This home is located in the famous Grayton Beach. It is located on Magnolia Street which is just one street over from the Red Bar. It is just about a block to the beach access point so the location could not be any better. Tres Princesas is a brand new 7 bedroom house with 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is a three story home but don't worry about the stairs, it has an elevator for your convenience. When you arrive at the house, you will have 2 driveways to park. The garage on the right side of the house is the guest garage and will store a ton of fun things for you to use. There are 5 adult bikes and 2 kids sized bikes equipped with helmets and locks. There are plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach as well as a beach cart and 2 inflatable YOLO boards for you to use while you are here. There is a golf cart available to rent separate from the house. Please inquire on additional cost and paperwork for the golf cart rental.

On the first level of the house, you'll find the living area, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, and table inserts allow up to 4 more. Out back there is a private pool which can be heated in the cool months. Enjoy going out to eat while you visit or stay by the pool and grill out. There is a dining table on the back porch so you never have to leave the Florida sunshine.

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find a Master bedroom with a King bed and a trundle pull out bed with an attached Master bathroom suite. On the private balcony, there is a huge swing just perfect for an afternoon nap. Down the hall, there are 3 more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the third bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hallway for added convenience.

The third level doesn't disappoint either! It has a Master bedroom with King sized bed and attached master bathroom suite. There is a third floor private balcony that has a great dining table which is a perfect location to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. It also has a media room just perfect for movie watching! Who can watch a movie without popcorn? Don't worry--we have you covered. In the laundry room there is a popcorn machine. There is also a full sized washer and dryer and a printer in the laundry room for your convenience. Down the hall there are two bedrooms both having a set of bunk beds with a trundle underneath.
