From the moment I booked the condo until we checked out Joe was very quick to respond to any questions and constantly provided useful information before and during our trip. The condo was perfect! Exceptionally clean and stocked with anything we needed. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

A perfect stay with absolutely no problems. The condo was clean, washer and dryer is always a plus! The best views, a great pool, can walk right to Pier Park for everything. The food downstairs was honestly the best..definitely try their tacos and nachos! Joe responds quick. I 100% recommend staying here.

Imagine drinking a Calypso while watching the sunset at the Calypso. Sounds corny but I didn't have to imagine it. This place is outstanding. The amenities are exceptional. The unit had all the accoutrements and the host over delivered. I don't have one negative. Just Pay attention because traversing between the towers through the third floor of the garage may take some time to get used to. Overall, this might be the best place to stay in PCB and I can't wait to come back.

Joe was amazing, great communication, helpful, and kind. Can’t say enough good about him and his place! It had everything we needed, great view, comfortable. & felt like home. Everything was amazing! Perfect view from the balcony, easy check-in, the entire place was spotless! The bed and even the sofa-bed were comfortable. Communication was great and the high-quality of everything from linens to furnishings made this a perfect stay!

This room/condo/resort was perfect!!! Literally from the room balcony you can see the beautiful beach, pier and even the shoppes at Pier Park. You couldn’t ask for a better location!! The room was very clean and inviting. It was also stocked with essentials in the bathroom, kitchen, and linen just in case you forgot a toothbrush, beach towel or cooler. Check in and check out was a breeze. Joe was very responsive and thorough with all information and hospitality. Overall everything was wonderful. I will be back with future bookings.

100% 5 stars. Everything was perfect! Room was amazing! If you forgot anything, Joe had you covered! Pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, sugar, laundry detergent, toothbrush about anything you could think of. Extra beach towels. Chairs and wagon for beach! He gave us recommendations for dining, always text back if we had a question. Pool was huge, hot tub was hot! Beach was wonderful. Code already set for door when arrived! Grocery store super close, walkable if you wanted too. Easy in and out, out of parking garage. We will definitely be back!

We booked this rental a year ago and have looked forward to this trip for the entire year. We were thrilled when walking into the unit to discover the pics are exactly as listed and the views are stunning! The unit offered everything we could possibly need to accommodate our “home away from home” for the week. We always struggle sleeping away from home and the master bed was so comfortable. The kids said the pullout and rollaway were equally comfy! We loved the balcony and resort amenities. The pool was fabulous and it was a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach. Pier Park being so close to the resort provided us with endless evening options for dinner and entertainment. Resort parking was easy to navigate and even though there are so many units in this tower, the elevator wait was never long and we never felt that it was overcrowded. There were always pool chairs and room on the beach. Joe was super responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future. Thanks for the memories, PCB!

This condo was great! We were a family of 4, two teens, and we were a little snug since we had to use the pull out couch for sleeping, but it worked well for our short stay. The pool is amazing, the views were amazing, and we NEVER waited for an elevator. We loved having the beach wagon and chairs. Not having to pack beach towels was also nice. The donuts in the little cafe on the first floor were SO good. Kids agreed they liked the view from this condo more than any other one we’ve stayed at and we’ve been coming down for 10 years. Easy walk to pier park. Joe was quick to respond to any communication.

As someone who has booked vacation condos for years, this one was stellar! And you won't find a more attentive host!From the moment we walked in, we could tell this wasn't your average rental. The condo was absolutely spotless and smelled amazing. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. I have a small cleaning business and pay attention to every corner, and the cleaning crew of this condo even has me beat---it was true perfection!The host has truly thought of everything. The beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, and quality beach towels provided was another huge plus.The location was wonderful. We loved being able to walk to Pier Park, restaurants, shops, and entertainment without having to fight traffic or search for parking. Everything was right there, yet the condo itself still felt peaceful and relaxing. While the condo door is very conveniently located in the elevator lobby, you can't hear them from inside. The elevators were also incredibly fast with minimal to no waiting. The balcony was one of our favorite parts of the condo. The patio furniture wasn't the cheap plastic furniture you often find at beach rentals. It was sturdy, comfortable, and well-made, creating the perfect spot for our morning breakfast.You will not be disappointed by this condo--as a matter of fact the photos don't do it justice. Its even better in person!
