This single-level 3 bedroom home is furnished with new furniture, appliances and interior.
The master suite has a King size bed and ensuite.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both of these bedrooms boast new Stearns & Foster mattresses.
The third bedroom is a kids' room with ensuite bathroom and original Disney artwork, it is furnished with bunk beds and trundle (sleeps 4). Each bedroom has 55-inch 4K TVs and Blu-rays. This home is the newer 3BR floor plan with 3 bathrooms vs 2.5.

The airy open concept main floor includes full kitchen (with new stainless steel appliances, a built-in wine cooler), dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.

This technologically advanced home boasts is equipped with central AC, free WiFi, and an Amazon Echo Dot in every room. Beach Club Bliss has two Xbox One S consoles. The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, watch the game on the 65-inch Samsung 4K QLED TV with Sonos surround sound, or relax with a movie.

The main floor lanai, equipped with a top-of-the-line infrared grill, with outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. You'll find an abundance of snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, and beach toys in the garage.

For your day at the beach:

• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

If you'd prefer not to drive, there are seven bikes (four adult, two youth, one child) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool. Beach Club Bliss is close to the recreation center, a very short and easy walk down the street.

You can also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the overlooking Napua Restaurant, just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

If you have a larger group consider renting Dolphin Hale next door or nearby Wahi Malu, Kohala Haven or Flora Paradise.
