Beautiful Beachfront home located directly across the street from famous Sombrero Beach. Sombrero Beach is surely one of the stand-out beaches in the Florida Keys. This beautiful beach has something for everyone. Kayaks, boating, fishing & biking all easily available for great fun in the sun.
You can swim, lay out, fish, bird watch, BBQ, picnic, watch the sun set, play sand volley ball or just relax. A stunning 35 X 15 Heated Swimming Pool w/Spa has just been added! Large wrap around balconies provides stunning beach views, sunrises & sunsets for relaxation. The gorgeous 3 Bed/3 Bath has tantalizing Brazilian red oak wood floors throughout. It boasts open floor plan with a large entertainment area that includes a gorgeous Olhausen Pool table, large bedrooms & the master bath is also a steam room. This home includes a 45' dock & spacious yard is great for entertaining or barbecuing. Marathon Key is known for some of the best fishing in the world!

Pool Heater is available for an added fee. Spa will only maintain the same temperature as the pool (85-90 degrees). The Spa is not set-up to function as a true hot tub.

Everything went flawlessly our host was quick to respond with any and all questions and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. Amazing sunrise and sunsets from this home waking across a very not busy street to the beach we even caught some fish from the dock out back it was exactly what we were looking for I recommend to anyone

This house was amazing. The pictures are accurate and honestly do not do it justice. It is very large and spacious, and was perfect for our extended family vacation. The outdoor space had ample seating and the pool was great! Ever was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Being directly across from Sombrero Beach was incredible, we will definitely miss waking up to those views. My family and I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

The listing was completely as advertised. Beach views were phenomenal and Sombrero Beach was literally across the street. Our communications with the owner were easy and polite, friendly and always helpful. The pool area and yard were beautiful. Parking accessible for 3 vehicles and a boat trailer. The dock is deep if a bit tight, but our 23 foot Seapro fit well. Ocean accessible and straight out from Sombrero Lighthouse. Overall, excellent quality and enjoyable vacation. 10/10 would recommend and plan to stay again.

Beautiful stay in Marathon

The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was great and being right across the street from Sombrero beach was so convenient. The boys loved the pool table and we really used the whole outdoor space a lot!! The owner was very responsive to any of our needs! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

The property was in the best location possible. Right across from the beach, down the street from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We all loved the pool and tiki bar! We had fun playing pool on the pool table. The house was beautiful inside and out!

Wonderful location

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Sombrero Beach. It is located right across the street from the beach. And there is a beautiful well kept park with a walking path, play structure for the kids which is cover from the sun, a volleyball court and a dock at the end. The home is supplied with everything you will need. From kitchen to beach supplies. We cooked in a few times and didn’t have a problem with what we needed. There is a big grill in case you have a lot of family staying with you. They have beach towels, beach chairs and also plenty of things for the pool if you have kids. Unfortunately they were having a problem with the pool heater so we didn’t really use the pool because it was pretty cold. But they did get it fixed as soon as they could get someone out. Ever was great at communicating with the problem. The home is maintained well. They have beautiful decor. And there is so much room. If you need to get away from the family for a little while there are multiple balconies to sit on and look out at the ocean. There is also a bunch of seating in the pool area. You are about an hour to an hour in half drive to Key West which is where we spent a full day to explore. We also flew into Key West.

Keys family getaway

We highly recommend this property and will definitely return for a future vacation. It’s beautiful, very well appointed with all modern appliances, furniture, conveniences and luxurious accommodations, and has an ideal location across the street from a gorgeous pristine beach. The property owners have really nailed it!

The Best House

We’ve wanted to rent this house for years and finally did and it was amazing! Perfect for our family and the kids. The pool was so much fun, and we loved having a pool table in the house. We loved all of the views of the water, and accessibility to the beach. We travel to Marathon every 6 months, and we will definitely be staying here in the future!

Amazing Beach House

This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything and more that our family needed for our vacation. The owner stayed in contact and provided so much helpful information about the area prior to arriving. Views from inside and the outside decks were gorgeous. It was so nice to walk across the street and be on the beach. We enjoyed the pool daily and the outdoor seating area for our meals. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Marathon. Thank you for sharing your amazing beach home with others.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out with so many seating areas! We loved the pool and shaded seating under the house with comfy couches and a large dining table. The view of Sombrero Beach is amazing whether you are inside looking through the large sliding doors or outside enjoying the breeze on the porches. We rented a boat for 3 days and was able to dock it at the house. The dock is very easy to use with a water hose for boat wash down and a fish cleaning table. It’s a quick ride through the channel to open water and Sombrero Reef and crystal clear snorkeling. A rocket launched while we were there and we were able to see it for quite a ways from the upper porch. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the best beach in the keys and the nice playground. Ever, the owner was great to work with and responded quickly to our questions. We loved everything about this home and our whole family wants to stay here again next time.

April stay with friends

My wife and I stayed here April 2024 with four friends. The house is as described in the listing - beautiful and well maintained. A starter supply of essentials (soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags…etc.) was also provided to avoid having to make a run to the Publix down the road after you arrive. The home is right across the street from popular Sombrero beach, but the traffic was never an issue. The outside tiki bar and inground pool made a great place to relax in the afternoons and the covered sitting area was perfect for getting away from the midday sun while still enjoying the warm breezes. The Marathon location was great if you want to travel north to Key Largo or south to Key West. (We did both). Ever was very responsive to my early questions about the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation in the Keys

Everything about this property was perfection. Across from a beautiful beach, and close the grocery store, excellent local restaurants and lots of fun adventures. The house layout allows for plenty of great social space with the bedrooms spaced out for privacy.. swimming pool, pool table, dock, fun and sun! Amazing

Two weeks in paradise

This property is in the perfect spot across from a beautiful beach where we took our morning walk and floated on floaties w some drinks before noon. Then, we watched the beach activity from the pool in the afternoon. Eating at Burdines was wonderful and Barnacle Billy’s tiki bar was fun because the drinks are great and they shoot off a cannon at sunset. Crane Point Hammock (a five minute drive from the house) is great for a hike and kayaking. The house is in great shape with everything we needed. We will hopefully stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and took full advantage of the dock, pool and outdoor living space, and the pool table. Ever was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Location across from Sombrero Beach is great!

Great Beach House & Great Location

The beach house was great for our family of five adults. The location right across the street from Sombrero Beach was wonderful. The house has a lot of nice features we enjoyed such as the pool, tikki hut, boat dock, pool table, shaded patio with nice sitting areas, and several balconies to enjoy the views. The owner/property manager was very helpful and stayed in close contact with us to answer any questions we had. We would recommend this property to our family and friends and hope to return sometime in the future.

Magnificant Property - Wonderful Stay

Wonderful Location

This is a wonderful location across from Sombrero Beach. Easy walking and biking every day to see the sunrise/sunset. Spent most of our time in the wonderful pool area. Ever was a great host.

Great place, great location..

I stay in marathon pretty often and I love sombrero beach, well this place is great just walk out the door and you’re at the beach. Overall the house is fantastic, if I’d change anything it would be a bathroom by the pool area, other then that perfect. Ever was also a great host. He kept me updated and sent a lot of great info my way for things to do around the area and places to eat. Will def stay again!!!

Location, location, location!!

The location was perfect - right across from Sombrero Beach. We truly enjoyed the beach, the play area, even riding bikes in the neighborhood. The swimming pool and area outside was enjoyed by all. the home itself was adequate; however, the kitchen area was extremely tight for a home of that caliber. The furnishings were not as I would’ve expected for a multi million dollar home.

Paradise in the Keys

This is a beautiful home and outdoor area and the beach is right there. The house was wonderfully equipped and we loved our stay. Ever was quick and responsive, although since the house is well stocked and in such good condition, nothing went wrong. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
