IMMACULATE - OCEAN VIEW & OVERLOOKING GOLF COURSE

Our home by the ocean is immaculate, comfy, and stylish. Located on the third (top) floor offering a beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and also overlooks the 1st hole of a 9-hole Executive golf course. Our condo is close to everything: New main pool, Tiki bar, restaurant, beach, tennis, golf, and more. It comes fully equipped from a new set of cooking pots to beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and even golf clubs. It is located in the well-known Ocean Village Community on S. Hutchinson Island - a desirable 120- acre community located directly on the ocean (600 yards of private beachfront). Our resort is a 24-hour guarded gate community.

Amenities are abundant and the property is gorgeous. Enjoy any of our 4 heated pools, or attend a yoga class in our new club center. Choose to join an activity from the monthly calendar.

You can take a two-minute walk to the beach for shelling, fishing and swimming, Tiki Bar, restaurant, shuffleboard, basketball, fitness center, library, hot tubs, showers and sauna. You will be able to sit on your patio while overlooking the 1st hole of the well-maintained executive course, see and hear the ocean, watch the sunrise and sunset. Bicycle racks are located in our cluster and bikes can be rented from Lisa Rentals, or rent an e-scooter so you can ride to one of the nearby restaurants for a bite while listening to music.

When you tire of eating out, enjoy cooking in your remodeled kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, pots, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, dishes, drinking and wine glasses, and utensils. Kitchen has an open concept overlooking the living room and the TV. If dinner is a bust, head to the new restaurant right on premises or one of the many restaurants and/or tikis nearby and watch the boats passing through the channel at Jetty Park.

For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels or tennis rackets.

The gorgeous executive nine-hole golf course, with lovely lakes and fountains, meanders throughout the community and is available to you free in the off-season and only $5 in-season. The tennis center, with its 10 lighted tennis courts, 4 of which are NEW hydro-court subsurface clay courts, offers leagues and fun tournaments. Bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, BBQs, picnic areas by the lakes and lots of walkways complete your resort. A few Pickleball courts are available on premises until new additional ones are completed. Public courts, a large playground, BBQ, and picnic areas are minutes away at the newly renovated, beautiful Jaycee Park, river side with beautiful views.

Fort Pierce is often called the Sunrise City. It offers contemporary shopping, dining, great fishing and a range of entertainment and activities such as the Saturday Farmersā€™ Market, Wed. Market, Friday Fest, Jazz Festival, and the Sunrise Theatre for the Performing Arts. Located within a few miles from the water view restaurants of Fort Pierce and from Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, there are plenty of options for ways to fill your days!

We had a great stay at this charming one-bedroom condo. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view that we truly enjoyed.The location was perfect, with a very short walk to the beach, main pool, and restaurant. The owners were incredibly friendly, offered many thoughtful extras, and had excellent communication throughout our stay.We would definitely recommend this condo and would be happy to stay here again.

ā€œImmaculateā€ is no joke - Susan and Joeā€™s condo was one of the best rentals Iā€™ve done through Vrbo. Hutchinson Island was a lovely, private, pristine area good for those seeking respite from the busy city life. Pretty much every amenity we could have needed was included which made packing easy. It was similar to a resort. We would definitely return to this spot if we have an opportunity.

Outstanding location for a relaxing holiday

The hosts description of "immaculate" was totally accurate. With great views overlooking the golf course and the ocean in the distance, the appartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on Hutchinson Island. It is very comfortable and spacious. The community is secure, quiet and friendly, but close to good beaches, places to eat and even live music when we wanted it.I haven't played golf for a long time, but enjoyed a round on the executive 9-hole course almost every day.Susan was also an excellent host.

Wonderful stay

Thanks to Susan and Joe for a wonderful stay. The property is very clean. Susan even provided a pack and play for our daughter so we didnā€™t have to pack one! The village is also very well kept, nice beaches and a nice little par 3 golf course. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing stay

Enjoyed our stay courtesy of Susan and Joe. All the creature comforts were provided during our stay. Appreciated the fresh flowers upon our arrival. Walking the beach every morning and listening to the ocean at night from our balcony was heaven. We will definitely be back.

Florida has always been my sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of New York. It was an easy decision to make paradise my permanent residence after my retirement as a NYC high school teacher. I looked at many places before coming across Ocean Village and fell in love with its beauty, closeness to the beach, and all the amenities it has to offer. I didn't think I would find another condo as nice and situated so well as my first but we came across this one and fell in love once again. My husband, Joe, and I live nearby so are available to our guests if need be. Although we do not live in Ocean Village, as yet, we find we are vacationing here because we are drawn to the many tiki bars with entertainment, great restaurants, the gorgeous beaches and the calm waters at the inlet where I can sit under a palm tree. Be prepared to fall in love.
