It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. We provide unparalleled service in an intimate setting allowing you to relax and unwind. We are located in Marathon in The Middle Keys, so you can easily explore all that The Keys have to offer.

Great place to stay

I really recommend staying at Marlin Bay when in Marathon. Staff was friendly and responsive, the housing was clean and well appointed. Hope to return again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just wonderful! The house, the grounds, the pool, the staff, the location. It just doesn't get better than Marlin Bay. This was our second time down and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for our party of 10 which included 3 children. Everything we needed and beautifully detailed. Hopping on the boat and going for lobster or fishing was so easy. WE LOVE MARLIN BAY and look forward to many years of returning. Thanks!

A real treasure in the Keys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing time at Marlin Bay Marina. The property was quiet, very well maintained, spacious, and luxurious. It's a real treasure in the keys considering the enormous pool size and amenities for just a dozen or so rental homes. It appears the pool and common areas were designed to accommodate a much larger building project of 100 or so rental homes, but for whatever reason, construction seems to have ceased after phase 1. So for a few rental homes, Marlin Bay's undeveloped property serves up quite an incredible deal with its large marina, pool, club house and other common areas that were initially designed to accommodate hundreds of guests. Overall, it's a luxuriously expansive property that provides a quiet, secluded, and well appointed retreat right in the middle of Marathon Key.

Great Place to Stay and Dock your boat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marlin Bay is a great place to get away. Condos are clean and come with a small (additional) freezer in the garage for bait and all the fish you catch or extra bags of ice for early morning fishing departures. Staff is very good. Local restaurants are very good and will cook your fish that you catch. The only complaint would be that you must book 7 days. 5 days would be more reasonable especially when traveling by boat as you would have a day of travel and a day of departure making for a very long vacation for some people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our house and the whole Marlin Bay property. We have never seen the attention to detail that you see here. Immaculate grounds, constantly maintained, incredible staff, and even things that make you realized just how detail oriented they are, like the kitchen utensils perfectly aligned and spaced in the drawers. The bar by the pool was amazing and Scot was the absolute best. The concierge crew went above and beyond with everything. Really one of the best properties we have ever visited.
