Newly remodeled with plush carpet in the bedrooms, granite surfaces, designer paint, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, including an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and wet bar. Living room features 65 inch flat screen with Sonos surround-sound. All bedrooms feature the latest electronics, including flat-screen televisions.

Located on the beautiful Kohala Coast, this is a golfer's and beachcomber's paradise. Pamper yourself at the Mauna Lani Spa. Enjoy a sunset cocktail at Tommy Bahamas at the Shops at Mauna Lani. Nearby are the King's Shops and the Queen's Marketplace at Waikoloa Beach Resort with Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Maui Divers, Crazy Shirts, Na Hoku, Kuleana Rum Shack, Macaroni Grill and Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill. We loved our stay at the golf villa! It was perfect for our group of adults and teens, with enough space for everyone. The nearby beach has some if the best snorkeling on the island and not at all crowded. Would definitely come again!

Fantastic stay

The house was perfect. Very clean, with updated stylish furniture and decorations and top-end appliances. Everything feels newly updated and the proximity to the pool couldn't be better. The location is also excellent as some of the islands best beaches are nearby and there are plenty of close options for shopping and dining. The house is also very stocked with all the spices you could ever need as well as plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and toys. Would love to return!

Wonderful property!

Everything at this property was perfect- from initial contact to checking out! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything you would like to make. Beautiful renovations and very comfortable beds as well. We loved this place and all the space. Very short drive or walk down to the mauna lani beach. We will be coming back! We were a family of 4 with 2 older teens but there is definitely space for more!

We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon! The place could not have been any better. Every thing you need is there and available. The condo was beautiful and the location was awesome. Would recommend this place, it was everything it was pictured to be.

Another Magnificent Vacation in Hawaii

This Mauna Lani Golf Villa was nothing short of amazing. We have stayed at other Villas in the same complex and this Villa was at the high expected level we have been accustomed to having at the Mauna Lani Resort.This Villa had all the gadgets, furnishings and appliances needed to make any vacation enjoyable and relaxing. We used some of the beach items left in the garage which made the days at the beach more comfortable and fun. The close proximity to the pool and hot tub was great.We will be looking at booking this Villa again in the near future. Thank you for the great accommodations.

The property is ideally located next to the pool/hot tub and a short drive to several of the Big Islands best beaches. The property is very well maintained and I would not hesitate recommending this property to family and friends.

Terrific property and location

We took our family of 5 to Hawaii for Thanksgiving. The house was even better than advertised - clean, beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The pool access was very convenient and the beach club was great. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Well appointed and well stocked with everything you need for the whole family. Show up with clothes and food and relax. No ocean view but your so close to the best beach club around.

This property is probably the best VRBO we've stayed at. It has it all... well appointed, very clean, great layout, excellent location, and great decor that really makes you feel like you're in Hawaii. The kids loved it, and everything that was included really made us feel at home without any worries.

Beautiful condo

This condo is gorgeous with convenient location for beaches and great weather! The pool are excellent for cooling off at the end of a long day of exploring. The condo is a very nice place to relax with so many amenities and air conditioning.

Beautiful townhome and very well stocked, particularly the beach toys and kitchen.

The unit is beautifully maintained, close to the pool and well stocked with cooking items, dishes, spices, etc (far more than most condos we have rented). The owners obviously care about their property I would highly recommend it.

Another excellent stay at Q1

This was our second year staying at Q1 and we loved it just as much as our first visit. The villa is beautifully and comfortably furnished and perfectly situated near the pool. It has all the kitchen essentials you need for family meals and a great lanai to enjoy them on! We also love the use of the beach club and the gorgeously lush and maintained landscaping throughout the complex. We hope to return again next year!

An Absolute Dream Stay in Paradise!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this stunning home in Hawaii! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beauty, comfort, and thoughtful design of every space. The home is immaculate and truly feels like a private luxury retreat. Every room is beautifully decorated and the whole place is filled with light and aloha spirit.The owners have thought of everything. From a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear and cozy beds, every detail made our stay comfortable and easy. Our family felt right at home and yet completely spoiled at the same time! The pool and private beach club were a huge hit. We swam every day and loved lounging in the sun with the ocean breeze. The lanai is the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy dinner after grilling.This home gave our family the perfect mix of adventure and serenity. We made unforgettable memories and felt so lucky to have stayed here. We are already dreaming about our return! If you’re looking for a peaceful, gorgeous, and truly special place to stay in Hawaii, this is it.

Do we have to leave?

Truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as promised and the communication was beyond expectation. No surprises other than an awesome place to stay while visiting the Big Island. Plenty of room to spread out for 5 adults and the amenities were close by and easily accessible. One of our favorite vacations so far. Looking forward to a return in the future!

Wonderful

We were 3 generations in the house and all of us loved every minute of it. The place is newly remodeled and the kitchen has everything you need ....and more. The garage is full of fun things and even had a booster seat (which we did not know and brought one - we left it there.) It has been a wonderful experience and we definitely would love to come back. Outstanding!

Family Fun

This condo was a delight! It is spacious and equipped for your every need. From beach toys to kitchen supplies, we had everything we could want to make our vacation stay fun and pleasant. We were steps to the pool and enjoyed having a grassy area for the kids to play. Overall, one of my favorite all time vacations for a group of all ages.
