The property itself offers beautiful oak trees, scenic views, occasional wildlife, and cool, starry Texas nights under the open sky. If you're traveling with a large group, and are still hoping for some quiet, relaxing time - Rock 'n' Wood offers plenty of space for family and friends, accommodating up to 8 guests in the main house, and up to 5 guests in the Little Rock N Wood.

Upon entering Rock N Wood, you'll be welcomed to the Hill Country by the unique, rustic river rock archway found in the entryway. Hill Country touches can be found throughout the home, inside and out. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare a perfect vacation meal. There's plenty of room for multiple cooks in this kitchen, so go ahead and plan a feast! When it's time to dive in there's plenty of room for dining at the breakfast table, dining table, or outdoors. The cozy, yet spacious living room features French doors that look out over the beautiful pool. Out back you'll find a wonderfully landscaped pool area, a pool with two tanning shelves, a separate hot tub, a covered patio perfect for lounging, a gas grill, and various other seating areas. Consider it your Hill Country oasis! Head back inside the main house and you'll find two bedrooms located downstairs both outfitted with king-sized beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bath, featuring a claw foot tub and walk-in shower.

Step through the kitchen door you'll find the private entrance to Middle Rock N Wood which opens into an attached, private living area complete with a king bedroom and attached bath, a kitchenette, and a cozy fireplace in the living room. This property is perfect for groups who relish spending time together during the day but prefer some private, quiet downtime in the evenings.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, they say...if that might apply to your group, then consider Little Rock N Wood the solution to your conundrum! A stone path just off the main house leads to Little Rock N Wood which is a fully separate unit on the property. Morning coffee, listening to the birdsong in the front courtyard might be nice. Inside you'll be greeted by a warm, cozy living area with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a nicely equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with king beds. The additional twin bed in the loft is perfect for a child as well. Out back you'll find a private hot tub and deck where you can enjoy some private relaxation when it's time to take a break from the larger group.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 13 guests. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. There is a limit of 5 vehicles unless otherwise approved.
