The upstairs TV could use an update to a smart TV and the mattresses could use replacing as well. Heating and fireplace kept the house cozy and warm. Very quiet and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic house for our family! In a perfect location with views of haystack rock. Great open concept living and dining area with amazing windows all around and a lovely deck. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative. Highly recommend staying here!

Great views, convenient location, close to shops and restaurants but far enough from hotels to nearly be a private beach. Well stocked kitchen as well as games and puzzles. Definitely would want to book again

Great for our dog and grands. Loved the location- close to a beautiful beach and town very walkable!This part of Cannon is just so gorgeous and we really enjoyed coming back to the beach home!A king size bed would be really nice!!

Our stay at the Sand Pads house was a 10. We traveled with our two grown kids and their spouses and our two our grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property is located just a few houses up the street from the beach access. Most of the rooms and the large covered deck have veiws of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. There is also plenty of parking. We felt the price we paid for our one week stay was an incredible value. We are already looking forward to our next stay.Tip - The tide pools the opposite direction of Haystack Rock have an amazing assortment of starfish.

The property was great for our stay. The house is located just steps away from the beach. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for a larger family or friends. Open living room and kitchen. Large porch to enjoy looking at the waves! The only real challenge we had was with the wi-fi. It kept dropping the connection so I was not able to work or attend online meetings as planned. You may want to inquire on this aspect if you plan to be online during your stay.

College friends reunion

We had a great stay despite the weather being not as great. The location and house were both excellent! We would definitely recommend this home for large families or several couples. Close enough to the restaurants and only steps away from the beach.

Great location both to beach and town. Only issue was previous guests had reconfigured the main TV so it took some research to get it hooked back up to watch anything. Other than that, awesome trip - the elk herd in the yard was an added bonus!

Great place for extended family

Very close to the beach and unlike many rentals, it has a large deck and outdoor spaces.This rental provided only some small soaps for the bath, unlike some other rentals which provide body soaps, hair soap and conditioners, etc. It is also a little light on cleaning supplies. We bought some kitchen cleaner and more garbage bags.One thing I would suggest. A swallow had built a nest on the center beam of the deck, right over the picnic table. There were some bird droppings there and of course the bird was flying in and out to sit on the nest. Maybe when the babies are all gone some netting could be placed along the beam to keep it from happening again. A minor inconvenience, but probably unsanitary.All things considered, will stay here again!

Great location, clean, and well stocked for cooking. We instantly go into "relax" mode when arriving, in no small part because it is well-maintained and ready for guests. We also appreciate the prompt and courteous communication from Cannon Beach Property Management staff.It's reassuring to be able to talk with a person by phone and know the office is nearby, unlike many property rental companies which are located remotely and offer only electronic communication. Check out was easy as well, no excessive requirements to encumber your departure.

Enough beds and baths for the 4 of us to each have our own space, which is hard to find. We love the comfortable layout, fireplace and location. Everything we needed for a great time!
