Our Luxury Hill Country Estate is located on 20 acres of hill country lol no. This estate has a private gated entrance, private pool. The estate is a mediterranean style home, with the exterior comprised of stucco and Spanish tile roofing. The estate is made up of a main house, pool house and a studio apartment.

The estate boasts a main house with a 3 bedroom and two and a half bathroom. This main house can accommodate 8 guest. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private 5 piece bathroom with a luxurious closet. The guest room host a full size bed and the last bedroom has two full size beds. These two rooms, share a hallway bathroom. In addition, the main house has a gourmet kitchen, living and dinning room.

The pool house is a two bedroom and two bathroom property. It also contains a full size kitchen, living area and breakfast area. The master bedroom has a 3 piece private bathroom with a king size suite. The second bedroom contain two full size bedroom sets and has an entrance to a 3 piece bathroom. The pool house, also contains a poker table.

For outside entertaining, both the main and pool house have covered patios with sitting and dinning areas. Each outdoor entertaining space has easy access and visibility to the stunning pool. The main house outdoor entertaining area contains a fire place, outdoor television and a gas grill. The pool house outdoor entertaining area boasts a sitting and dinning area, along with a private cafe table. WiFi is available on property in certain areas. We do recommend bringing your own hot spot or mofis.

The studio apartment is equipped with a king bedroom set and a private 3 piece bathroom.

If you need to house additional people, the properties below are approximately 12-15 minutes from this home.

The pool and spa area, are as gorgeous as they come, but if swimming is not your thing, we do have a chip and putt golf course available, on property.

The Luxury Hill Country Estate is nestled near 4 wedding venue, all within a 5 minute drive from the estate. The estate is located approximately 20 minutes from Austin, San Marcos, Wimberley and Dripping Springs. The luxury estate is approximately 45 minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Access to all the amenities are available to all traveler party sizes. The twin roll away beds, are available for parties greater than 16. We do store these beds on site, for your use and setup. Although the estate has three properties, on site, we only book the estate to one group of travelers at a time. In addition, we do not mind bbq, pre or post wedding gatherings at the hill country estate and with prior approval. Please keep in mind, this is a vacation rental and not an event center. We can help set up for private chef or other concierge services if needed please ask the host.

The Luxury Hill Country Estate is fully equipped for your travel needs. All the cooking and eating utensils are available. We provide the coffee, bathing towels, swimming towels, all bedding. The estate is set up for you to arrive, unpack and enjoy!!!

Overall the property was great with privacy, space and location. We enjoyed our time here for the weekend!! I saw some other reviews with the birds and pooping under the patios, which was true and only other thing that wasn’t expected was the well water. But, that is something not used to. Would definitely recommend this to others to book or come back!!

The house is huge and perfect for a family to stay in, there are 2 full sized kitchen and the pool is beautiful! Lots of beds and rooms so everyone can have their privacy.

Excellent location to Tuscan Hall. Accommodations perfect for Bridesmaids to be in the pool house, in own space, separate from main house. Parking is convenient and plenty of spaces. Tons of closet space. Nice to have rollaway bed accessible. In main house plenty of space/seating in kitchen to have buffet style breakfast for all guests. Towels were a plus. Extra pool bathroom off main house was great surprise. Only downsides, Pool /area a bit dirty from previous guest and some trash & cups at the bottom pool. Outdoor seating & area dusty, cobwebs and quite bit of horrible bird poo from birds nesting under patio cover. The bird poo, way too much to have gone unnoticed. Rotten egg, or sulfur smell in shower not pleasant. Not familar we asked owner about drinking the water and was only told water softener was installed a few weeks prior to our visit and should be fine to drink. luckily we brought a lot of water for guest, coffee & cooking. We googled the smell and apparently it might be normal for rocky area. And yes sometimes a new softener can cause the smell to be stronger. I would have liked to know ahead of time to warn guest so they could stay somewhere else or bring water too. Had a few questions about stairs and walking accessibility go unanswered but our elderly guest ended up staying in hotel instead so did not bring up again. Other than that a good stay and owner did respond to other questions for us. I would stay there again. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I would like to warn other travelers that the compound is large and accommodates many people; however the property is poorly maintained. Also, when you contact the host, they are adamant that whatever your complaint is has been resolved. In our case, the swimming pool was THE main reason we booked this property. We shared pictures and videos to help the host understand that the pool was not suitable for swimming. They insisted it was! It is clear that the property is not walked down by the host or owner because there is bird and/or pigeon droppings on every porch. Mounds of it! We took the water hose and washed it off so we could access the porch. Also, there is build up on the faucets in the restrooms; in the kitchen, the hood vents did not work. It’s all so unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful. I guess what is most frustrating is that the host never once came to get a visual of what we were actually dealing with. A visual inspection is all it would take to see that we DID NOT get what we paid for. The swimming pool was so murky and if maintenance did come out, they never got both pumps working nor did they skim the pool. It was just disgusting.I almost forgot to mention the internet is not spotty- it simply doesn’t work.Heed the warning ‼

A dream homestead

This place is everything it says it is and more! The seclusion and building layout checks off many marks.All amenities were finely appointed. Two kitchens made things so much easier.The pool was certainly a big hit, so much so that my grandson said he didn't want to go back to PawPaw's pool...We had 17 staying on the property and approx 15 others in local hotels and VRBO's.We couldn't be happier and look forward to a return stay.

WOW... Couldn't dream for a better one

We spent the New Year vacation at this property and our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The house exceeded all our expectations in every way. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the spacious living areas made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.The host was very nice and responsive, She allowed us to have an early check-in and a late check out.We had so much fun there, kids and adults had their share of fun.Suitable for big groups or families

Very nice!

Several families were here for a wedding and this property is perfect for that! It has 3 houses on it. Worked like a charm for us, everyone had there own room and dressing areas! A few suggestions, More lights, Mirrors in the bedrooms, (even the long cheap ones from Target will do in each bedroom closet) and a few throw blankets would be nice oh and some firewood. Overall, we loved it!

Wedding Weekend

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay with our families as everybody was traveling from out of town for our wedding. This exquisite location offered all the amenities and conforts of home. There aren't any words to do this place justice. 5 stars through and through. Our wedding couldn't have been any more perfect, as the Bride and her bridesmaids used the main house, while myself(Groom) and the groomsmen used the pool house for our "morning of" preparations.

Love the property but it needs attention. Hot tub and some TVs didn’t work. Some remotes didn’t have batteries. There were no trash bags. Swallows nest there so there is poop at all the outdoor sitting areas. Had to raise the top of the tank to flush one toilet and one bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

Family Reunion

Property is beatiful. My family enjoy all amenities and we focus in the positive that property offers in regards of the accommodation. Property needs a better cleaning before guest arrive. Kitchen was dusty and main house bathroom were not clean. Other two houses were fine. Main gate of property did not work and you have in the back of your mind the security aspect when you have kids and older relatives with you that anyone can enter the property late nigth.Overrall work the money and the host was responsive. We We consider coming back - i think is more positive that negative and the value is there as well.

The stay itself was great unfortunately there were a few gliches…I informed our contact the toilet did not flush in the studio apt, they left the top of the tank off so they could flush manually. Somebody had set the thermostat very low in pool house, so cold showers were taken, luckily our son in law figured out it was digital and set it so they would not have to endure cold showers during the rest of our stay! The televisions did not work, when I inquired about them, was told they may need to purchase a new tv for master bedroom….was sent a new WiFi link for living room that did not work! Son in law who is an IT worker worked with it but couldn’t get it to come on until we plugged a phone in to it. The grounds and pool were great we enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. However the inside could use a little TLC.

Did not meet expectations

Unfortunately this rental did not meet our expectations for the price. While the owners were quick to respond to emails we kept having to ask lots of questions about the property like check-in time, how to check-in, whether there were codes etc. They should put together a welcome email or packet that will answer all these items for guests to help decrease the questions. There was also a problem with the water on the property. It sporadically turned off when in use. Not good when you have a lot of people staying needing to shower and get ready. Never heard back about whether it was resolved or not either. Overall the property itself if beautiful but we wouldn't rent it again.

Hi Stephanie, I want to say thank you for choosing our home. However I find your review completely unfair! During the time of your stay our well system broke, I received a call from the wedding venue not you or your family member. I was at dinner when I step outside to get my maintenance staff on the problem. Which they diagnose and send a well water specialist the very next morning. Now, this whole time I still had not heard from you. I was speaking to another person that was staying there. She explained the situation and I had a clearer understanding, she and I were texting and calling each other. It was all taken care of. Secondly getting ahold of me is not true at all. I have a screen shot showing you never contacted me via this website. Only by email and when you did I emailed you back. I even have an email requesting your phone number so I can speak with you. And I still Never got that as well. I completely understand that it was your wedding day or someone in your family’s special day and I hate that our well system gave out during that time frame. But I nor does anyone have control over those types my problems. It is not like I didn’t pay a bill and the water shut off... the well system broke! I am an owner and I use this site when I Vacation and I do look at reviews and what people say. Your words have an impact and your words were simply untrue. Good luck.

Beautiful property, lacking for the price

Though the property itself is beautiful and spacious, for the price, we would expect that things functioned properly like the hot tub which was completely unable to heat, the dishwasher that made things dirtier than when they went in, and lack of hot water to wash dishes properly in the kitchen. The TV had no channels/reception as an earlier reviewer pointed out in December, and unlike lesser properties, there were zero nice touches like dishwasher detergent, paper towels, tissues, or coffee. For over $1000/night, it would be nice to find trash bags or even something really nice like some bottled water in the fridge or rafts for the pool. It was advertised that there were additional cots/beds, but some were broken leaving two people without a bed. The location was very close to Chapel Dulcinea and Salt Lick, so it worked great for our small wedding weekend (ceremony and reception were at the Chapel, but family stayed here). There were plenty of places for folks to gather outdoors and indoors in small groups which was nice, and the kitchen and table were large enough for 10-12 folks inside with another 6+ outside. Overall however, we were all collectively simply disappointed with the amenities or lack there of. With a little effort, this property could be a dream come true.

I do apologize for your experience, we spoke and messages each other prior to your stay. I did let you know in advance that we do not provide certain items you mentioned on your review. We do provide coffee for all out keurigs, I do not Replenish during your stay unfortunately. The bathrooms are stock with 4 rolls of toilet paper for all the bathrooms. Paper towels and all other products are available. Any issue you had with the hot tub I addressed right away. And even gave you a discount for your inconvenience of not being up to use the spa.

Beautiful home, but upkeep leaves much to be desired

We booked this property to house my wedding party and hold our small reception. We informed the owner of our plans and got permission prior to the event. The house was beautiful and the layout was ideal for hosting however the state of the property upon arrival left the impression it had not been maintained or cleaned. We spent around two hours sweeping, clearing dead branches, and hosing down the patios and furniture to clear the copious bird droppings, dirt, and cobwebs.The home itself while gorgeous was in noticeable disrepair—several things were broken or worn down. Including the following : the fire alarm batteries were out and and beeping in one of the homes, one of the bed frames collapsed on our guests during the night (which we luckily had tools to fix ourselves), some of the sinks had loose faucets and did not drain properly, and everyone and a while the you could smell the septic tank outdoors. We found cobwebs on the ceilings in the bathrooms and all over the wood beams in the kitchen living room areas. While the host was responsive and apologetic, the apologies came with more excuses than actual solutions. Nothing was really addressed during our stay.Overall, it felt like the place had potential but was poorly maintained. After our hard work getting everything ready for our guests it was a gorgeous weekend and home, but expect to put some elbow grease in if you are expecting to host guests.
