This home is the first of our Bonding Time LLC vacation homes! We pride ourselves on this one as of the nicest spots on the lake, with 100 ft of shoreline, shallow clear water with sandy bottom for the little ones to play with ease, a small beach area, and breathtaking sunset views! We have five star reviews and many families that reserve the same week year after year ... as a traveler, you know that's a good sign! After our years of renting as travelers ourselves and learning what we liked, we believe we have created the ideal vacation home for you! As we also live on Lake Irogami, we offer service second-to-none. We aim to make your stay a five star experience!

Irogami Lake is a full recreation lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake boarding, fishing, etc. We even have a pontoon that we will rent to our guests!

Sorry, we do not allow parties. Minimum booking age is 25 years old.

Dogs possible at owners discretion and $125 fee. No pets other than dogs. Do not Instant Book if you have a dog, as there are additional rules that apply for dogs and you'll want to know if you're going to be agreeable to them before you commit.

Located on a very quiet dead-end road, this home is across from a natural wildlife area. If you're a bird-watcher, you will be in heaven! The easy drive off the highway (about 3 minutes) is the ideal entrance to your vacation. The long quiet road is perfect for walks and bike rides. We accommodate parking for up to 7 vehicles.

The shallow shore line is so great for children, as they can go out more than 50 feet and play without fear! It's perfect for all water sports! We supply all the toys: Canoe, paddle boards/kayaks, row boat, sailboat, etc, all conveniently located in the boat house. We have a variety of sizes of life jackets. Please bring your own sunscreen, and beach towels.

With the West facing exposure, you will have the most incredible sunsets on the lake! Irogami gives spectacular sunsets every night! There are NO STEPS to the water, and a paved walk leads right to the dock, making it especially nice for grandma and grandpa to join in on the vacation! Gather everyone around the fire pit for the sunset show and s’mores (*some fire wood & flame included!).

The home is perfect for your large group, sleeping 19 people in beds. We also have a sleeper sofa for two that equals our 21 person capacity. There are two trundle mattresses that toddlers could use to sleep on, if desired. This is a 4 bedroom PLUS loft sleeping area home. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies, and the "master" has a walk out deck overlooking the lake for your morning cup of coffee and evening glass of wine. There are three large newly renovated full bathrooms, but note none are en suites.

Our kitchen has two refrigerators for your convenience! There is a quiet KitchenAid dishwasher, custom built island in the kitchen, and a dining table with 8 chairs. The folding table and folding chairs can be also be used for meals. We also have two picnic tables on the porch just outside of the dining room table.

The great family area in the lower level will be an activity/game hub for your group. We have board games, puzzles, books, basketball, foosball, air hockey, skee ball, darts, Wii video games, and more in this area! Rainy days will not disappoint! For the sunny days, enjoy out door seating with large, ground level decking and a wonderful level yard on the lake side for gathering and lawn games such as corn hole and ladder toss.

High end furnishings, linens, and decor will make this a pleasure for your vacation. Over 3200 ft of space for your group! Main floor washer/dryer included.
Please wash & dry towels, start dishwasher, and lock all windows and doors before departure.

No Fireworks allowed.
No-smoking in house and cigarette butts left behind will forfeit deposit.

There is a insurance protection plan that will be added once you start your booking process. This will give both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage.

Kitchen:

Laundry:

Bedrooms:
• Sheets, comforter, pillows, throw blankets, waste basket.

Boat house:
• A variety life jackets, but I’d suggest bringing your own.
• Electric air pump in case you bring inflatables.
• 2 paddle board/kayaks
• Row/sailboat, canoe, paddle boat, and an anchored swim raft.
**when you leave the items should be neatly put away, life jackets hung up, and everything looking tidy!**

Garage:
• Large trash cans (put out by road as owners instruct upon arrival).
** do not set garbage bags on the ground. You will need to deal with your own overflow garbage as it would be deemed an excessive amount of garbage if it can’t fit in the provided cans. The dump is open on Wednesdays.
• *Fire wood, flame clicker & marshmallow roasters.
• Weber Gas grill and extra LP tank.
• Lawn toys and games (such as washer toss, ladder ball toss, corn hole, bocce ball).
• Plenty of outdoor seating options, numerous camp chairs, and a couple loungers.
Wooden Folding chairs with cushioned seats.

* We do not provide beach towels so please make sure everyone in your party knows to bring one*. We do not allow our towels, blankets, or comforters to go outside.

Please contact us immediately and send us a picture if something breaks, so we can utilize the Insurance protection plan you purchased! This is time sensitive.

You never know when illness or other unexpected last minute issues may occur, preventing you from completing your trip. You may opt to protect your vacation with an insurance policy in case you fall into our 50% refund or No Refund timeframe. It is your responsibility to review and understand this travel policy on your own; please do not ask the owners questions about it.

Wautoma WI in Waushara County is a great central location! It’s just 45 minutes to the Oshkosh/Fox Valley area (PERFECT FOR EAA!) and is a great vacation town! Silvercryst Supper Club and Moose Inn are just minutes from this home, and are famous for their food! There is a golf course just down the road. Downtown Wautoma is full of quaint little shops and restaurants, candy store, museum, etc. Make sure you stop by Milty Wilty, a landmark for over 70 years, with old fashioned ice cream and 50's style decor and food!
