The hot water tank in our condo is a new 60 gallon tank, standard for any 2-3 bedroom home. 6 people taking 15 minute showers is equivalent to running the hot water for an hour and a half. This would drain any hot water tank and in 6 years of renting our condo, no one has ever complained they ran out of hot water. The chlorine pool is exactly 300 feet from our condo. There are 3 small lodges between our condo and the pool. Our condo is the closest of any property to the pool other than those 3 small lodges. The docks are open to guests 24 hours a day for fishing, swimming, relaxing. What Ashley must be speaking of are the free kayaks the Resort provides for guests which are available for free from 8am to 5pm. To suggest that you can’t enjoy the waterfront and hang out on the docks after 4pm is misinformation. You can swim and fish and relax on the docks until 2 in the morning if you’d like. While we enjoyed having Ashley’s group stay in our condo, Ashley never once communicated with us as their host, not even to say hello we arrived. Had Ashley reached out to us we could have procured her a kayak or two after hours quite easily. We have 2 kayaks across the street we would have loaned them. Communicating with your host is important when you feel you have an issue because most hosts have solutions to help make your stay more pleasant.
