Propriedade à Beira-mar 804w Calypso - 3 Quartos 2 Banho

Calypso Beachfront Property 2-804 (8th floor) West Tower. Calypso Towers and Resort is considered the best location on the beach. Closest property to all that Pier Park has to offer! Park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

We only book within a Saturday-to-Saturday week. 4 nights minimum required.

During Peak Summer Season, (June and July) we rent only 7-night stays Saturday to Saturday.

This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. It is not rented to anyone under the age of 25.

3 Bedroom 2 Bath on the 8th floor of the West Tower. This unit sleeps a maximum of
6 guest total. For the comfort of our guest, maximum of 5 adults.

Complimentary Beach Chairs, one set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included with rental (March -October) Additional portable beach chairs available in unit for your use.
On site Tiki Bar. Firepits around the pool. Fitness Center. Emerald Hub casual cafe on site.

Balcony height patio furniture to enjoy the breathtaking PCB sunsets.

The living room features tile flooring, large sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, and balcony access with an amazing view of the white sand beach and emerald gulf waters. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area that seats 6.

The master and second bedroom comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each bedroom offering king bed and wall-mounted flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom is a bunk room ideal for children with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin mattress on top and double on bottom. The Bunk room is a separate room with a door but does not have a closet. The bunk room does have its own TV.

The unit includes a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

Calypso Resort owns and operates an attached parking garage for your convenience. Parking passes for your stay can be made available to purchase through them.

Location of the unit was great. Awesome ocean views and across from Pier Park. Hostess was very responsive and made our stay exceptional. I will definitely stay in this unit again.

Great ocean view from the balcony. Clean condo that was a good size for us. Had starter packs of items which was nice. The added beach service was a great bonus. Had a great time.

The condo met all of our needs and was very clean. Our flight landed early morning. The host and housekeeping staff worked to allow us to check in a few hours early which was greatly appreciated.

Everything was excellent!! Highly recommend

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful stay here. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was very well stocked with anything you might need dishes/pots and pans/ etc. My only addition would be a better wine key and some real wine glasses… otherwise every need was met and then some!! Brenda was super easy to communicate with and promptly replied when ask any questions. I would heartily recommend this property to you.

We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was perfect…very clean, great living room seating, comfortable beds, and well stocked with everything you need! I appreciate the little things like the Kcups available when I arrived and having enough paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper to get us started! The location to Pier Park was perfect as we loved walking over to shop and eat! The view of the ocean is beautiful and I enjoyed the comfortable seating on the balcony. It was just a great vacation and I have no complaints! This is a perfect place to stay with your family or friends!

Great Week

Property W 804, was great! We have stayed at this location before but on a much higher floor. We loved the condo and Brenda, was so accommodating to us with our travel plans. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay!!!

This condo has it all! Brenda has thought of everything you need when it comes to this condo. USB ports on the back of the night stands, nightlights, many many portable fans, fully stocked with cooking essentials, many hangers in the closets

Very clean and updated condo!!!

Great family trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was very nice and a lot of space. There was five of us that stayed and everyone had plenty of room. The location was great and I had three children with me and the location to Pier Park was so convenient. I had a question during our stay and Brenda responded so quickly. Would highly recommend this condo and will stay there again

Fantastic stay!

This was our 4th stay at Calypso. This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was well-stocked with anything we needed. The beds and couch were super comfortable as well! The chairs on the balcony were great and all the rugs inside the condo and on the balcony were nice on bare feet. As an added bonus, there were both ceiling fans and additional fans in each bedroom. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beautiful

The condo was very clean. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. We even got to check in early!! The view was amazing from our 8th floor deck. And Brenda was very quick to respond!! Love that! The only negative was the beach service. We were given 2 beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Each morning we went down and asked for them. I walked down one day and asked for them and the older guy said “do I have something on my forehead, no hello how are you doing today”? I first thought he was kidding. Nope. Then continued to insult me with my daughter standing by me. After he was done insulting me he told me to just go pick one. No one bothered to put the umbrella up. We unfortunately tipped them nicely the first day. Lesson learned on tipping too early!

What a fantastic week!

This condo is exactly as described and more. The cleanliness of the condo was apparent from the minute we opened the door, it as freshly cleaned. Kitchen has everything and more, loved having a full size washing machine and dryer on top of everything else. Would absolutely come back!

Beautiful beach view

We stayed here while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The beds were so comfortable, the view of the sunset from the balcony was a sight that is rare to the eye. This location is near an outside mall that is a short walk away. Plenty of food places near by. We would definitely recommend this location and will book with them again if we are in the area. There were plenty of places to sit in the condo and the kitchen had several pots and pans for cooking. The water pressure was perfect for washing the days events off.

CLEAN, Updated, Comfortable with Beautiful views

You won't find a better condo. Brenda went the extra mile in every room. The decor makes you feel at home and best of all everything is so very clean. We have stayed at Calypso many times and this will be our go to from now on. Beds were comfy and everything was clean with no carpet. Our kids felt safe and cozy in the bunk bed room and our family had the best time. Thank you Brenda!

Review of Property-June 6-13, 2020

Very nice, clean unit. Had a high chair and pack and play with fitted mattress which was a necessity for us. Comfortable beds, tv’s in rooms and family room, all cookware, utensils very adequate. Blender and Keurig maker came in handy. Overall, I would rate A+.

Perfection on the beach

We had a lovely stay for Ironman Florida. The unit was well equipped with plenty of towels, outlets, night-lites and necessities (a couple of larger beach towels would be a nice addition though). The location and view was perfection- spectacular sunsets right from the balcony as well as a view of the swim start by the pier. Pier Park is a short wallk away (Ironman transition), and I was even able to stop back at the unit to drop off my gear before heading to swim start. Pier Park has a plethora of restaurants and shops and activities - we did not bring kids but it would be fun for all ages. We enjoyed the Sky Wheel, a movie, and mini golf in our spare time, but mostly we enjoyed the pool and beach. I would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

I am stingy with my five stars but this place deserves it. This is the prettiest condo we have stayed in on a beach trip. The photos on VRBO do not do it justice. It had a great beachy feel without being cheesy. The beds slept wonderfully. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It came with two beach chairs which was great. They also had extra chairs in the condo for you to use. The closet spaces were great with lots of room. I also communicated directly with the owner they they were very nice. You won't regret renting this condo. I plan to book it on my next trip to PCB.

Perfect location!

This property is within walking distance to Pier Park which offers great dining, entertainment and shopping. We barely got into our car the whole week. The bunk room was perfect for my kids (14 & 18). The guest bedroom was a good layout for my mom (70). The bed was on the high side for her but she was able to adjust. The guest bath had a grab bar that was perfect for her. The primary bedroom worked great for my husband and I. Lots of storage. I loved the closet and the light is motion sensitive which made going in to grab things easy. The balcony chairs were wonderful. Everyone had ease getting on and off. The couch was wonderful for lounging and watching tv. The kitchen was well stocked. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and found most of the baking items I needed. I could have used more serving ware but it would be fine for a regular beach vacation. The pool closes when the temperature drops into the 40’s but promptly reopens when the temp raises. There isn’t a hot tub. The beach was great. No beach chairs already on the beach since it was November but there were enough chairs in the condo for us to use. We use a lot of towels as a family. I would recommend if you are like us that you bring some extras. Bring your own beach towels of course. Overall, I highly recommend this property. Brenda communicates wonderfully and quickly.
