Breckenridge, Tiger Run Resort, cozy mountain cabin.

Our mountain chalet is situated on a quiet street within Tiger Run Resort, a family-friendly gated community with resort amenities. It is cozy, clean and comfortable. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped. We have a full-length covered deck with a gas grill and a large back decks with a picnic table, great for enjoying meals outside! The living area, and bedroom have TV's with cable service, and 2 have DVD players. We have Comcast high speed internet. There are 2 parking spots on the driveway. Laundry facilities are located in the clubhouse, which also has a pool, 2 hot tubs, locker room/shower facilities, games room, and an office/reading room. There are also tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and a playground.

Paved bike paths are just across hwy 9. You can bike to Breckenridge Frisco, Keystone and even Vail. For hikers, the Colorado Trail is a 2 min walk. Kayak, paddle board and boat rentals are available at the Frisco marina. Theatre, concerts, art festivals, farmers markets are also popular summer attractions. Take advantage of free public transit throughout Summit County (Breckenridge - Frisco - Copper). The bus stops on Hwy 9 in front of Tiger Run.

We are surrounded by 5 great ski resorts Breckenridge (4 miles), Keystone (10 miles), A-Basin (15 miles) Copper Mountain (15 miles) and Vail (34 miles).

Week stay at Tiger Run Resort

Very cute place in a RV Park. The scenery was beautiful and it was really private. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

It was perfect and exactly what I expected it to be. It was easy to get to. I loved that we were right in town, but just a short drive to town to explore. So much to do right around our chalet! We will be booking again! Caroline was great, I appreciated that she checked in on us a couple days into our stay! Can’t wait to go back!

Cabin close to Breck

We enjoyed a full week in this cleverly designed well appointed cabin inmitten a gated beautiful RV park. It offered plenty of storage space, the large fridge was a big plus and unfortunately it was too cold to make use of the outdoor space which looked quite inviting. There were 3(!) TV‘s. Our host was an excellent and responsive communicator. The location is convenient, right off Rt9 close to Breck, with hiking trails right in the backyard. The on site clubhouse is a comfortable space, offering gym, pool, hot tubs, laundry facilities, gaming room and gathering spaces with very helpful and friendly staff.

Perfect stay!

Absolutely perfect cabin. Cute location. Perfectly set up with everything you would need. Excellently maintained and furnished. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Property manager is so thoughtful and attentive! Highly recommend this cabin!!

Perfection in Breckenridge

Location is prime, just outside of downtown Breckenridge. Well stocked, exceptionally clean and quaint! Property owner very communicative and easily reachable.

My wife and I have stayed at Tiger Run for the last 6 years . this cabin and owner were by far the best experience ever . the cabin is as describe and the owners could not of been nicer people who truly cared about our positive experience.

Family getaway

We have been isolating since March due to Covid and wanted to getaway. This cabin was perfect. We went for a walk down to the river everyday; the kids loved the pool; we hiked up into the national forest; and then once a day we drove into Breckenridge to do something (ride up the gondola, walk down main, eat lunch). Perfect getaway

Like a family

What a great little cabin. We didn’t get to stay long enough but this has everything you would need for a mountain getaway. The property is as neat and clean as can be. The communication on reservations and making sure we were good was excellent!

Great spot to use your EpicPass!

Very responsive owner of a perfect little place close to 3 major Vail resorts (4 including Beaver Creek, it's just a little further away than Vail). Breck is closest. We got a ton of snow while we were here and the owner made sure we could still get out and enjoy it. The cabin was very clean and had a few board games for my son and me to play after skiing. We'd stay again for sure.

Hidden Gem

My family and I were very pleased with the cabin. It was big enough to accommodate my family of 4. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Owner has great communication, and kept checking on us before, during and after or stay. The bathroom is small, but we had no issue. My boys loved the loft. They did have to move around on their knees, but it was no issue for my 6 and 9 year old. The clubhouse was clean and offered plenty of entertainment. Will definitely book again when traveling back to Breck!

Second time staying

This is our second time to rent this property. We enjoy staying here for the following reasons: We like walking around Tiger Run in the evenings. It is relaxing to swing on the deck while reading or looking at the mountains. We are flatlanders. My wife enjoys access to the many hiking trails directly connected to the resort. The property shows no wear and tear from our stay one year ago. The owner has been very responsive to any questions. We like riding our bikes to Breckenridge. We stay in late summer/early fall.

A perfect stay at Tiger Run

This is a great place to stay while visiting Frisco and Breckenridge. The owner was super helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The place was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed hiking and biking on nearby trails. Thank you again for sharing our cabin with our family.

Tiger Run

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was plenty spacious for the four of us. Amenities were great for the kids. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Best VRBO experience!

This cabin was the best VRBO/HomeAway stay I have had for many reasons. The owners use the place and have equipped it as their home. The beds are comfortable with good linens and new towels. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes and many useful spices and condiments. The appliances are all modern. The whole space is immaculate. The neighbors are friendly and the Tiger Run complex has a clean and useful rec centre. The free shuttle bus to 3 ski areas is a 10 minute walk away. The owners were communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Check-in was fast and efficient. The bathroom is small, but overall lots of space that would be comfortable for 3-4 people. I highly recommend this property.

Cozy cottage in a great location

This is a very cozy cottage in a really great location. The cottage is not big, perfect for 2 adults and possibly 1 or 2 young children. The loft is, I believe, 4 1/2 feet high, so an adult can't stand up there. Also, please note that loft doesn't have a full wall toward the living room, so if you have lights on in the living room, you will see those lights if you are in the loft. Same with sound. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is no dishwasher. There is a clubhouse in the development with an indoor pool and a hot tub. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Breckenridge ski area is 4 miles away. Keystone ski area is about 10 miles away. The town of Breckenridge has plenty of dining options.
