NEWLY REMODELED !! With the beach just footsteps away, Pelican's Landing is situated on Myrtle Beach’s acclaimed Shore Drive and is a great place to have a family-friendly vacation or romantic getaway. Come enjoy fantastic oceanfront beach views in this beautiful second-floor three-bedroom condo. This condo is a corner unit with extra windows allowing for a bright open feel including comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Pelicans Landing 206 sleeps six people with one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds. Additional features include a washer/dryer, wet-bar area, and TVs in all bedrooms. Limit two unassigned parking spaces per unit(parking passes required and provided).

***UNIT IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED UNDER LISTED OCCUPANCY NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES/TRAILERS. NO PETS ALLOWED***

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 furnished balconies with beach and pool views, 4 flat-screen cable TVs, free WIFi, in-unit washer & dryer and more

- Pelican Landing amenities include 2 swimming pools, putting green, barbecue area, kids playground, free covered parking garage, and more

- Convenient Myrtle Beach location - Close to 5+ golf courses, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlet, Myrtle Beach Mall , Grand Strand Medical Center, water parks, miniature golf, theaters - all within 15 minutes of this condo. Fort Apache fishing pier and Ocean Annies outdoor bar/venue are just a short walk down the beach. Shopping area including neighborhood bar (Flip Flops) are just across the street from this condo.

Great view and location

Family vacation with our 11 & 7 yr old boys! Loved the location and the how convenient the beach access was to our room. Having a luggage cart available was a great perk! Highly recommend this condo!

The location to the beach was perfect, the condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast and a few other meals.

Great Vacation Week

We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach & staying at Pelican’s Landing for years. We had another great year at this condo! Loved being oceanfront & the communication with the owners is great. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!

Wonderful location and oceanfront was great. Could use a little updating but was still very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Very easy to book and communication was great.

Wonderful family vacation !

We had a wonderful time! The owners are very responsive with any questions or needs. Very kind! The condo has everything we needed to make meals, relax and enjoy the beach! Would definitely rent this condo again!!

Great clean n spacious condo for our family to make memories! Communication with owner was very punctual n friendly The condo is at the best location of Myrtle beach! Our every year vacation! Beautiful n peaceful, our happy place. The pool was great also.

Best Stay!

Myrtle is our second home and this property is hands down our favorite. Can’t beat being on the second floor with a great ocean view, the beach a couple steps away, and your car right below you! Terri was also awesome, very responsive, and helpful! We hope to stay here again next year.

Didn’t want to come home!

Great location - right in the ocean. Quiet and family oriented area of Myrtle Beach. Convenience with a eating options and a little market within walking distance. And last but certainly not least, Terri was amazing! She went above and beyond to communicate and make sure our stay was memorable.

Wonderful Week!!

We had the best time staying in this condo!! The condo is somewhat dated (still very nice!!), but you honestly don't even notice that after being there for an hour!! The views of the beach and ocean are amazing, and there is no better place to be in Myrtle Beach than Shore Drive!! My family has been to MB many times over the years and we have ALWAYS stayed on Shore Drive. Pelican's Landing is one of my favorite condo complexes on Shore Drive, and Terri's unit didn't disappoint!! It is a lovely place to stay!! Terri was great to work with, even though we didn't really have any major issues :)

Beachfront Oasis

My family of of two parents and three twenty- somethings had a wonderful stay Terri and Rick’s place in Myrtle Beach. You can’t beat the location right on the beach with two balconies, one screened. Inside was plenty of space with three bedrooms and having three bathrooms was key getting 5 adults transitioned from beach to night time fun. Being so close to the beach let everyone begin the day at their own pace when they woke up and the balconies let the night owls enjoy the beach atmosphere well into the evening. There were plenty of restaurants available within a short drive as well as mini golf and other activities. There were also plenty of good options within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the linen package worked great. We had so much fun and relaxation we can’t wait to go back.

Nice view, good location, condo disappointing

We had a good week in Myrtle Beach. The condo was in a good location close to a few restaurants within walking distance and live music. There are many other restaurants and attractions within a short drive. Pro's: The owner is very quick to respond to any inquiries. The bathrooms were clean and the bed linens had been changed. Having a screened in balcony was a lifesaver. Con's: When we arrived, the condo hadn't been completely cleaned. It was actually disgusting. There was still food on the carpet and on the balcony carpet. There were crumbs everywhere, little kids fingerprints on the tv stand and patio doors. Used kleenex's in the bedroom on the floor by the wall. The stains on the living room carpet were so nasty we wouldn't walk barefoot on it all week. We pulled out the vaccuum and cleaning supplies immediately. I did reach out to the owner and she said she'd send the cleaners back to finish. She knew that it wasn't finished as the cleaners had sent pictures of the mess from previous renters. I told her we had already started cleaning. Besides sinking down in the couch and loveseat, they are very old and filthy. Crumbs all over them and we even found a spoon buried in the couch cushions. TV's didn't work, then found that the living room remotes didn't have batteries in them. Didn't report it since we weren't there to watch TV. Overall the location and view are nice. The condo needs many updates.

Julaine, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the condition of the condo. The tenants before you did more damage than I knew (having found out the tv remotes were damage by liquid, the next tenant sent me pics of the rust in the battery compartment). I did not know that the unit wasn't completely cleaned by our cleaning company, they only sent me pics of the mess that was left. We are planning to begin our remodel this fall, we had to postpone due to family illness last fall. I sincerely hope you will give us another try in the future. Please check back for updated photos this fall.

Myrtle Beach Beautiful Condo

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for years, and this was one of the nicest condos we’ve had! It had a great location, was clean and had lots of room to hang our clothes and put our things. The owners are super nice and organized.

Better than Imagined

It’s always difficult to imagine your week long stay at the beach when all you see is photos, but Terri’s place did not disappoint. The view alone was wonderful way to wake to, and an even better way to end the day. Terri was wonderful to deal with, extremely organized and is everything you hope for in a host. The beach was literally steps away, and we were able to find where my family set up camp by just looking out from the balcony! The elevator was so convenient for getting luggage and beach gear up and down in minimal time. Parking was great with the option of outdoor or underneath the building. Shopping and restaurants are super close, and the super touristy stuff is close enough to visit but not too close so it isn’t crazy loud and busy…which we love about this location in Myrtle. We look forward to our next trip, and will definitely try to snag this place the next time we go down if it’s available!
