This newly renovated first floor condo is your perfect vacation oasis. This property is very well situated in a gated community. We are located only 3.5 miles from the beach (Clearwater Beach - voted most beautiful beach in the USA in 2016). Several restaurants, a shopping center and a supermarket (Publix) are located within a close walking distance. A public bus is availlable in front, taking you to all nearby attractions. Several golf courses are nearby (5 minute drive) as well as the Pinellas Trail for those who enjoy walking, running and biking.

This 1 bedroom condo is your home away from home. With cozy bamboo flooring and fully furnished, all you have to do is walk in and enjoy. Situated in a gated community, this property offers a heated pool, fitness centre and clubhouse just steps away. Located on the ground floor, this unit offers easy access as well as a lovely patio.

Great place to stay

The condo was spacious and well equipped. It was very easy to contact our landlord for any questions we had and he was so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Clearwater.

Pleasant stay in Clearwater

Very clean property in a very nice condominium complex. One bedroom unit with a covered patio with screen to keep bugs away. Nice restaurant right next door. Beach is a 5 minute drive again. Would definitely go there again

Just right!

Robert was an excellent host, responsive to the max with a TV glitch. Property was very clean, well decorated, and thoughtfully appointed. Highly recommend it!

Great Location

We are golfers so the location in Clearwater was close to several golf courses. However, if we wanted to go to the beach to visit the many restaurants and see the sun sets, it was only minutes away. Condo as described and bed very comfortable. Would recommend.

Great property to stay at.

I travel for work and booked this condo for about a month and half. Pictures are true to what’s posted. Easy check in and out. The owner is always available to answer any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.

Amazing!

A great place to stay! We are very particular about where we stay and this place was top notch! Extremely clean and had everything you would need, even beach chairs and umbrella for beach trips! Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Close to nearby beaches, stores and restaurants. Our host Robert was wonderful. Called upon our arrival to make sure everything was sufficient and to let us know if we needed anything to let him know. Loved our stay, we shall return next year!!

Summer internship

My daughter was in Clearwater for a summer internship, this rental was perfect. Great location, very safe, which was important to us , since she was here by herself all summer, and only a few minutes from her work, and the beach. Robert was a great host, very attentive and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Nice condo unit and location

The condo was great. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Robert was a great host and addressed all questions quickly. There was an issue with the WiFi connection that Robert came to help us with on a Sunday evening and he resolved the problem. For us the added bonus was the grade school across the parking lot. Each morning while having breakfast we could see and listen to the kids performing the necessary tasks for gym class. Very cute!

Great place

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was just as pictured. Robert was a wonderful host. He checked with us when we got there and responded quickly when we needed him. The pool was wonderful. Too bad the clubhouse was closed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

A perfect Clearwater getaway!

This large, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor condo was the perfect place to hang our hat for 6 weeks in Spring 2019. Excellent and quick communication with the owner, who happily answered all of our queries in a friendly, accurate manner. We were thrilled to arrive to a super clean unit and keypad entrance (no worrying who had the keys) and pleased to see the pictures accurately reflected the condo -in fact, it was even nicer in person. Super well stocked kitchen, ready for a quick meal or a gourmet dish, including plenty of dishes, mugs, pots/pans, cutlery, sharp knives, bowls, food storage, etc. Quality linens and towels, including beach items such as towels, cooler, chairs, etc. A cozy patio for morning coffee or dinner al fresco and the large TV with extensive cable channels were perfect for relaxing after a day at the pool or Clearwater Beach (only 5km away). The grocery , liquor and dollar store right across street were super handy and Abe Pub, right next door, was ideal for a few drinks or dinner out. The unit more than easily accommodates a couple, or a couple with 1 child who will love the pull out single bed. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful, well equiped, safe condo in Clearwater

Outstanding condo in the heart of Clearwater. Gated complex was close to attractions, beaches, and restaurants. Unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. All amenities were in good operating order. Owner contacted us upon our arrival to make sure that everything was OK. Would highly recommend

Robert was the best host! The condo was beyond beautiful and had everything you could need! Only a $10 Uber ride to the beach and a 10-second walk to the pool! I had a wonderful time at this condo!

Gated secure accommodations.

I find the Avalon gated -complex to be very secure and comfortable. Owner Robert was very responsive and suggested that I call with any questions or concerns. This year I chose a ground level condo rather than a second story. Good news, didn't have to tout luggage up a flight. Bad news was feeling less secure and it seemed that fine dust from the parking area seeped into the condo and found it's way to the hard-surface floors. An advantage of being on the 2nd floor is less dust and the option for a unit which overlooks the pool and better scenery than a parking lot. I also found there to be people and plumbing noise more prevalent living under another unit. The condo was located on the south side of the complex adjacent to a school playground which was noisy much of the week. Noise did not bother me as I'm a retired teacher and I DID NOT have playground duty! I found the condo to be clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed. It was appreciated that Robert allowed me to use his mailbox. All appliances were in good working condition. Robert had cleaned out pantry, fridge, dressers, and closets so there was ample room for my things. I would recommend the Avalon Complex to anyone looking for quality safe accommodations in an area close to beaches and close proximity to all the fun Florida has to offer. One thing that would make Avalon even better is more attention to landscaping and hiding maintenance pipes and air condensers with shrubs and mulch. Although there is underground watering system that runs on schedule, grass and bushes look pretty stressed. Perhaps the hurricanes and extreme temps played a part this year in the health of landscaping. Thanks again to Robert for his personal touch and intent to stay in touch and make my stay very comfortable.

Beautiful Condo with Everyhing you Need !

We stayed here for 3 months while moving to Clearwater, FL. The condo has everything you need and more. Close to the beach and with so many amenities we felt right at home especially with how clean it was as well. I’d recommend staying here again to anyone looking for a turn key solution when on vacation or pleasure. - Pete

Great Place

We enjoyed our condo and its amenities! The pool had an oily film on top due to all the suntan lotions being used! That said,it was the hottest winter in Florida since 1932 so the pool was in high use!

Fabulous condo

Excellent location, excellent owner. Robert made the experience so easy, we received all the information we needed before arrival (directions, instructions, regulations etc...) it was very reassuring. The condo is very well furnished, all we needed was there even beach chairs and an umbrella . The queen size bed is comfortable and the condo is well furnished without being cluttered. Clearwater beach is Florida's most beautiful beach with its white sand and the clear water . We tried Abe's restaurant just a walk from the condo and the experience was delicious. All good thing to say about our holiday, we have great memories.
