Pet Friendly Soundside Eclectic Beach Cottage

Enjoy our recently updated home away from home. This single story townhome is just steps away from some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. Decorated in an eclectic style this beach cottage has so much to offer. Great for romantic getaways or family gatherings, it comfortably sleeps 6. We are also pet friendly so the whole family can join in on the fun. The the living area has a unique window seat large enough to sleep on and a pullout couch. The bedroom offers a queen bed along with a sleeper sofa and has direct access to a private patio. Just off the great room the galley kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal or just enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig provided. If you want to wind down grab a board game from our collection, stream Netflix, Hulu or play a game on the Playstation. When you are ready to make your way to the beach grab the beach cart and load up what you need from beach towels to floaties it’s all provided. After a long day in the sun enjoy a cookout on the grill while you watch the sunset over the Sound.

Very quiet and quaint townhome, clean and very accessible to oceanside and sound. Neighbor is very friendly and Owners are very nice and responsive. Kitchen is stocked with amenities, we enjoyed cooking breakfast everymorning.I would definitely recommend this place to stay at, esp for a couples get away or small family.

Great location and very clean!!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and cozy stocked with most all the things you need to feel right at home.

Neat lil Beach Condo

The condo and location exceeded my expectations. Was looking for somewhere close to Navarre Beach that was also pet friendly and couldn't have chosen a better place. Clean and tidy and would certainly come here again.

Wonderful place to stay

Townhome was just as described. Just about everything you could think of was there if needed. The owner, Nicole, was great! Very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue and she was very quick to get it taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would recommend this place to anyone. The beach access was across the street, Navarre was close for eating/shopping etc… All in all a great place to stay.

Great Location for Making Memories

We really enjoyed our stay during our first family beach trip! The location was ideal as we could walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and even the Sea Turtle Conservation center. There were some great bonus amenities such as a keurig, beach wagon/chairs, and a grill outside. The home was clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here!

Love this place

My family and I loved her house. She was really sweet and left us a sweet treat when we arrived. The house was neat and clean. Her place was close to the beach, we didn’t have to walk far at all. Very pet friendly.

Nice beach house

We took our two kids, 4 and 6, for a few days at the beach. Great location, short walk to the beach and a gift shop and snow cones right across the street! They had everything we needed for a beach vacation! Owner offered to bring more dishwasher pods when I mentioned there was only one. Very nice house, would definitely stay here again! Thanks Nicole for a wonderfully easy trip!

Everything is just as pictured! Perfect for a small family, they had everything you could need! Nicole was very prompt in replying anytime I needed to contact her. Loved the personalized message board with our names! Such a sweet touch!

Amazing!

We enjoyed this beautiful home and its location is perfect - go left and it is a two minute walk to the beautiful and calm bay or go right and walk for five minutes to the gorgeous gulf with powdery white sand at both! Also within walking distance of the house are several beach restaurants including Juana’s and Windjammers. The Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center is also within walking distance and was a great way to spend a cloudy afternoon. The home itself is very well kept up and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Loved our stay!

My wife and I loved our stay here! Very short walk to the beach with two separate entrances that you can use. Beaches were crystal clear when we visited in late June. There are also many restaurants nearby and I feel like we tried out almost every single one (I'll list my recommendations below). Overall, perfect spot for couples. Best food: Aegean Express - By far the best food we had all trip, hands down. Best vibe for drinks: Juanas Pagodas - Nice hangout spot on the bay side with beach volleyball and great drinks. Favorite was the banana colada (with a floater). Best restaurant with a view: Andy D's - Right on the beach with an amazing view. Recommend the smoked tuna dip. Best pizza & dessert: De Matteos' Ristorante - Great Italian restaurant & my wife & I loved the "New York" style pizza. I also got the tiramisu & it was absolutely amazing. They had other desserts that looked really good that I wish I had also tried. Best Sushi: The Slippery Mermaid - If you're in the mood for sushi, this is the place to go.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Great stay here for 4 nights. We got into town earlier than check in, so we went to the beach. There are so many places to park for the public beach access. At 4pm, the host texted us the passcode. Home was very well decorated and lots of thoughtful items. Beach bag, beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, etc. I was very impressed with the Native shampoo and conditioner. There was also a custom made soap that smelled amazing. There was a pull out sofa in the living room, a fold down futon along with a full bed in the bedroom. The bed was a little bit small for us since we're used to our king at home. But it wasn't a big deal. Lots of extra sheets and covers in the drawers. Cute small deck off the bedroom and a larger deck with grill and picnic table in front. We enjoyed sitting there at night. Overall, great stay and next time we're in Navarre we'll try to stay here again.

Perfect getaway.

We’ve been visiting Navarre 1-2 times a year for over 10 years now and this was one of our favorite visits. Thank you so much. Property is as described by owners and other positive reviews listed. Location is amazing. Unit was very clean. Everything in its place. Comfortable sleeping. Great a/c & heating unit. Bedroom gets a little warm as it faces west but there’s a really great ceiling fan over the bed to circulate air. Would definitely rent again - and recommend to friends.

Beautiful Cottage, great location

This Cottage styled town home is in a great location just between the main beach and the sound. There are places to eat and shop all within a short hop over the Island bridge. The owners are wonderful people and respond quickly. The property is very clean, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. You will not be unhappy here.

Fantastic place and amazing property owner

Location is wonderful and the property is perfect. Great little kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. I made a roast in the crockpot one Sunday. Publix grocery is just over the bridge and they can deliver. All the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Great bedroom with big dresser, closet, nightstand and side tables with lights. I always bring my own bedding, pillows and towels but everything was provided and was very nice quality. She provides plenty of beach towels as well. Great shower, very clean and new. She is available for questions and responds quickly. I felt like I was home the entire 30 days I was there. It went by so fast. I will absolutely be back.

Shelter form the Storm

We had to evacuate form our home in St Rose, La due to hurricane Ida. We found Nicole's place and decided to request accommodations there. Nicole and her husband went out of their way to get their place ready for us. Her place is outstanding. Well appointed furniture, well stocked kitchen (they even had sharp culinary knives). Plenty of coffee and spices. Comfortable bed, clean and beautiful bathroom. We truly loved our stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you for showing us such graciousness and hospitality. We will never forget it. We're sorry for the late review, we just received power and the internet 3 days ago. We come back to this area every year and we will definitely be back to Nicole's place, if they'll have us. Neil, Terry & Maxwell

Such a nice place

We absolutely loved our stay. Its perfect for a couple. Its 30min either way to very good restaurants. The bay side was very nice and its a very easy walk to the ocean side. The fact that it comes with all the beach stuff you need was very nice also. Lil beach cart, chairs, towels, and umbrella. We really enjoyed it definitely will stay again.

We fell in love with this area and knew we wanted to put down roots immediately. this property was "IT" from the moment we stepped out of the car. It had everything we were looking for. The location is perfectly situated between the sound and the gulf and walking distance to any and all things Navarre beach has to offer. We knew we could make it our own and have done just that. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
