which is greatly appreciated especially during COVID. The pool is fantastic. The property is walking distance to best in the keys dining and a full service marina for fishing and boat rides. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Wonderful group. Marlin Bay is a treasurer in the heart of Marathon.
