You feel, see and hear the ocean - you are really "at" the beach. The spacious open floor plan with 2,200 sqft of living space (including balconies) comes with an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, separate laundry room with a new stacked washer/dryer and three walk in closets. It easily sleeps six with a King and two queen sized beds. Recent updates include large comfortable power reclining microfiber sofa, recliners with ottomans, adjustable bed in the master bedroom, a new stacked washer/dryer and and patio furniture. A private garageport just steps from the main entrance as well as additional community parking areas are also included.
Tiara Towers has a very active HOA with weekly social activities including, pot luck dinners, game nights, mahjong and more. The resort like amenities include heated pool, hot tub, tennis, BBQ, outdoor showers, fitness center, bike storage, beach storage, private beach access and a pool side clubhouse complete with ice machine and full kitchen.
All this and only a 15 minute drive on the island to the shops and restaurants of Vero Beach. With downtown Fort Pierce only 5-10 minutes away. You can walk or bike to Pepper Island and Fort Pierce Inlet State Parks, the Navy Seal Museum. Marinas, Publix, CVS and restaurants are only a 5 min drive away.

We are fortunate enough to be able to travel the world during the winter and have had the same tenants rent the condo for the past several years. They loved the community so much and recently bought a unit in the building so it’s available again next winter!

We fell in love with Hutchinson Island when we cruised on our boat down the ICW. We love nature and being active. We boat, fish, hike, scuba dive, snorkel, and basically anything outdoors. We also love listening to live music and enjoying restaurants and shops from time to time. Our condo is perfect for all of the above. Come experience it for yourselves!
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The beach on North Hutchinson Island is very nice! Aside from the color of the water, we also love how the beach slopes gently into the sea, so easy to walk into the waves most of the time, perfect for kids to wade in and great for boogie boarding!
