Great vacation home and location. It was our first time to stay in Grayton Beach. We loved how close to the beach we were (3-4 min walk). We also loved the house and layout. Kitchen and main living room is well appointed and there is a nice en-suite guest room right off the kitchen, which was perfect for guests bringing a baby. There are great views from the living room and rooftop balcony/dining area. The house had plenty of beach chairs provided as well. Owner was excellent from check-in to check-out.

We had the best time and the house was amazing! Very clean, lots of linens provided and beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. The kitchen is very well stocked and we loved having so many ice makers and refrigerators throughout the house. Ben (owner) was super responsive and so easy to work with! He helped with questions and checked in on us throughout the week. Can’t wait to be back next year!

The Magnolia house was amazing!  Everything felt new and clean and VERY spacious!  We had six kids and seven adults and the house easily accommodated us.  The private pool and screened porch on the ground floor were critical for keeping the kids busy when they got tired of the beach.  The beach access was an easy walk and the ocean was crystal clear!  Hotz coffee, A.J.'s bar, and Red Bar were all excellent, even with our large group.  And should you enjoy cooking and staying in, this house has a chef’s kitchen. Simply amazing in every way. As nice as the house looks in the pictures, it is even nicer and more luxurious in person!  Literally, the largest showers we've ever seen!  We won't wait long before we book this house again!

This home is phenomenal!! The layout is very spacious. The decor is absolutely resplendent, & the atmosphere is so relaxing!The garage was quite large & had plenty of beach chairs along with an ice machine. While we chose to rent a golf cart, the distance from the home to the beach was super close! The driveway accommodated three large SUV’s & our golf cart rental, but would easily fit a fourth SUV & additional golf cart… & of course there’s more parking in the garage.No details were overlooked when it came to the kitchen, complete with two dishwashers, another ice machine, & top notch accessories & appliances which made cocktails & cooking a breeze. As for the laundry room, there were two sets of washers & dryers along with an abundance of beach towels. The multiple decks & the pool were perfect places to lounge. We appreciated the height of the latch on the door between the screened in porch & the pool area, as we did have little ones on the trip & this was a great safety measure.Each bedroom was impressive, with plenty of closet space, comfortable beds & very spacious bathrooms. I must say, the bathtub in the master bath was the largest I have ever seen & it was nothing less than magical!!Oh- & the cherry on top was the owner, Ben. When we reached out to him, he responded immediately. I could not recommend this house more. It made for such a wonderful vacation, enjoyed by adults & kids alike! This might have been our first stay, but it definitely won’t be our last!

Ben’s beach house was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the beds were super comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the great decks and loved having access to the pool, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Having plenty of ice on hand was also a major plus! We will definitely be booking this place again.

Wow, what a house! Every bit of this property is amazing and so beautiful. We stayed here with extended family - 6 total adults, and 7 total kids, ages 2-11. The kids loved the bunk house! The walk to the beach is short and easy. The pool area feels private. The balconies all have great views. The owners are clearly people who have vacationed before and understand what people who rent a house (especially families!) want and need. It had many basic amenities. The only household item we bought was paper towel (due to the number of kids in our group). There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, beach towels, even laundry detergent. Each bathroom had some supplies as well. We loved Grayton Beach's slower vibe - very relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of some of the surrounding areas This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic, other than people who live there or are staying there. It's not a "pass through" area. The owners were so easy to work with, very communicative, and responded immediately to any questions we had. If you're thinking about booking this house, do it. You won't regret it. We plan to return, and I would recommend this area and this specific property to any of my friends looking for a great beach getaway.
