This 6 bedroom plus 2 bath home, is updated, modern living with large areas for entertaining. 1 master bedroom with a king sized bed, 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a room with 2 twin beds, and a bonus room with 2 queen beds!! The kitchen is very large, open concept and seats up to 14 people! The living room is open concept to the kitchen which is large as well and has plenty of room. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms along with WIFI. There is a large parking pad alongside the house to accommodate more vehicles. This house is very kid-friendly! Laundry room and 2nd full kitchen is available for use downstairs! This is the perfect house for large groups vacationing or family reunions! There is a large deck (grill available) with seating areas, along with a large yard with climbers, water tables, play kitchens, 2 trampolines, a basketball (half court) to have fun on, and a soccer net for more play. Great house for large families with children!

House had plenty of toys and activities to entertain all the kids which allowed the adults to relax and lounge on the deck with lots of seating! Definitely recommend!

Great family friendly property

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here with our kids and grandkids! The spacious backyard is perfect for kids of all ages! The inside was very clean and comfortable. Only wish is that it had one more bathroom since it sleeps so many people. It’s in a great location! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

FAMILY TRIP

This well-kept place was perfect for our family - 16 of us staying at this house. Ages 1-66. The bedroom count was perfect! The outdoor areas were awesome for our youngsters to play - they loved it. Location was also good for our group and would recommend for other large families.

Amazing stay!

Centrally located to all the stops we wanted to make. Lots of space! I have to admit I was worried when we pulled up, it looks pretty small. This house will surprise you. 14 of us stayed quite comfortably. An extra bathroom would have been nice, but it worked great. The large fenced in yard with activities for the kids was perfect. So many amenities!!!

Family road trip

My Father wanted to take a motorcycle road trip to ride the Black Hills and see the sites. I found this listing which was perfect for the group we were planning. I had Family and friends come from Kentucky, Iowa, Colorado, Washington and Arizona. With plenty of entertaining space and lots of kids activities, it was the perfect VRBO for us. Property Manager was friendly and communicated very well. With the right Tetris skills, we were able to fit 2 trucks with trailers, 3 cars, and 8 motorcycles without overtaking the neighbors parking. Next time I plan a trip to that area, I will definitely attempt to rent here again.

Perfect Property For Families

Kelly’s home was a perfect home base for a sibling vacation with lots of kiddos ranging from 6-16. As a group of 12, we had plenty of space to gather, as well as separate a bit for down time if necessary. The home was well stocked with everything we might need, and the play areas for the kids as well as the 8-person hot tub meant we all looked forward to returning “home” after traveling all day to wind down. Kelly’s communication, prior to and during the trip was instantaneous, positive and helpful. My family actually discussed making this home the base for annual trips - there is so much to do in the area.

Family Vacation

Kelly's house is by far one of the best we have stayed at. We had a group of 20 and more than enough room and never felt cramped. There was more than enough to keep the kids busy and active after a day sightseeing, the backyard is amazing. The driveway was big enough for a 19 foot trailer and 4 vehicles. Kelly was quick to respond when the dishwasher broke and was quick to remedy the situation and had a new dishwasher installed within 2 days. Close to all there is to do in Rapid City and a short drive to everything else in the Black Hills. We will definitely look forward to staying again.

Fabulous House for Large or Small Groups!

Our Girl Scout troop of 14 pre-teens and 4 adults had an amazing time in the Black Hills, and a large part of that was waking up and coming home to Kelly's property! The home layout is just perfect for large groups and allows for some separation when needed. The outside area is huge with so many things to do, or to just sit back and relax. Kelly is very communicative, incredibly nice, and shows pride in this beautiful rental. The kitchen is well-stocked and the home is very clean. The adults on our trip agreed that we'd be back here in a heartbeat if we're in the area. Simply a dream vacation home! Thank you!

Amazing house.... Amazing location!!!

We came too SD for our parents 50th anniversary. Loved the house. Had tons of amenities. You don't have to worry about bringing towels, toiletries, condiments, everything you could need they have. They have a washer and dryer so best part you don't have to bring a lot of clothes. Perfect place for the 15 of us ranging from ages 73 to 5 years. So much space. Beautiful back yard. Spacious deck and roomy hot tub. Location is perfect for everything you want to do in SD. House is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. BONUS... it's about an hour and 45 minutes to devil's Tower in Wyoming. Loved it and would highly recommend it. Definitely would stay here again. PS.... There is a friendly.. Cute...cuddly neighborhood cat. That was a extra bonus!!!

Family Gathering

We had a great time. The home was well prepared for our visit. We felt like we were home all week. The kids had a great in the fenced in yard and there were tons of things for them to play with. It is centrally located to tourist areas as well. We would highly recommend staying here .

A Home away from Home

The family could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay while in Rapid City, SD. The ambiance gave each member the feeling the house was there just for them. All major appliances were in working order and the children had a great time in the backyard during their stay. The property manager was always available and prompt in returning correspondence when we had questions. I highly recommend the property if you are ever in the area.

Family Friendly Fun House

We came to stay at this home with 17 people, which included 7 kids from the ages of 6 months to 13 years. We loved the space, the toys and activities for the kids, including a sandbox, trampoline, basketball hoop, hot tub, play room, movies to watch, and a lot more. The host was wonderful, and willing to bring us something we couldn’t find but didn’t end up needing. Highly recommend this VRBO and we hope to use it again if we are in the area again.

Wonderful home

This was the best house! It was loaded with everything we needed and was so spacious. The back yard was amazing for all ages! We had 1yo, 3yo, 5yo, 8 and 11 and they all had the best time. The owner was super quick to respond to every email. I would 100% recommend this house to friend or family coming to rapid city.

Wonderful place!

This was a great property for our family of 17 celebrating an 80th birthday. It was kid friendly and very spacious. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions and the house was well equipped. Absolutely perfecto

With 10adults and 10 children (ages 1thru17 )this vacation home was most definitely HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!! The house was spacious with a very well stocked kitchen, and extremely clean. The backyard had all kinds of fun things for the kiddos and a nice deck with a hot tub , we will rent this property again and highly recommend!!!!!

Black Hills Family Vacation

We were very happy with the communication we had with Kelly. The check in/out process went without a hitch. We had a large group with kids ranging from 7 to 22. Only had a few wait for bathroom moments. We spent a lot of time on the back deck, basketball court and trampolines. Lots of things to do for all ages. Was a great hub for our weeks activities. Less than an hour drive to Mount Rushmore. Would definitely go back to this beautiful home!

Wonderful! The house and property was just what we had hoped for! The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! The backyard was fabulous for all our grandkids from 0 to 6 in age. Perfect house for large family gathering.

Great property with large yard full of games for every age group, large kitchen, dining room and family room for 16 of the us. Everyone had a bed. And, a seat at a table to eat together. House super clean with many amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Rapid City Black Hills activities.
