If you are looking for a Panama City Beach vacation rental that offers you incredible views of the world's most beautiful beach, our 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo that sleeps up to 6 is just the spot for you and your family.) Plus the balcony here gives you the best spot for beautiful beach and gulf views. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.

Overall the condo was average. The VIP parking was a great perk, as well as the 7th floor location. We were high enough to have a great view, but still low enough so the elevator wait wasn’t terrible. Check in was seamless. The condo was reasonably equipped but missing some of the “touches” you get when renting directly from an owner. Things like hand soap at each sink, chip clips, a lighter (for candles), dish soap, etc. There was toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, but both were cheap and very thin, and we replaced them immediately. None of these were make or break items, just something extra to think about packing or purchasing for your trip. The refrigerator was inconsistent in that our food and drinks went from not cold enough to frozen after adjusting the temperature one notch. Also the ice maker did not make ice after the initial batch that was there when we arrived. The living room furniture was not comfortable, the balcony furniture was below average, but the bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The condo was not as clean as we expected based on the other reviews. Both showers had hair in them, there was hair on one of the toilets, and dried food on the kitchen counter. The rug in the living room appeared dirty but could just be stained. This was not representative of the “enhanced cleaning procedures” mentioned by the management company. Again, the condo was just okay to us, and we are unsure if we would rent it again.

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you staying at Calypso 703W. We’re glad the VIP parking, 7th-floor location, view, seamless check-in, and the comfortable bed worked well for your stay. I’m sorry the condo fell short in other areas. The missing little extras (hand soap, chip clips, lighter, dish soap), thin toilet paper and paper towels, inconsistent refrigerator temperature/ice maker, uncomfortable living room and balcony furniture, and the cleanliness issues (hair in showers, hair on a toilet, dried food on the counter, and the stained/dirty-looking rug) are not the standards we expect. We’ll address these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams: restock and standardize basic supplies, improve quality of consumables, service the refrigerator/ice maker, deep-clean and inspect the rug, and evaluate the furniture for repair or replacement. We’ll also reinforce cleaning checklists and retrain as needed and review the listing language so expectations are clearer for future guests. If you can, please share any photos or additional details via Vrbo messages so we can escalate them directly. Thank you for letting us know. Team BBG

Awesome Stay

The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and great view of the ocean. Great location, walking distance to everything you could possibly want. Beach was very clean and it’s a plus having chair rental included with this condo.

Great Location!

Really good view of the beach. Never had to get in our car to go eat as plenty of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. Looking to book again later in the summer…

Condo came with VIP parking under the building which was great. Condo was within walking distance to Pier Park. Very nice, would definitely recommend.

Family beach trip for the summer

Great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and courteous (thank you). the entire tower, facility, pool, and room were clean and nice. The kind of place you don’t mind bringing your family for vacation. I recommend calypso to anyone visiting PCB

Cleanest condo yet!

Great location, ease of parking under the building. We vacation twice a year and this was, by far, the cleanest condo we've stayed in. We appreciate the attentiveness of the cleaning staff.

Great location

Great location and within walking distance to Pier Park. Rental property was nice and modern. Only trouble was parking spot was tiny for a large car and we were not given code for parking garage prior to arrival so we had to wait and hour trying to contact someone to give us code to enter the parking garage.

Will definitely stay again! The bed could be upgraded from firm to at least medium. It was my only complaint. 4 days wasn’t bad but 7 would be questionable. Elevator was busy at times but it’s a huge place. Overall great stay!! Definitely a I’ll stay again possibly same room!

Nice stay

The location is great, the owner and property manager responded promptly. I do feel that it could’ve been cleaner. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned when we got there. I understand the pool has limits of people, but 30 people max is not very many and to be told you can’t even get wet then leave wasn’t the best situation when there were double red flags. Thank you.
