Entire "Toucan" (first floor villa) on canal with PRIVATE SALT WATER HEATED POOL, beautifully remodeled, luxury furnishings, 2 King Bedrooms with blackout shades,
2 Bathrooms, TV's in each bedroom, full living area with 65" flat screen smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, all utilities. Whole house water filtration system, osmosis drinking water. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, stackable washer/dryer. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Mr. Coffee and Keurig); literally your home away from home!

Fully equipped with everything you need to stay for as long as you like.

Private parking for 2 cars on property, gated and secured. This is a private first floor villa of a duplex, owners reside upstairs. Full outdoor kitchen with gas grill at your disposal, awesome outdoor bar for entertaining, outdoor furniture for dining, outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand before jumping in the pool. Everything is lit at night providing a beautiful, peaceful soft glow. Privacy is an important feature for our guests.

We are located North of the Mantanzas bridge, one block to "restaurant row" and two blocks to Time Square and the beach! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach cart to transport it all! Everything you need within walking distance. Publix is the main grocery store and deliver upon request. Newly opened Margaritaville is two blocks away, all restaurants, bars and spa open to the public.

We had an awesome 5 night stay at Parrot Eyes! We loved the location—so close to Time Square restaurants! Our group of 4 adults especially loved ending each evening having a night cap under the canal Tiki—super peaceful! We hope to be back soon!

The home was very clean and spacious. The backyard patio area, with pool, grill, dock Tiki hut, big screen TV and bar, and dock, on the water was enjoyable, fun, and relaxing. The home location is 3 blocks from Fort Myers beach. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The hosts were respectful, professional, and friendly.

A piece of paradise! The space was perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples). So many different areas to hang outside and it felt very private! The rooms were great sizes and comfortable bedding! Bathrooms and kitchen had everything you’d need. The location was great- walkable to all the shops, restaurants, beach, etc! We rented a car since it was cheaper than 2 Ubers to the airport & that was nice for grocery pickup since it’s a little ways down. The pool looks small in pictures but it was perfect and bigger than expected! Karen & Mark were the best host; always making sure we understood the property or checking in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this space for fun/relaxing getaway! We will be back!

This felt like a mini resort complete with a pool and lovely outdoor spaces on a quiet canal. There are too many amenities to mention in a review but we especially appreciated all of the kitchen tools and dishes. We had everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals! The location is outstanding as there are restaurants and bars just 2 blocks away. The beach is only about 4-5 blocks away and everything you need for the beach is provided. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We just didn't want to leave!

Wonderful Family StayWe absolutely loved our stay! The kids said this was the best house ever, and we couldn’t agree more. The house was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The pool was definitely a favorite for the kids! Some may think it is small but it was perfect for us. We were able to sit in the cabana and keep an eye on pool at the same time which great time by all. The covered areas around the house were a great place for game nights too!One of the highlights was getting to see manatees for the very first time right in the canal behind the house! We also spotted dolphins most days, which made the experience even more special.The location was fantastic—within walking distance of so many restaurants and just a short distance from the beach. Everything was so convenient, yet we still felt like we were able to relax and enjoy the area.We would absolutely love to visit again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Exactly as advertised in the perfect location. It was the perfect size for us 4 adults visiting. Walk to everything you want to experience in the FMB area. Everything was very clean, the hosts were terrific and communicated well. The outdoor shower came in very clutch after those long days on the beaches. Don’t overthink all the options.. just book this location and you’ll have a great trip, guaranteed.

I cannot say enough about this property! Everything about our stay was top notch! The owners of this property thought of everything.Morning coffee sitting under the palapa watching the heron diving for fish. Afternoon’s floating in the private salt water pool, and evening’s enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun set! One of the best vacations we have ever had!

The absolute BEST! I can’t say enough good things about ParrotEyes! The location is great, you can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily. It is also very well stocked with anything you could need to cook or grill dinner. The pool is small but refreshing. The outdoor patio area is stunning. Mark and Karen are an absolute joy and made us feel like we were visiting friends. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!

This property is stunning! Very well laid out, beautifully appointed and prime location to walk to everything Ft. Myers Beach has to offer. The beach, bars and restaurants are walkable and there is a Tiki Taxi golf cart like transportation you can book if you do not want to walk. The backyard is an oasis retreat complete with pool and bungalow style hut, perfect for chilling out in the mornings and evenings. Plenty of space for entertaining visiting guests during the day. The property was very clean and it has EVERYTHING on site from well stocked kitchen to cocktail and wine glasses, outside grill and bar and multiple TVs. Parking and check in was seamless.The hosts, Karen and Mark were very helpful with area recommendations and very responsive. I would definitely return!

Great place. Everything we needed was here and within an easy walk away. Caught fish off the dock and got to see a dolphin swim through one morning. Lots of great spaces within the property to relax and enjoy.

Everything from the property, the location, the amenities to the host were absolutely perfect! The pool area was literally paradise, kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We walked and rode the bikes that were provided everywhere. We were there for 3 weeks and felt right at home. Marc and Karen were delightful and couldn’t have been more sweet and respectful and responsive to anything that we needed. But to be honest the place is set up so perfectly that you don’t need to bother them for a thing. Would love to see more of them next year as we already booked for another 3 weeks in 2027. I can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time over a long weekend at Ft Myers Beach! The weather was great, so that definitely helped us Ohioans, but ParrotEyes was perfect! Great amenities…the pool was great, location was amazing (walking distance to beach, bars, & restaurants), and all of the supplies in the house were fabulous! In addition, Karen, the owner, was very responsive to all of my questions! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the outside bar area was nice to relax and hangout, the pool was clean. They had everything you could possibly want to take to the beach. The owners were friendly, and available with any questions we had as they live upstairs in the top unit. We’d definitely stay here again!

My Husband and I have owned several vacation properties and settled in beautiful Fort Myers Beach in 2016 for our next adventure. Many of you searching VRBO will recognize the name "ParrotEyes" from Anna Maria Island! We decided to move farther south for warmer weather, and have recreated our beloved "ParrotEyes Fort Myers Beach", bigger and better! We hope all of you will come visit us!

Our property offers you everything! You literally have no reason to leave once you arrive. Walking distance to Times Square and the Pier, 5 minute walk to the beach, waterfront fishing, private outdoor bar and kitchen, including a grill. Outdoor shower after a day in the sun, loungers for sunning, covered tiki for relaxing, brand new, private saltwater pool, outdoor area available for our guests to enjoy. Bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs and coolers available for our guests. Our goal was to make "ParrotEyes" a tranquil environment with lots of character. We are sure it's unlike anywhere you have stayed before.
