The Reserve is a non-smoking, no pets allowed and includes a whole house generator. There are frequent power outages at the beach during the summer. Don't let a power outage ruin your planned beach trip. Also, the new Bunkhouse Suite is now available. The bunkhouse suite measures approx. This area measures 450 sq.ft. and includes a full-bath, kitchenette, flat screen TV with Dish Network, queen bed and a full size bunk bed. The BASE rental price does NOT include the use of the bunkhouse. If your party is for 10 or fewer, then the main house is all you need. If you party has 11-14 individuals, then you must rent the bunkhouse. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not allow blow-up mattresses or anyone to sleep on the furniture. Depending on the time of the reservation, the cost of the bunkhouse will add an additional $150-$400 per night to the rental cost of the home. Please note the bunkhouse is a en suite located on the mezzanine level of the The Reserve. While offering a great view of the beach and privacy from the main house, this area is designed for adults or teenage children.

From the moment you arrive at the palm tree lined drive of The Reserve, you will come to understand this property is different from anything else offered for rent on the Bolivar Peninsula. The Reserve at Bolivar Beach is located on 3 private, gated beach front acres. Everything you need is included in the rental price. No hidden cost or fees. This Owner-Managed rental has 3,150 sq.ft. of air conditioning living space with an Elevator. The home also features a total of five decks. The mezzanine deck underneath the house features the new Bunkhouse and an outside bar. The home has six bedrooms and four-half baths. There are three Master Suites each with its own private bathroom. There is a master suite is on the first, second floor and the mezzanine floors facing the beach.

Additionally, the house has three additional bedrooms. All but one of these face the beach. It should be noted that all bedrooms have water views. As The Reserve on Bolivar Beach is one of the tallest structures on the peninsula, the view from the upper level bedroom / sun deck is without equal. Located in every bedroom is a flat screen TV and ample storage space for your stay. The house contains a total of 4.5 baths. If being outside enjoying the gulf breeze or a sunset view is your idea of a good time, this house is for you. The home has a total of four beach facing decks with an additional sunset porch located on the front of the home with unrestricted sunset views over the peninsula and Galveston Bay.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher) with a large island which accommodates seating for four adults. Just off the kitchen is a dinning area which also faces the beach. Dinning area accommodates six adults. Just off the dining area is the living room which has a gas burning fireplace and unrestricted beach views. The home has a large laundry room with washer and dryer. Everything you need is included with your rental of The Reserve. Linens, towels and your own gas powered golf car.

Anyone stating at The Reserve has access to the private resort pool located across the street from the beach house.

The Reserve is designed for a total of 14 guest (adults + children) when the bunkhouse is rented. We are Owner / Managers and personally handle every check-in. Additional overnight or day guest to the property may be allowed WITH PRIOR CONSENT of the Owners. Please be very clear at the time of your reservation request on the number of guest (overnight and day visitors) that will be at the property. If additional guest are allowed, additional fee's may apply.
