This beautiful resort property is in the safe and beautiful city of Yorba Linda which is the perfect location for active families seeking the Disneyland, Beach, and Southern California experience. Or you may just enjoy the relaxation, activities and fun this property provides.

It has a beautiful open floor plan, hardwood floors and high ceilings. The four bedrooms are spacious and have lots of closet room. One of the bedrooms will sleep 4 people.
Two bathrooms and a laundry room provide you with all of the necessities to enjoy your vacation!

You will feel like you arrived in Paradise in this backyard!! Patio seating for the whole family, outdoor TV, fire pit, trampoline, basketball hoop, large driveway, built in BBQ with bar seating and a gorgeous pool with a rock slide and rope swing!

Relax in the large jacuzzi at the end of the night with an easy to use remote control that allows you to control the water, temperature and lights.

We are so proud of our home and we would love to rent it out to families on vacation that would enjoy it as much as we do!

Amazing Property

We loved staying at this property! The pool was phenomenial and just as amazing as the pictures show! The home was very clean and well kept. There was a lot of spaces to spread out and relax. We will be coming back to stay again!

Great little oasis for relaxation and family time away

From the moment we arrived until to the moment we left, we were comfortable and relaxed. The interior of the home was terrific for the family and offered different areas for the family to either join together or spend quiet time on their own. The exterior is nothing short of MARVELOUS! SO easy to spend the whole time away in the outside setting you have created - if we could have, I am sure the entire family would have selpt outside.

Fantastic Stay In Yorba Linda

Just returned home having spent an amazing week in Ann's home. House is a good setup, kitchen has all you need, bedrooms are laid out well and Hass all the amenities but we spent so little time inside due to the amazing outdoor space. The pool-I doubt you'll find better in a personal.home-rope swing, slide, jumping off the platform and the pool toys-kids were there for hours. The BBQ area is gorgeous and we made use of it multiple times, little ones really enjoyed the trampoline and basketball that the hosts had setup for us! Hosts-fantastic comunication, welcoming and always there to support. Thanks Ann for letting us stay in your home.

We keep coming back for more

This was our second stay, this time for 6 weeks. The house, location, and hosts are nothing short of amazing. Basically a 20 minute drive to most anything you need (including Disney and Knotts). Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors that feels very safe! The kids practically lived in the backyard with the pool, water slide, trampoline, basketball and table tennis. The weekly pool service and landscaping keeps everything in perfect shape. The inside of the house is very spacious, with comfortable chairs, sofas, and beds! The hosts are genuinely great people that are very helpful with anything you need. Another great trip, and we hope to be able to stay here a 3rd time in the future.

Best backyard & pool

What a great place. We filled up the house with three generations and it surpassed our expectations. The house, pool and yard were even better than we expected. The yard is smartly designed and immaculate: awesome pool, bocci, and the grandkids loved the trampoline. A few nice surprises: The neighbourhood is clean, safe, and quite walkable. The house backs onto a path that takes you to a beautiful park a few blocks away. That path got daily use for family walks and runs. We spent two days in Disney which is about 20 min away. On the last day I asked the grandkids what their favourite part of the trip was. Expected them to say Disneyland. Nope, it was the pool. I can't disagree. Thanks for opening up your home for us!

Amazing stay in Yorba Linda

My husband and I along with my parents and 2 young boys enjoyed a week long vacation here in June. It was nothing short of perfect! The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show and it was so comfortable! They had everything we could have possibly needed and was very clean and ready for our arrival. The owners were amazing and attentive, quick to respond to questions, very welcoming and really I could tell really wanted us to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation :) We are so thankful to them for opening up their home to us and we will definitely be returning in the future 😊

Absolutely relaxing

This is by far the best rental. Beginning with meeting Ann. Their home was delightful and very homey. We loved the pool & hot tub followed by a BBQ in their wonderful pool side gas BBQ. We miss it already and plan another visit again!!

The best vacation house we have had

The 9 weeks we spent here was simply perfect. A very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, quick access to many stores, restaurants, and things to do! The photos on the listing don't do justice to the overall impression of the house. Our four kids of course lived outside with the pool, trampoline, and basketball and continue to talk about the pool a week later. The property hosts are amazing. They are responsive, helpful, flexible, and friendly. We simply could not have asked for a better time at this amazing house, which we will absolutely use again in the future.

A Beautiful Oasis

We do an annual vacation every Summer with good family friends and all of us, kids included, decided this was one of our top favorites! Ann and Tim were the best host’s. The house was clean and cozy. The pool and yard were spectacular! We can’t wait to go back!

Family trip

We had a lot of fun with all the different activities, such as the pool, bocce ball court, trampoline and time visiting around the fire pit. It was perfect for our family to have time to visit and play. The host was very helpful. We look forward to returning.

Superbe maison

Fabuleuse maison, terrain exceptionnel et maison très bien entretenue. La maison est très bien située, vous avez accès directement à une piste cyclable asphaltée à partir de la cour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Merci beaucoup!

Great place for families

The hosts were super connected to making our experience great! We were a double family looking for a home with a pool so our pre-teens/teens could swim and chill out - this home was perfect! The pool is amazing! Great communal cooking and eating areas, trail behind the house to take you to the Nixon Library (a must for history buffs), close to grocery stores but very residential experience! We have traveled to SoCal many times and usually stay in Irvine or NEWPORT but Yorba Linda was a nice change and not all that farther away from all your standard touristy stuff . Highly recommend this rental .

Wonderful getaway

Our family stayed at Ann's place for 6 nights and it was amazing all throughout. Ann and Tim were exceptional hosts, laying out everything we would need, as well as explaining all the various features and amenities of the home. The house itself was beautiful, with a great backyard/pool. Our kids and friends that stayed with us commented several times on how much they loved the house. The property was well kept, clean, and Ann provided us with any and everything we might need for our trip. She was extremely accessible for any questions we had through the stay. Location wise, it was a short drive (15 min) to Disney, and any grocery store etc you need was within 1-2 miles. Thank you Ann and Tim!

Great VRBO!

My family and I wanted to rent a home near Disney, the beach and LA. We looked at every VRBO available until we found this great home. Since I have 4 kids between the ages of 3 to 12 years old. This house had everything we were looking for. An awsome pool, great outside patio with bbq grill, an outside TV with sitting area, trampoline, a fire pit and a great location with privacy. The house is beautiful, spacious and properly taken care of. There's lots of choices near by for eating out, buying fresh picked veggies or fruit and shopping. It's convinient location near two interstates allowed us to choose different routes to our destinations avoiding the daily traffic delays. The owners did a great job stocking the house with al of the daily supplies we needed they even had beach supplies for our beach day! I recomend this house to anyone looking for a great relaxing home to vacation in. We had a great time at this house and my kids loved it. The owners are also very nice and responded quickly when ever I had a question. Communication is very important to me and they did a great job! Thank you Ann!

Amazing Oasis

This home is absolutely amazing. A perfect place for our family Disney vacation. The house is great and the yard is even better. We could have spent all of our time outside. Nonstop fun for the kids and the adults. Tim and Ann were fantastic hosts. We definitely will be back but will spend less time at the amusement parks and more time at the house.

An absolute gem, well located ,highly recommended.

We have over the years stayed in a vast array of properties when visiting the US from the UK. This is probably one of our favourites, the outdoor areas just keep on coming, beautifully landscaped and a fantastic entertainment dining area, at times it felt as though we were on an all-inclusive resort without all the other guests. Fenced in trampoline, basketball firepit barbecue area, and bar. The area is lovely and quiet but within a 15-minute walk of shops if needed. Indoors is tastefully furnished with all the necessary requirements for self-catering, instructions well laid out and the host very responsive. A kettle would be useful but suspect most of the clientele are from the US so not vital. A regular coffee machine other than Keurig would also be helpful. Beds extremely comfortable, house spotless, bathrooms functional, Pull the leaver firmly towards you in the shower to operate, we were unfamiliar with the mechanism but quickly learnt. There are items left by the owners of the house but there is plenty of storage space so not a problem. Our only advice would be that families with toddlers or small children that cannot swim should be mindful that the pool area is open, which we loved, we cannot bear fenced in pools but you cannot leave small children unsupervised as is clearly outlined by your host in the book. Thank you, Ann, this was the start of a three week trip in the US, we wish we had stayed longer and would come back in a heartbeat. We will recommend to anyone we know travelling to LA.

die bilder halten alles was sie versprechen und es mangelt an nichts in diesem wunderschönem Haus. Die unzähligen schlaf, aber auch sitzmöglichkeiten lassen das moderne Haus gemütlich und komfortabel wirken. Hotel oder dieses wunderbare Haus? Definitiv dieses Haus!!!! Der Pool und der Whirlpool sorgen zwischendurch für eine kühle Erfrischung. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

We have lived in a Yorba Linda for 25 years and love our community. We have recently retired and are taking this opportunity to spend some extra time with relatives in the midwest.

Our unique property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of beautiful Yorba Linda. We back the Horse Trail that provides miles of walking or biking. This ranch style home is perfect for families and provides a relaxing and very fun environment!
