The kitchen features top of the line gourmet appliances throughout, including a side by side, two door Kitchen Aid refrigerator, as well as a smaller, two-drawer, under the counter refrigerator/icemaker. A gourmet Thermador gas cook top with built-in griddle, will complement all levels of cooking skills. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, smaller appliances, accessories, dishes and cutlery.

Three sit down indoor eating options are available. There are four barstools surrounding the central kitchen island with granite counter for informal meals, as well as a marble table with four Lucite chairs serving as a lovely breakfast area, with large windows facing the pool and outdoor living space. For more formal dining, there is a beautiful dining table that seats eight comfortably.

The Great Room looks out to a very private pool/jacuzzi and outdoor living area through a wall of glass, creating a serene and soothing indoor/outdoor look. As you step outside, you immediately enter an inviting covered portico that seats eight and overlooks a 30ft pool, featuring a soaking ledge and spa, and is surrounded by lovely foliage and palm trees. As an added luxury, the pool’s heating and lighting functions are managed from a remote console within the home. There are two cantilevered and two upright umbrellas that provide customized shade. A gourmet stainless steel Jenn-Aire BBQ will be perfect for the Grill-Meister of your family, and meet all your outdoor cooking needs.

There are three bedrooms, and an additional bonus den/study, each one with en-suite bathroom, modern ceiling fans, and flat screen TV. The spacious master bedroom contains a large walk-in closet, his and her toilets for extra comfort and privacy, and has direct access to the backyard. The master bath has a very large walk in shower, with selectable rain showerhead, hand held shower, as well as direct body jets. Additionally, there is a casita-type room, (study/den) with en suite bathroom, and a separate outside entrance, yet is still accessible from the main house. There are two other nicely decorated bedrooms, one with two twin-sized beds, and the other with a queen size bed. A fifth bathroom serves as a convenient powder room off the Great Room.

The two-car garage enters into the house and there is additional guest parking available for your guests.

A noteworthy advantage of our home is the fact that there is little or no direct sun in the backyard during the winter months. This makes our home the perfect retreat for those of us who want to enjoy the desert warmth, while at the same time avoiding the harmful effects of the sun's rays. For sun-lovers, there is full sun in the private small patio in the front of the house.
