If you are looking for a quiet spot that is close to the lake and Silver Dollar City this is an ideal location for you.
This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo recently had a massive remodeling. New furniture, new painting, new master bath, new flooring will provide you the crispy clean feeling the moment you step into the unit.
Each bedroom is set up with a king size bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed to sleep up to 8 people in total. Large dining table, washer and dryer and kitchen amenities are all included with this condo. Whether you enjoy a morning coffee or watching the sunset, this condo has one of the best views of the Table Rock Lake in the area. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of having a boat slip included with your reservation. The boat slip is located at Indian Point Marina which is only 1/2 mile away from the condo property. Boat launch is also at the same location. Boat trailer parking is by our main office which is 1/2 mile away.

** Per Indian Point Marina rules and regulations, we must have a copy of your boat insurance on file prior to your stay. Please send an image of this info to 417 230 9072 (Ph# will be visible after you book) You can also email it.
**Only 2 vehicles are allowed at this property. If you have a 3rd vehicle it must be parked by our main office. Please contact us for assistance.
**We only provide initial stock for some items.

Labor Day weekend getaway!

Loved the location and lake view of this condo! Having a lake view and able to walk right down easily to the lake was perfect! Loved the high ceilings in the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful and EXTREMELY clean

The property is EXTREMELY clean. It seems that everything has been freshly painted and remodeled. There is an amazing view of the lake. We spent lots of time of the deck. The kids had fun in the pool. Be sure to bring beach towels. The outside of the building has new steps. It is very nice. There is LOTS of empty pantry space for storing food, yet they have all the pans, dishes, etc., that you would need. You will need to bring paper towels and other such items, as those are not provided. The refrigerator is old and small. The icemaker and water dispenser weren't working. I think they just haven't gotten around to replace it, yet. Most beds are comfortable, but we found the Master bed to be VERY UNcomfortable. There is, also, only one nightstand, so I had to put my phone on the window ledge. Everyone else said their beds were extremely comfortable, so I think this is another item they haven't replaced, yet. The master closet is very large. You might need to bring hangers, if you are staying awhile. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they provide plenty of towels. The shower is on the small side, but that is due to the age of the condo. There is a large bathtub in the Master Bath. Be sure to bring games and cards to play, as there are none in the condo. My husband enjoyed the use of the boat dock. He and our grandsons ate at the floating cafe quite a bit. They really enjoyed it. Once the mattress in the Master gets replaced, we would stay here, again

I brought my mother and her cousin to Branson for a quick pre-Thanksgiving trip. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Beautiful view! Coffee maker is a drip pot in case you're wondering what type coffee to bring! That's important info for some of us! 😁 Highly recommend this place! We've stayed here many times with family. We've always been pleased!

Whether you visit Branson for Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake or for other attractions you are close to everything yet you are in a location where we can offer you a peaceful setting. The lakeview from this condo is absolutely the best not only from the balcony but from 2 of the bedrooms as well.
We also believe that you will truly enjoy the simple yet elegant furnishings of this unit. It's not overcrowded with personal things offering you more space with more comfort.
Easily set up to hold up to 8 people, this condo will leave you with great memories at the end of your vacation.
