Welcome to Scenic Serenity, your peaceful getaway located in the heart of The Galena Territory/Eagle Ridge Resort. Your home away from home sleeps up to six (6) people comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (lower level) + bathroom on lower level
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (second floor) + bathroom on second floor
Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (lower level)

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a party house. No guests other than the ones on the reservation allowed. $25/per additional guest not on listing will be charged. No loud noise after 10pm. No pets allowed, NON smoking unit ($200 fee per each night of your stay if violated), sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 6.

Please note that there is a full flight of stairs between both the lower level and upper level where the kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor patio are all located.

Cable is not provided, however; there are three TVs in the house where you can login to any of your own subscriptions.

Guests will have access to The Galena Territory Owner’s Club amenities (located 3.3 miles away from the townhouse). 6 access cards are provided for use of the indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), fitness center, tennis court, indoor basketball court and game room.

**Hours of the Owner's Club amenities are subject to change due to COVID-19, holidays, seasons, etc. We are not responsible for the hours and there are no discounts or refunds if the Owner's Club amenities are not available.**

The Galena Territory is a semi-private, 6,800-acre private recreational and residential lake community located six miles outside the historic city of Galena in Northwest Illinois.

Property owners in the low-density planned residential community collectively own 1,900 acres of recreational amenities in addition to their own properties. These include 31 miles of walking/hiking trails, Lake Galena for boating and outstanding fishing, a marina complex, an equestrian center, and a state-of-the-art pool/recreation complex.

The Galena Territory boasts spectacular vistas, valleys, prairies, and woodlands, and harbor rare plant and bird species found nowhere else in Illinois. With a commitment to protecting and preserving this natural environment, The Galena Territory was designated a Community Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation in 2010.

The Galena Territory is easily reachable from anywhere in the Midwest without traveling far. Thanks to its beautiful setting and proximity to historic Galena, Illinois, and its boutiques and art galleries, The Territory is both rural and urban at the same time.
