Welcome to our beautiful island pool home directly across from the beach. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom heated pool home is perfect for your next family vacation. Located mid-island on Fort Myers Beach close to many venues within walking distance. This beach home is perfect for families or a couple needing extra space.

Directly across the street is your beach access to enjoy fun in the sun, sand, and Gulf of Mexico waters. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance and a local restaurant. There is a trolley that will take you around town to enjoy other Fort Myers Beach venues. Make this heated pool home your next vacation spot!

The peaceful and beautifully furnished and carpeted ensuite master bedroom includes a queen bed and flat screen TV. Enjoy the large tiled walk-in shower or take a relaxing bath in the separate Jacuzzi tub. With double sinks, there is plenty of space to get ready for a great
day on the island.
The two guest bedrooms include one with a queen bed and the second with a desk and chair and a day/trundle bed, perfect for an afternoon nap or quiet reading. Next to the guest rooms, the second full bath features double sinks and a second large tiled walk-in shower. The washer & dryer are conveniently found in a discrete hall closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental, minimum age to rent is 25 years old, During high season we rent Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter) NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Great house and location

We really loved staying in this house. The house is great for a small family of 4-6. The location is great (right across the street from the beach entrance). We personally enjoyed being a little further down from the crowded fort Myers beach, but still a short drive to that area. The private pool was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Great rental property!

This was our second time staying here and loved it just as much as the first time. Property is extremely clean and provides every thing you need for a great time at the beach. It includes a wagon, chairs, beach umbrella and toys. Bring you clothes and enjoy your vacation.

Great get away at the perfect property!

Our family of 6 , 4 adults and 2 young children, had a wonderful time staying at this home. The home was immaculate and well appointed. The heated pool was large. The beach access was directly across the street. And the grocery and marina, where we scheduled our cruises, was one block from the house. We loved our stay and would use this property again.

Very clean, nice house and great beach. The only negative was there were spring break kids next door and we had to shut them down twice in the early morning hours. They did not comply with the 10 PM quiet time ordinance

Christmas Stay

Great location and well maintained. A little surprised one of the bedrooms didn’t have a king size bed. Although it certainly wasn’t advertised with a king size bed, comparable rentals usually do. Wonderful pool. Thanks. It was wonderful.

Great for a family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and offered everything we needed for a week with small children. Walking distance to publix and right across the street from the beach so location was perfect. There was some traffic getting on and off the beach but that's to be expected and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood atmosphere. There was a large collection of beach chairs, pool floats and other beach items but many of them were broken. We still enjoyed finding the items that worked for us and loved having the beach wagon and the outdoor showers and the warm pool!

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed this house! Coffee on the patio in the morning was awesome, and the beach was literally right across the street. The house had everything you need for a beach vacation. It was fully stocked with beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and floats. There was even a wagon to carry it all. :) The pool was ideal for lazy afternoons when it was too hot at the beach. There was plenty of shade late afternoon. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing property.

This is a fabulous home with all the amenities. Publix grocery store is literally 1 block away. You can also grab the trolly/tram right there as well. Saves $$ on parking. Beach is also literally across the street. We grilled out, enjoyed the screened in porch and swam in the pool. Beach chairs and a cart to pull them in along with plenty of floaties and sand toys for the kids. The only small negative was that there are no tv's in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. People wanted to watch TV in bed at night. That was the only complaint. We will definitely rebook this place next year.

Perfect Location

This property is the perfect location! Right across the beach, in a low key environment. Very relaxing stay - would recommend to our friends and family. We loved having our own private pool, beach chairs and umbrellas and the grocery store right next door. Wished check out was later but the process was smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

Outstanding location!

The location is amazing with beach access right across the street! Plenty of sand toys and chairs to use. The private pool is amazing! The house was in perfect condition with no issues. Plenty of kitchen dishes to be used and plenty of towels. The bedrooms were great sized and easy for everyone to spread out. The master suite was nice sized with its own bathroom. Very nice property. Negatives, the neighbors partied all night this early am and quite loudly. Luckily there was a box fan in one of the closets that we used to drowned out the noise. Also, Estero Blvd was crazy busy and very loud with the constant traffic. Unfortunately it was so loud while we were there that we were unable to open the windows to enjoy the Florida heat! We would rent again but definitely not over Spring Break.

Perfect location

Just across the street from the beach and down the block from the grocery store - this location is perfect! This home is beautiful. Everything you want for beach fun is available. The kitchen is fully stocked with ever you need to fix a meal! Be sure to bring all your spices and condiments from home - the fridge was empty. The kids enjoyed the private pool after a day on the beach.

Nice location

Right across from the beach. Nice area. The house was comfortable. I thought for the money that we paid it could’ve had a few more essentials in the kitchen area such as Coffee filters, toothpicks, dish water soap and paper towels. We bought all of those items so now the house has those items for a few future tenants. Overall it was a nice place.

Wonderful property and location

Overall, our stay was very nice. Unfortunately, the rental company (TriPower) rented the house next door to 20 college kids who were up till 3:00AM every night blaring music and using foul language. Not very family friendly.

Great getaway

This house had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have picked a better location. It was two blocks from Publix and right across the street from the beach. The pool was the perfect size and the beach chair, towels, rafts, and beach wagon were a great addition to make this even better. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath provided all of us with a little individual quiet time. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided everything we needed to cook at home. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation house

This house was perfect for our family. It was beautifully decorated on the inside and had great landscaping on the outside. The pool was fantastic, the kids loved every moment. With quick access to the beach directly across the street, what more could you ask for. Additionally, the Publix was close enough to walk to. We will definitely stay again when we come back to FMB.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 9 nights here. First off, we own a vacation rental property and a travel agency so we can be hard to impress. This house is just perfect! There is sidewalk right in front of the house that takes you to the beach. We’ve stayed beachfront and had a longer walk. The house itself is exceptionally clean! It is extremely well equipped. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. There are beach chairs and pool floats. A gas grill. The pool is wonderfully private. The location was amazing. The area is very residential so beach was not packed at all and we were there over a holiday weekend. Definitely a 5 star property!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very nice and in a good location. Our only complaint was not having a TV in each bedroom and the pool heat did not work, which rendered pool not useable. Home was clean and well furnished.

Wonderful Experience!

We visited the second week in March and can say enough about this property. The house was clean and decorated so nicely for a beach vacation. Had just about anything you could want. The kitchen was well appointed. All the beach/pool items in the garage were perfect! And the location was the best. With the exception of a gulf view, for the money this was perfect. We can't wait to return next year, and with hopes that the road construction is complete.

Very nice home in a good location!

The property is well taken of with lots of personal touches. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was in good condition. The location was good with the beach access directly across Estero Blvd. Trolly stop is right on the corner. Beach towels, chairs and cart to transport them to the beach provided. Floaties for the pool also available. The pool was quite cool but seemed to warm up as the week went on. Overall we were very happy with our choice. The property owners and management company really seemed to care about the quality of our stay. We would stay again.

July 2018 Stay

We loved the house. It was well stocked with necessities for a beach trip, organized, clean and adorable! The pool is fantastic. This house is fabulous it’s unfortunate that the water has been polluted so badly by the draining of lake okeechobee. The beach conditions were awful and not safe it would have been nice to know that in advance. Considering the house is less than 100 yards from the beach. It’s not currently safe to be in and my husband came home really sick 😔
