Check in and check out times are posted on the wall next to the bunk beds Which includes the house rules. Lavonna did not adhere to the check out time posted of 10 am. I also had checked with the VRBO listing which also reflected check out time of 10 am. Its our policy Anyone who checks out an hour or longer after the posted check out time is charged for an additional nights stay. We did not do so with Lavonna. Lavonna became belligerent when requested to depart the condo and never mentioned any complaints during her stay nor at her departure. The cleaning lady was there waiting to clean the condo. The kitchen is extremely well stocked including a wine opener with a bottle opener attachment. Along with wine glasses, kitchen utensils, silverware, full set of pots, pans, coffee pot, dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, glasses, etc for 6 persons. toaster, blender, kitchen dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towel,s, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, bath soap , hand soap.. Bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels, hand towel, bath mat, Full size appliances, double door refrigerator, etc. Of course bunk beds are never the size of twin beds. That's why they are called bunk beds for children.
