Seaquestered in Paradise Vacation House with Pool - Only Steps to the Beach

Our home is bright, inviting and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in tropical paradise. Located on a peaceful, friendly side street, you're only a few short steps away from quiet beachfront access - or lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private pool that is within a two- story screened enclosure. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened lanai and watch the amazing colors of a Southwest Florida sunrise.

Each of the three bedrooms features a deck with sliding glass doors to enjoy wonderful gulf breezes. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and there are two twins in the third bedroom (which can be joined together for a king-sized bed), both sharing a main bath off the hallway. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open area with vaulted ceilings, and two large, windowed walls open to a huge screened lanai with a view of the gulf.

Our home is very modern and nicely furnished with a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and the dining room has seating for six. A Publix grocery store is only a short walk 2 blocks away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive to many of the fine restaurants on the island. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy hours of beachcombing for unique shells and sand dollars. Take an early morning walk on the beach to witness the antics of the pelicans and dolphins.

There is cable TV and a VCR in each bedroom, and a big-screen TV with DVD and VCR to entertain you in the living room- but don't miss out on the magnificent sunsets and nightlife that the beach has to offer!

We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We have designed it to be comfortable and affordable. Thank you for not smoking in our home and for not bringing your pets with you.

Seaquestered in Paradise is a beautiful home with everything a family could need. A short walk to the beach, a short drive to town, and an in ground pool made our vacation perfect. We will definitely stay again!

An Island Jewel

The online description and photos did not give this beautiful home justice. The decor was spot on for a beach home, and was very well appointed. The pool was phenomenal! We also enjoyed the peekaboo beach view and the short walk to the beach. Sunsets did not disappoint! The property owner was very prompt in responding to any questions or problems we had.We would have no problem renting this house again!

Family Vacation

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at! Very nice quiet location and the beach was just a few steps away from the house. You name it the place had it, from things for the beach to a potty seat for a toddler. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

Exceeded Expectations

Pictures don’t do justice to this wonderful property - significant upgrades since photos were taken! Location was perfect for us, sunrise and sunset views from porch were spectacular. Quick walk to beach, great pool. Easy walk to Publix and Junkanoo. Be aware that post-hurricane repairs and new construction are ongoing throughout the island. Owner super responsive, neighbors friendly. We have reserved for another stay!

Great winter getaway

We enjoyed 3 weeks in March. Easy 3 minute walk to beautiful FMB. The house was very nice and had everything we could want. The enclosed pool was great to cool off in during the hot part of the day. Just a short walk to Publix. We would definitely stay here again.

Home, sweet home. We were on the move with lots of things to do. It was so wecoming to come home to this wonderful place. My grandsons used the pool twice during our stay and loved it. My daughter and I loved the kitchen. Boys are always hungry! I love the decor. It was relaxing and so comfortable. My bed was very comfy. Likely, my grandson felt the same. They were out the minute they hit the pillows. With televisions in every room, they felt truly on vacation. We never have televisions in bedrooms! They loved it.It was so easy to get to Sanible/Captiva and other places on our list. I would certaily recommend this to any family!

Wonderful place to stay

Alison has a beautiful house very well equipped with everything you need for a beach stay. It was nice to have extra towels and wagon with beach things available to use. The beach was a short walk and easily accessible! The backyard pool was a nice cool off after a day at the beach. Publix was two blocks away for your grocery needs. Alison communicated well and was very friendly to work with. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back!

Location is PERFECT

We had an amazing time!!! The location is just a 2 min walk from the beach on a quiet street. Just a short walk to the grocery store and trolley stop! The house was super clean, well stocked kitchen and my boys loved the pool, and having their own bed. Such a fun time! Would def stay here again! Thanks again!!!

Great beach vacation!!

The location can’t be beat, it is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to just about anything else you might want to do. The white sandy beach was beautiful, restaurants were great and things to do were endless. The house itself is completely stocked, a full kitchen, plenty of linens, a few beach beach umbrellas, tons of pool floats and toys, if you need it, they probably have it. Communicating with the owners was easy and the response time was quick. I definitely recommend booking this house for your next beach trip!

Quick Getaway

We wanted a reasonably priced house near the beach with a pool and that's exactly what we got! The pool was perfect. The house was closer to the beach than I thought it was going to be. The beach was beautiful, and not packed at all (this was midweek). Very easy to social distance. All around a good stay.

Beautiful home in great position in FMB

We loved the house and pool, it was very comfortable and had lots of extras to enhance our stay. The beach was at the end of the road and we walked with all the equipment in the garage. Public on next block was handy too. We enjoyed fantastic food at Edelweiss Burgers, Mantanzas and Nervous Nellies and loved watching sunset on the pier. The roadworks on the main road were annoying but couldn’t be helped and didn’t affect our stay. We would happily return.

Perfect for our needs

We loved staying at Alison and AJ’s place. It was a close walk to the beach as advertised and in a quiet location close to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. It was a little removed from the hub of restaurants and shopping but we didn’t mind that at all. We wanted to have a comfortable place to relax and go to the beach and this place was perfect for that. The house is well equipped, excellent beach access, and we enjoyed the pool every day! It was the nicest, warmest pool we’ve ever used which was amazing for my 80-year-old dad, 2-year-old, and the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed it as well! We are so grateful for this place. Our son has already declared he wants to come back. We also appreciated how child-friendly this place was.

Mid Island Retreat

This property is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The front screened lanai affords a view of the gulf from down the street. The home has every possible thing one would need, the pool was warm and relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk. There are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The property owner is readily available for questions or concerns. The grocery store is one street away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely hope to stay again.

Even better than it looks online

The house was perfect for our girls trip and even better than described on VBRO. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the linen closet was full of towels, having the washer and dryer was super convenient, and the pool come in handy because of the red tide on the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet, yet it is just a short walk to the beach. Alison was great to communicate with and very prompt with her response time. Anyone who rents this house won't be disappointed.

Location was great! The first night we all froze, not sure what was going with AC unit. After the first night, temp in house was fine. Dryer didnt work but once I told her about she has someone there to fix it that day. Like I said location was perfect. We enjoyed our time at the house and at the beach.
