Steps From Town and Beach! New Low Winter Rates! 6 Night Minimum June thru Aug.

Perfect for Families/Entertaining: Great room includes flat screen television, full kitchen with refrigerator microwave and oven, counter that seats 4, dining room table that seats eight and living room area with gas fireplace. The entire gang can easily cook, play cards and visit together in one great room. The house has high-speed wireless internet and two televisions with expanded cable channels.

New flooring and interior paint throughout the house!

The bonus room in the back of the house provides kids or adults a private suite with two double beds and their own double sink bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need, microwave, wine glasses, blender, crock-pot, coffee maker, crab crackers and marshmallow skewers. We provide beach toys, puzzles and board games. Enjoy the gas BBQ on the back deck or water around the gas fire pit on the front deck. Beach wagon, chairs, blankets and toys are provided. Even a Play-n-Pack crib can be found in middle bedroom's closet and a highchair is in the laundry room closet!

Perfect Location: Everything is within walking distance. One block to the beach, ideal for bonfires, kite flying, sandcastle building, or a stroll to famous Haystack Rock. One block to town, featuring wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, live theater, spa and unique shops. Family arcade activities, aquarium, movie theater, putt-putt, go-carts, etc. can be found in Seaside, the town 12 miles north. Several hiking trails, lighthouse/museums are also within driving distance.

We have a six (6) night minimum in June, July and August and a two (2) night minimum the remainder of the year.

House was well appointed, great location, and very quiet. Only hiccup we had was check in instructions. We received 2 set of instructions that had 2 different codes. We figured it out fairly quickly but maybe ensure both are updated so they’re accurate.

Amazing house and location

Spring Break at Cannon Beach

What an amazing location! Just steps from town and the beach. It fit our family of 4 very well and had pretty much anything we needed whether we wanted to eat in or go out. Thanks for the great memories!

Perfect location for a stay near the beach

We had a really nice stay at this house for a week. Our group included my toddlers and my in laws in their late 70s and the house was accessible to everyone. The location was absolutely perfect - one block from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and could accommodate our two large vehicles. There were a ton of beach toys for the kids and even a little wagon that we could use to haul them around in, which was a great perk! Everything was clean, the kitchen had plenty of cooking tools, laundry and dishwasher (the essentials!) worked great and the gas fireplace was wonderful this time of year. My only critiques were that the middle bedroom was small and shared a tiny bathroom with the other bedroom on that side of the house. I'm not sure how multiple couples could share that space, but maybe if you put kids in one room and parents in the other it'd work okay. Also the beds are Way too soft and won't work for anyone with a back problem. Otherwise the house was perfect!

Beautiful beach getaway

I stayed here with my husband and three children and it was an amazing experience. Great location, extremely close to the shops and the beach. The place was very clean and was exactly as listed. Definitely ended too soon. Thank you so much Carolyn for sharing your home with us!

Annual Retreat for Family

Our family of 4 adults stays at this lovely home 1 week each year. This year we included an infant in our group. The house is in the finest location - very close to the beach and town. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Nice house....terrible bed

House was clean & well stocked. The bed I slept in was so soft I nearly folded up in it...terrible night's sleep. When contacted the owner gave me good information, but you have to ask specifically--not much info offered by Vrbo. The location is good/quiet and parking is easy. Need a new mattress in at least 1 bedroom.

Fantastic location in Cannon Beach

The house is very nice and located only one block from the beautiful beach and two blocks from town in either direction. It has comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and beach towels and toys. We enjoyed eating on the private deck and walking to the beach to watch the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to enjoy Cannon Beach

The house and location were perfect for the family and grandparents. It was close to town, eliminating the need to drive and find parking, and close to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed as we preferred to cook instead of going out for meals when possible. We also appreciated the large selection of beach toys for the kids.

Great location

Awesome location. Plenty of common space and nice decks in front and back. Lots of towels and beach gear. Good laundry area and place to clean off sand. Inside the property is older and a bit tired.

Lovely home just a block from the beach.

We loved staying in this home - it's spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, and has a lovely back deck. It's convenient both to the beautiful beach and to the restaurants and shops in town.

A Perfect Space

This was a perfect space for our family to relax and spend time together, with easy walks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. A bedroom and bathroom for each couple, a table big enough for eating together and game night, cozy living room for some hockey playoffs! The consistent rain, unfortunately, didn't give us a chance to enjoy the outside spaces, but they looked very inviting. We really appreciated the dryer and the fireplace!

Enjoyed our Stay

Thank you, as we did enjoy our stay and it's a wonderful home in a great location. We arrived and had to ask to come in around 4:10 pm as cleaners were still there, so that was negative. Interesting that says no pets allowed but cleaners had a dog. House stuck of perfumed laundry detergent and had to open whole house. Please consider using non-scented detergent for those w/ allergies. We did park in front of house vs. East side until Saturday night when we left it available for the church group on Sunday morning. Found that a little frustrating as we are paying for this house rental and more difficult to come and go with having to park on East side. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and we appreciated the house. Just a few negatives so thank you.

My brother, sister and I have been vacationing in this home since 1971. Our parents made the very smart purchase before Cannon Beach became one of the most sought after spots on the Oregon Coast! I now manage the rental of this home so that it will stay in the family for generations to come.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

In the late 90's we moved the house from where the Cannon Beach Pig n' Pancake parking lot is now. At the time it was an ordeal, but the move enabled us to take the house off of busy Hemlock Street, add another bedroom, bathroom suite and fenced backyard all still be in walking distance of the beach and town. All in all, a very good move!
