Beautiful family Pool heated to 85 degrees, Great residential Neighborhood! Short direct walk to Beach! Free WIFI Internet, Washer and Dryer, bathtub.

RATES: Rates are subject to change until booked and deposit paid. We require a 3 to 7 day minimum stay depending on time of year. Seven day rental periods begin and end on Saturday. Deposit payment is due at time of booking for each week or partial week booked. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The property is not reserved until full deposit is made.

Great Family Trip

This house was perfect for our family trip! It was close enough to the beach to walk and had more than enough amenities to make us comfortable. The pool was great for both adults and kids.

Awesome home and location

This place is great! The pool has a wading area for tiny tiles and is a short 4 mile Walk to the Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent home and location

This home is perfect for kids/grandkids. The shallow part of the pool is great for toddlers and there's also a deeper part of the pool. It's walking distance to the beach, and comes with beach toys and a wagon to haul them to the beach. This is our second time staying here. Great place!

Family pool & location

Perfect property with wading pool for our young grandkids. Quite neighborhood just a few blocks from the gulf beach and the trolley. Rate a 10 out of 10.

Loved the area and the beach - would love to go back.

We came down for a family vacation in February 2017, my enitire family of 7 had a great time. The house is set up perfectly for our 3 families, one bathroom for each of us, with plenty of room and beds for everyone. The beach was only 8 houses down the road and the pool was great for all the time we spent at the house. Would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to spend time in the beautiful area of Florida.

Super home

We have been visiting Clearwater beach for over 20 years and have finally found a gem. Really loved the location, the house, the furnishings, the decor and the quirky original features. As we had our baby granddaughter with us it was really handy to have the quaint highchair and the travel cot available. All the family loved the pool. We would definately visit again and recommend to others.

Ready for retirement!

Incredible place. Lovely, lovely, lovely...4 bedrooms, lots of privacy. Magnificent child friendly pool. Comfortable as can be. Huge inside. Really, really short walk to North beach....Very quiet neighborhood. Great yard front and back. You will love this place! We did. Came for our daughters college graduation and never wanted to leave.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a fantastic family vacation at Clearwater Beach Splendor. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. It is well kept, clean, had all the amenities needed and a nice location (easy walk to the beach & trolley to downtown). The house layout was perfect for our group with two bedrooms on each end of the house separated by the main living spaces. The pool was fantastic! So nice for our young children - they loved it and could have spent all day in it. Being a vacation rental owner myself, I was very pleased with the appearance and management of this rental. My only, minor, suggestion would be to supply a small amount of laundry detergent as you ask for renters to wash all linens prior to departure. Again, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

FAMILY TRIP

My family of 2 couples, Grandma, and 4 grandkids (ages 6 - 2 months) stayed here this year. We had a great week. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, we particularly appreciated all the toys and the wagon to haul things to the beach . We spent a lot of time in the pool; it did need extra water added midweek, to make the waterfall work (as the yard service explained). We really liked the warm outside shower. The property was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed that the fourth bedroom (Murphy bed) was the entry point into the house. We had planned to have children in that room and the parents were uncomfortable with the outside access that couldn't be completely secured (in case a child awoke and opened the door). Otherwise, the house was well supplied and very functional. We were also surprised that we were asked to launder the sheets and towels before going to the airport. Having used all the beds, this was a lot of laundry.

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Our 2nd time renting this property. Would definitely consider returning again. Amazing area and wonderful home. Some improvements to the back yard made for more space to enjoy some time around the pool. Highly recommend.

Great house for 2 families

This house was perfect for our family of 5 our friends family of 4. We all fit very comfortably and there was more than enough room for us to move around. The pool was amazing for all the kids, ages ranging from 5-13. They spent hours swimming. The location of this house couldn’t have been more perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing Clearwater vacation! Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful Clearwater Beach

Excellent house layout and location. However, furniture is in need of replacement. Virtually with all seating, except at dining table, you sink way in due to the use it has incurred.

Excellent family trip

Fantastic house for a family meet up and mini reunion. Extremely well stocked kitchen which came in very handy for Thanksgiving. Lots of plates and silverware and containers for leftovers. Plenty of kids supplies - pack n play, high chair, sand toys, beach towels. Easy walk to both beach and the intercostal. Towels were very nice. Heated pool design great for kids too. Love the shallow end.

Wife's Birthday Stay

This was a FANTASTIC HOME! We stay at VRBOs whenever we go out of town and this one rates as one of the highest ever. This home was set up perfectly for our two families. Each family had the own wing of the house (2 bedrooms each wing). The location to the beach was just a very short walk, but the pool was so nice, that' where we spent most our time. The outside grill is the best I've ever used. This was set up so nice for us and very easy to start and use. The owners are very pleasant. If I had a question, they normally got with me with in the hour or shortly afterwards. I would highly recommend this home, WE WILL BE BACK. Thank you for sharing such a nice home with us.

Large, spacious and gracious 4 bedroom home located on North Beach - the quieter more residential area of Clearwater Beach but only 2 short blocks from beach access. Perfect home for families, friends or gatherings. The home was stocked with all the items you need for the beach to include beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon to tote it all down there for you. The pool in the back yard is inviting and refreshing after a day in the sun. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with upscale cutlery, pots, pans, etc you may need. A big shout out to the home owners ~ we would definitely recommend!!

Perfect in every way

We had such a great time, we all slept well in the comfy beds. And this place has everything you could need, we traveled with a 6 month old and it has everything-high chair, pack and play, fully equipped kitchen. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely return! Short trip to downtown, and steps from a nearly private beach! Perfect weekend!!

We loved our stay!

We couldn’t have had a nicer stay. It was perfect for our family. We loved the layout of the house. The pool was amazing and the beach was a short walk from the house. The kitchen was also well stocked, the best I’ve ever seen! We will be back again!😀

Just perfect!

The house is fantastic- loved the courtyard layout with the split bedrooms and three full baths, which offered privacy for all. Enjoyed the open kitchen and family room and found everything to be fully stocked. Location is definitely quiet- more neighborhoody- with an easy walk (two to three blocks) to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Have to drive to restaurants and shopping. But our teenage kids liked having a real house with a private pool so close to the beach - albeit “far” from downtown and the action, which was an easy drive- about 5 to 10 minutes- with plenty of parking. And while the house and pool were great, property management and cleaning crew were fantastic. We requested to have the pool pumps/fountains turned off since they were a little loud and the maintenance guy was there within the hour. Also asked about a pump to blow up a big raft and he returned with it and blew it up for us- so nice! And although they couldn’t accommodate a late check out due to needing time for cleaning, they did allow us to sit on the pool deck so the kids could finish elearning for the day before hitting the road. Again- super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing house and stay!

This house was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and a lot of room for bigger groups! The pool area was perfect for small children with the gate. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Located just a few blocks away from the beach and within walking distance! We will definitely go back!

Nice vacation home

This property is very nice and secluded from Pier 60. A short walk to the beach and close to fishing. Overall, my experience was good and most important made memories with my family.

When we started looking for a property we fell in love with the North Clearwater Beach area. The people are friendly and it is wonderful being so close to the The Best Beach on the Gulf of Mexico and to the Inter-coastal Waterway. It is convenient and inexpensive to fly in and out of the Tampa Bay airport. Our four bedroom pool home is a great place for a family vacation!
