Huge pet-friendly home with incredible unobstructed views!



The Space:

Majestic 3000 Square Feet Beach Front home with the capacity to sleep up to 25. It is centrally located in Crystal Beach close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico to the East and West from both the upper and lower decks. The first floor living area boast a large wrap-around sofa and a 65" TV. The well-furnished kitchen has plenty of seating and features two refrigerators and large island. The first floor is also home to four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms downstairs have king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has one queen and one full sized bed. A full Jack and Jill bath separates two of the bedrooms and there is a separate full bath downstairs. The second floor is home to two primary bedrooms with king beds and on-suite baths. The custom bunk room with four custom sets of bunks is a great place for kids and it has a large full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's with high speed internet. You will enjoy being outside with plenty of deck furniture, two picnic tables, an outside sand shower and a charcoal grill. We'd love to have you visit us at Amazing Grace. We are confident you'll love the home as much as we do. It's a great place to spend an Amazing Vacation.

3 Generations, 1 Beach Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ever since Hurricane Ike took our beach cabin, we have rented cabins most summers. This cabin checked all of the boxes...beachfront, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, great views, easy access, and pet friendly. As with most rentals, we had a slight maintenance issue. I called Swedes and within just an hour or so, the maintenance guy was there to fix the issue. I was concerned about being right next to a beach access site, but honestly, it was kind of entertaining watching all of the comings and goings. I highly recommend this cabin. If not this specific cabin, I highly recommend renting with Swede's.

Amazing grace!

Nice home, large enough for 20+ people and property manager/swedes was extremely responsive throughout our stay. However, the house is in major need of some TLC, needs new appliances, several things did not work during our stay. The property repair man came out and did fix a lot of things for us but it was frustrating to have to keep contacting them during our stay and for the amount we paid I felt like the house should have been better updated.

House was great, service lacking

The property itself was great! Right on the beach and plenty of room. My biggest complaint was the fact we had to literally make our own beds. All of the linens and towels were by the front door. We discovered the beds looked great with the bedspreads on with decorative pillows, but when I pulled the spread back, I discovered only the mattress pad was on the bed! So I felt like the maid service and had to make 3 king side beds beside 5 twin beds. Also carried the towels to all the bathrooms. Just be aware, for the amount of money for each day (1,665.00) I expected top notch service! I received mediocre service at best.

3rd time at amazing grace

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the house and location, however the house is starting to show age. The appliances while working, they probably need to be replaced. Oven display did not work well along with one of the burners. The AC in the “bunk room” did not work well at all. Still no outside shower that’s enclosed? This is the only house that I’ve rented that doesn’t have one.

Great place for a large family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We head to CB every year in October and over the years have stayed in many different homes. As our family grows we are challenged to find something that will work. Amazing Grace was perfect! Our little ones loved the bunkbeds shaped like ships and a submarine! Only drawback if there was one was the traffic on the beach since the beach access was right next to the property.

Family Vacation

Amazing Grace was just that, Amazing! It is right on the beach with an awesome view. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The house is very spacious with big rooms. The kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen and dinning area have plenty of room for a large group. I love that it has 2 refrigerators also. You won’t be disappointed, book it today! We will definitely be back next year!

Weekend reunion by the beach

Terrific setup for our group - the kids (aged 9 - 14) took over the bunk bed room leaving the adult couples in their own (quiet!) rooms. Great beach weather so simple meals at the long table and then a skip across the yard to the sand. Handy to stores for what we forgot or (fresh seafood) planned to buy locally. The place is well used but no complaints and the lift was a blessing for the great-grandmother. We'll return.

Enjoyable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious. Lots of room for everyone. Bathrooms clean. Property is well maintained. Not brand new but kept up. Some ocean smells in closets but air freshener took it out. Provided Linens clean and enough towels for everyone. Only 2 potholders and I Kitchen towel. Make sure you bring paper towels and potholders if you cook a lot Laundry room was welcome. 2 trash pic ups a week. Yeah! Kitchen well stocked with utensils and equipment. Always bring any special tool (slow cooker, special blender, etc.) you need just in case. Two refrigerators a real treat.Kids loved the bunk beds and having all of them together. Cousins having fun.Being right on the beach was fun. Weather terrible but covered porch and large picture windows made it fun. Watching fogs and rain come on shore.Grill works. Easy open parking under house. Lots of outdoor lights.Rent the elevator! It is well worth the extra.

FAMILY GET AWAY

We have a large family and the house accommodations were perfect!! Big rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The view was amazing from the deck since the house is right on the beach. We loved the outdoor shower that had hot water so the clean up from the beach was great for the kids. We will definitely stay again! Until next time Amazing Grace❤️

The BIG House

With seven bedrooms it sleeps 14 adults in six bedrooms and up to 11 kids in the bunk room. The mattresses and bedding are all very comfortable. The bedroom configurations are two king bedrooms downstairs separated by a Jack and Jill bath and one king bedroom and one bedroom with a queen bed and double bed which share a hall bath. Upstairs are two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the bunk room with its own bathroom plus the laundry room. The kitchen area is large with two refrigerators and a pantry. Sitting at the long table for at least twelve plus five at the kitchen bar and five at the bar behind the seating area. The outside deck is large with lots of chairs and two picnic tables. The view is unsurpassed. You are even closer than other front row homes. Expect a crowd with lots of vehicles on weekend days in the summer as this house is located in a popular spot along Crystal Beach, but during the week it is not as crowded. To help you pack, there is at least one hairdryer, a blender and a million coffee filters so you don’t have to bring those things. If you expect to do much cooking, I would recommend you bring your own nonstick skillet as their cookware is pretty tired. The large gas range is nice but probably needs to be professionally cleaned as often the igniter button does not work and the burners burn unevenly. Also the lift that was mentioned in some of the other reviews was not operational during our stay.I would definitely recommend you book this house for your next family vacation. You will not be disappointed. Also wanted to give a shout out to Swede’s Real Estate as they were very easy to deal with, extremely quick to respond to a maintenance issue and also went above and beyond when one of my family member’s car’s battery was dead and they almost missed their flight. The Swede’s Team really helped out in getting the battery charged and i

Family Getaway

Beach location was fabulous! And the set up was great for our large family. The house could use a little TLC and a thorough scrubbing. One thing of note- there are minimal usable pots and pans which makes it tough to cook for a large group.

disappointed

do not book with this property manager, Swedes real estate. my family and i booked the property several months in advance and paid for the rental in full. two days prior to our trip they contacted me and said that there was a mistake and that the owners had decided to use the property during fathers day weekend. needless to say, our family of 13 was very disappointed. it's hard to believe that this is allowed through VRBO and i will not book through them again in the future.
