The Cedar Townhouse is a three story townhome located in the "CORE" of The Galena Territory, within walking distance to the Inn at Eagle Ridge, a park, walking trails and tennis courts.

Walk up two steps and enter on the main floor which holds a bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom. A bit further down the hall you will find the living room gathering space that features a wood burning fireplace. Wonderful to gather around for coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Next to the living room is the dining area and newly renovated kitchen, whose new cabinets and countertops are well stocked with the addition of Pyrex glass pans, mixing bowls and baking sheets along with the everyday essentials. Beyond the dining room is a beautifully redone deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs as well.

Upstairs just off the entry way you will find a second bedroom that has a queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower stall as well as a quiet corner to sit and read or take a rest.

The third bedroom is on the lower level of this town home featuring two twin beds and a hallway bathroom shared with the lower level living room. Here you will also find the sleeper sofa, a card table, a new smart television and lower-level patio with seasonal views of The Galena Territory.

With a bedroom and bath on each floor, guests have privacy and room to spread out at the end of the day.

This town house is a great place for families, golfers, ladies getaways or individuals looking for a great location with
peace and quiet. This home comes with 6 proximity cards for your use of The Galena Territory. Guests of this home enjoy all of the homeowners amenities in The Galena Territory including the two pools, fitness center, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, pickle ball and tennis. Lake Galena is about ten minutes away and can be accessed by calling the marina to reserve a pontoon boat or kayak. Whether this is your first time to the Galena Territory or your fiftieth this home and area have plenty to explore.
