Welcome to the Marlin House (52). This stunning 3 bed, 3 bath luxury villa is located in the premier gated community of Indigo Reef. Immediate boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. 31' dockage included (trailer parking located across the street for a nominal charge at the Moose Lodge). Upon entry, you'll appreciate the professionally decorated open floor plan that expands through the gourmet kitchen/dining area, family room and into the outdoor covered lanai. Kitchen includes all of the amenities you'll need including Margaritaville Blender, Ice Cream Maker, Bread Maker, Keurig, Ninja coffee bar, crockpot and new stainless steel appliances. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor each with direct deck access. Beds include Brooklinen Luxe Core line sheets and duvet covers. Sleeps 8. Enjoy happy hour on one of 3 spacious decks and grill your catch as you watch the sunset. 24/7 access to the owners should you need anything. The Marlin House is new to the rental market so don't be alarmed with the lack of reviews. Book now before it's too late!

Beautiful vacation villa in Marathon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It has amazing water views and the villa provided everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend, we would stay here again.

The townhome was lovely. Well maintained with many special touches for guests. The townhome complex was very nice with a large pool and great setting on the gulf.

Perfect getaway from winter

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Marathon Shores! The condo was incredibly well-stocked—just like home—with everything we could possibly need. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect, and the host was absolutely wonderful—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. One of the highlights was relaxing on the deck and balcony, watching the breathtaking sunsets over the water. It was the perfect way to end each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had the best week in the Marlin house. It was everything we needed and more! Perfect location, very well kept, amazing sunsets. John and Wendy were extremely easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. I highly suggest! We plan to go back as soon as we can!!

Beautiful Property - Great Host!

Indigo Reef is a gorgeous community well hidden amongst a very bland commercial area right off the highway in Marathon. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in such charming and lush surroundings as we drove into the resort, and our unit did not disappoint. The incredible views to the water and sunset aside, Marlin House was well stocked, clean, and beyond comfortable for myself and my bestie for our girls' getaway in the Keys. John was super responsive with the couple of issues we did encounter, but went above and beyond to make it right, and we had a fantastic trip. Having a boat-slip right across the lawn from the unit was super convenient and we loved renting a boat for a couple days to explore the surrounding waters. I would highly recommend Marlin House and Indigo Reef for families with kids, girlfriend trips, couples, and boaters alike!

Perfection in the Keys

Beautiful, private complex in the heart of Marathon. Marlin House 52 is updated, well-furnished and appointed. Lots of amenities that made our stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. Owners thought of every personal touch including a welcome bag for our arrival. The resort-style pool and grounds are well-maintained. Close access to restaurants, activities, shops. Owners are exceptionally friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed up and down the Keys and this is our new favorite place! If you're bringing your boat, it's extremely convenient docking and the slip is directly in front of the house. House was very well appointed and stocked with essentials...so much so, I didn't need most of the supplies I packed! Condo was clean and very comfortable. You can tell owners take pride in their unit.

The little things

John and Wendy were so welcoming, accommodating and engaged in ensuring we were comfortable and happy while we stayed in their Indigo Reef oasis. The unit was well maintained and had so many little touches that allowed you to feel like you were in your own home - and yet subtly guide you to find the things you were looking for without being painfully obvious that you were in a rental. We’ve stayed in a number of units at Indigo Reef, this was by far the most well decorated and cozy thus far.

Beautiful Marathon

Marlin House 52 was perfect for our family! The inside was nicely decorated, very organized and clean. Had all the amenities you needed and more (boat slip right in front) Beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets! Pool was a short walk from the house and lots of close restaurants, activities, and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be booking again next year!

Marlin House 52 was actually more than advertised. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Perfect for our family of 5 adults. Convenient location, the house is extremely comfortable, and the sunsets are incredible. John was very responsive to our needs, questions, and even provided advice for our weekly itinerary. I would highly recommend Marlin House 52!

Fisherman's Family Paradise

Age ranges in my family from 17 to 86. Place is set up with all the amenities you would need including a boat slip and great pool. Very quiet location with very short ride to good restaurants, water activities, and surprisingly nice beach. short trip south to Key West and short trip north to Islamorada. 5 stars across the board.

We had such a great time at this place. This was our second time staying in indigo reef and it’s always a perfect time. The unit was awesome and stocked with all the things to have a good time. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.

We loved the location, sunsets, and how all the details were thought of. Coffee filters, garbage bags, beach items, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. All those little things made it easy to unwind and enjoy our stay. The pool is perfect size and was used daily. We loved it!
