Seaquestered in Paradise Vacation House with Pool - Only Steps to the Beach

Our home is bright, inviting and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in tropical paradise. Located on a peaceful, friendly side street, you're only a few short steps away from quiet beachfront access - or lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private pool that is within a two- story screened enclosure. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened lanai and watch the amazing colors of a Southwest Florida sunrise.

Each of the three bedrooms features a deck with sliding glass doors to enjoy wonderful gulf breezes. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and there are two twins in the third bedroom (which can be joined together for a king-sized bed), both sharing a main bath off the hallway. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open area with vaulted ceilings, and two large, windowed walls open to a huge screened lanai with a view of the gulf.

Our home is very modern and nicely furnished with a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and the dining room has seating for six. A Publix grocery store is only a short walk 2 blocks away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive to many of the fine restaurants on the island. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy hours of beachcombing for unique shells and sand dollars. Take an early morning walk on the beach to witness the antics of the pelicans and dolphins.

There is cable TV and a VCR in each bedroom, and a big-screen TV with DVD and VCR to entertain you in the living room- but don't miss out on the magnificent sunsets and nightlife that the beach has to offer!

We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We have designed it to be comfortable and affordable. Thank you for not smoking in our home and for not bringing your pets with you.

An amazing stay as always. Everything you need. Short walk to the beach & we caught every sunset while there. Far enough away from the busy areas but close enough to enjoy if you choose. Will book again and again!

Beautiful property! My family and I enjoyed the private pool and being right across the street from the beach! We will definitely rent here again when we are back in the area!

Family Vacation

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at! Very nice quiet location and the beach was just a few steps away from the house. You name it the place had it, from things for the beach to a potty seat for a toddler. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

Great beach vacation!!

The location can’t be beat, it is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to just about anything else you might want to do. The white sandy beach was beautiful, restaurants were great and things to do were endless. The house itself is completely stocked, a full kitchen, plenty of linens, a few beach beach umbrellas, tons of pool floats and toys, if you need it, they probably have it. Communicating with the owners was easy and the response time was quick. I definitely recommend booking this house for your next beach trip!

Quick Getaway

We wanted a reasonably priced house near the beach with a pool and that's exactly what we got! The pool was perfect. The house was closer to the beach than I thought it was going to be. The beach was beautiful, and not packed at all (this was midweek). Very easy to social distance. All around a good stay.

Beautiful home in great position in FMB

We loved the house and pool, it was very comfortable and had lots of extras to enhance our stay. The beach was at the end of the road and we walked with all the equipment in the garage. Public on next block was handy too. We enjoyed fantastic food at Edelweiss Burgers, Mantanzas and Nervous Nellies and loved watching sunset on the pier. The roadworks on the main road were annoying but couldn’t be helped and didn’t affect our stay. We would happily return.

Incredibly relaxing stay!

Excellent location! My spouse and 3 seven yr old boys stayed for a week and had the best time relaxing, swimming, and laying on the beach! The house was clean and VERY well stocked with everything we needed! The pool was clean, and the enclosed area kept (most of) the mosquitos out. Also plenty of floats and seating in the sun and shade for all of us. The beach was a super short walk to the corner then across the street, and there were two beach wagons in the garage and plenty of chairs/umbrella/and sand toys for the kids. The beach was also never even remotely crowded, lots of space for the kids to play with all the shells they picked up and to look for and learn about little crabs and sand dollars and such. Even the sand was the perfect castle building consistency! There host was remarkable responsive and far more than accommodating for us!! 10/10 stay!!
