At the heart of Ocean Village. Private beach, gym, tennis, golf, pools, etc...

Extra clean and recently renovated, our unit is centrally located to all activities at Ocean Village and just a few steps to our beautiful beach. Yet, the unit is in a private spot. The south view patio door gives access to a sunny private terrace and is facing a pond with tropical fishes - away from the path of golfers.

It features a bright kitchen, completely equipped for all your cooking needs.

There is a sofa converting to a queen size bed in the living room, two smart TVs and free WiFi.

The master bedroom just received a new bedroom set with King size bed . It has the fresh looks of the tropics. It has its own TV of course

The bathroom has just been renovated.

Our linen closet has plenty of sheets/pillow cases, extra pillows and blankets and also lots of towels for your convenience.

You will also find tennis rackets and beach chairs with umbrella to take advantage of Ocean Village's installations & beautiful beach.

There is an extra sink/vanity area right in the hall and a new full size washer/dryer in the apartment.

Host was great. We love the Ocean Village amenities. Loved 613 with the expanded interior where the porch was. We stayed in 714 before and it seemed a little cramped without the porch push out. We’ll be back for sure. Terry & Jeri Weeks

Relaxing & Fun

Love coming to Ocean Villages. People are friendly, property offers lots of opportunities for activities. Our unit is always so clean, updated & the owner is very responsive. Worth the long drive to escape winter in the Midwest.

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Very beautiful grounds, peaceful and quiet. The main pool area was very nice and the beach beautiful and quiet.

Paradise !

I can't say enough of how much I loved staying here! It was quiet, the people i met were friendly and welcoming. The condo was clean and bright. Tidy fully stocked kitchen. I especially loved all the creatures i saw right outside the patio! Lots of different birds, tree frogs, rabbits, turtles, and lizards were my favorite. Serge was most helpful and responded instantly to all my questions and needs. I would absolutely love to come back and stay again. And special shout out to the Hutchinson bar and grill. I have Celiac Disease and a few other food allergies. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, and were very accommodating to my special needs. Everything was so delicious! Many times on the 1 mile stretch of beach at Ocean Village it was my own private slice of heaven. The sunrises are incredible! This was why I came, for the beach and it was everything i imagined and more, including nests from sea turtles. A nature lovers paradise! I highly recommend.

Under Construction

The unit was great. Very clean and good location. Just wish we were told that the main pool, restaurant, and tiki bar were all closed and under construction. Other than that, we had a great time. The beach was great and the weather was perfect for 7 days.

Return to Paradise

This was our 2nd stay in Serge’s condo. He is very quick to respond and we like the location & cleanliness of this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans & silverware. Start up supplies were adequate although we had no laundry detergent. There was an ample supply of sheets & towels too.

Lovely Location

A great 1 BR condo on the first floor . The kitchen is very well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. A short walk to the pool or beach. Serge was an awesome host and communicated well with us. Easy access to US1 and extremely affordable. Given the location, by several small ponds be sure to pack bug spray if you plan to spend any time outside.

Great peaceful place!

This property was perfect for my mom and I to get away for 9 day stay. The community features were fantastic- never really had to leave property. The condo had a beautiful kitchen newly renovated. The bed was fantastic to sleep in and it was easy to come and go as we pleased. We had a guest visit and we had zero issues - which made it easy and enjoyable! Would rent again and again! ♥️

Third time staying in Ocean Village

The unit was very nice and very clean and had a comfortable bed. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was because the cable didn’t work the whole time we were there so all we had was Roku TV. We were there from Saturday to Saturday and the owner tried to walk us through a fix, then had a neighbor come and look at it on Wednesday and then the cable company came on Friday, the day before we left. The internet went out on Friday in the whole complex, which wasn’t the owners fault, but caused us to also have no TV.

Updated Ocean Village Condo

Nicely appointed and updated condo. This is by far one of the nicest and quietest condos we have ever stayed in after many, many trips to Ocean Village. It has been updated and we found it to be very comfortable for our weeklong stay. Serge's place will be one of my first choices when rebooking. Only negative I found was the cleaners need a better mop to get the floors a bit cleaner. And a different key box as us old folks struggled a bit getting it open.

Ocean Village Condo

Great location close to beach and activities. Lots to do in the complex. Especially liked the golf and tennis. The unit had some updates done which were nice. The main pool was closed, and the pool closest to the rental was not heated as promised which was disappointing. Also expect lots of sand fly's on days that it is cloudy. That made sitting by the pool impossible. We were lucky that most days were sunny. The hot tub was fabulous.

Not So Nice without TV or Internet

We have been going to Florida regularly since 2014. We always stay in Fort Pierce. This was the third time we stayed at Ocean Village. We like it there because the people are so friendly, the restaurant is very good, the grounds are well maintained. Unfortunately we had a bad time in our rented condo. We arrived there and most of the drive way was blocked off due to construction workers roofing. We parked, walked in liked the condo, very clean as described. We began trying to set up the WIFI but the password was not accepted. We then went to the pool where we meet some people they told us that there was a power failure and to reset the modem. We did and the password worked. We then turned on the TV and there was a "No Signal" for both of the sets. After a day and half of calls made to Direct TV, who couldn't do anything for us due to the fact we were renters. I tried writing Serge and it took to the afternoon of the next day for him to text us back. He didn't know why but he would get in touch with Direct TV. I made more calls and found the name of the Property manager whom I emailed. She emailed me back saying the dish was off the roof due to the workers and didn't know when it would be operative. I again reached out to Serge giving him this information. He asked us to stay and wait for a technician who would be coming Monday morning. Monday at 12 noon I wrote Serge again. He then told me, what I told him that the dish is not wired on the roof and the tech would not be there. This is after waiting all morning and not knowing he wasn't coming. A few days later, and no TV yet the internet went down for almost a day. Yes this was not something an owner can do, but when in the condo we had no TV or Internet. We wanted to leave. When I asked for any type of refund, Serge told me "people don't go to Florida to watch TV or go on the internet". I told him we are 77 years old and not the type that would be out any of the night. The internet finally came on and we did stay. Mosquitos were the next problem. Inside his place we were getting bit. When I questioned him about this he said, "Your in Florida". I replied we have stayed here many times and the other owners had exterminators. We found a few palmetto bugs in the restroom. Overall it was the worse time we ever had since going to Florida. He said he would compensate us for the problems. When the TV finally was available, after 7 days and nights.
