Beautifully Updated Madeira Bay Resort Unit 401 - Steps from Sand and Fun!


This is a newly remodeled unit with lovely wood tile throughout kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a double balcony and sliding doors for waterfront decor and breezes. You can eat your meals staring at the boats coming in from the Boca Ciega Bay. It is just steps to the beach and famous Johns Pass that is filled with fun for the whole family including restaurants, shopping, bars, icecream, and even fishing and dolphin tours. Come and relax. Live the beach life in comfort and style!

There is a Pool, Hot Tub, Spa (at guests cost), and Exercise Room on the property for your use. There is so much to do around the area for couples, families, and friends alike. There is a designated crosswalk to get to the beach for guests safety and convenience. Enjoy the sunshine and water and com on out of the cold!

If would like to travel with your boat, boat slip rentals are available at the marina next door! Here is the contact number to set this up separate from your condo rental:

It is a very nice place. The pull out couch mattress was lacking. It was not comfortable at all. It needed: more dish towels and soft hand soap. It was not clear per the advertisement that it was only a one bedroom.

Perfect Views

The condo was exactly what we had desired for our mini vacay. The place was clean, offered beach towels, chairs and kitchen had the items needed for our stay. The view of the water way was perfect. We had a firework show from our balcony. I actually prefer this view over the beach view especially at night. You see all the twinkling lights and boats coming back to dock. The condo is across the street from the beach entrance and a short walk to John Pass. I just could not be more delighted with the Condo. To my surprise, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I do not like firm mattress so I tend to not sleep well during my vacations. I was so happy to have a good nights rest. You do not hear noise from through the walls from the other Condo's. I will definitely book the condo again.

Great location and view!

The property was just as advertised. The check in process was easy and getting the parking pass was simple. It was clean, well stocked with dishes and the view was spectacular. The beach access was right across the street and easy to get to. The location being so close to St. John’s Pass and all of the restaurants and shops. I did not use the pool as the beach was so close. I will stay here again and highly recommend it!

Not great, but nice.

My wife and I were here for 3 wks in February. The view out the balcony was great. Hoped to catch a few dolphin in the bay, but it wasn't meant to be I guess. We saw quite a few at John's Pass though. Overall condition isn't as great as portrayed on the website. It lacked cupboard space. We had to store most of our food on the counter. The patio screens need attention. You couldn't open them to easily go out to enjoy the best attribute of the unit, the view. The toilet handle broke and I had to run to the hardware store to get a replacement. The toilet needs to be upgraded. It's too low for older folks. We are looking for a place more suited for a long stay. Overall I think it was priced for its location, which is perfect, we just needed more room.

Amazing

Very convenient as it was a walk right across from the beach , many restaurants are walking distance. The host was very well at communicating! I highly recommend this listing!

Great Location

Great location on Mad Beach, located on an inlet with a nice view and right across the street from the beach. A quick walk (with lighted crosswalk) across golf Blvd and public beach access directly across from property. It is also a block from lots of restaurants and shops at John’s Pass. Comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom and spacious condo. Loved the little touches like beach chairs, beach towels, radio, games, books, sunscreen and ziplocks (not sure if they were left by previous guest or always there). Easy digital check in with stopping by the desk for parking pass. The pool is small and in a parking lot with a two story restaurant that looks down on the pool, so passed on that. The only complaint we had was the tub/shower combo had chips and old anti slip stickers and an uneven bottom that caused water to pool and gunk to come out from under them. But overall a great stay at an awesome location and good hosts. Would recommend to friends but would love to see the tub bottom fixed for the cost of stay.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the condo. Beach was easy to access. Bathtub faucet leaked water but we notified owners and hope they will fix soon.

Perfect retreat from Indiana in February!

We were looking for a retreat from our Indiana winter's and this place was perfect! Loved the view from the bay and beach was just a short walk across the street. You feel very welcomed from all the local businesses in John Pass, we walked there sometimes twice a day for lunch, dinner, shopping and to enjoy some refreshing drinks and local music! Loved our stay in February 2022!

Perfect location!

Can't beat the location. Easy access to Madeira beach right across the street. Also a block away from 7/11. A 5 minute drive to Publix. But even better is the short walk, about a block, to John's Pass. You can find great restaurants, pubs, music, souvenirs, and tours. Being able to walk there via the sidewalk, or the beach is awesome. I gave check in process just 4 stars as there is no signage as to how to enter the building. We arrived at 11pm and it was a little stressful after a long flight. Once we found the entrance all was well. We found the unit to be spotless, with all the comforts of home. The unit has a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. Having the beach chairs, towels, and cooler for the beach was awesome! In addition, it was one of the quietest places we have stayed. We didn't hear any neighbors next door or in the hallway. I would recommend a few hooks installed in the bathroom for robes, bathing suits, etc. And the sheets were not very comfortable. I think they were micro-fiber. If I would have known, I would have brought some cotton sheets. (Just an FYI, If you're not a fan of micro-fiber) All in all, we would definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing Location/Views/Property/BED, sooo COMFY

Everything upon checking in, communication, cleanliness was OUTSTANDING. My husband & I LOVED it so much, we stayed on extra couple days. The owners made this so easy! Wonderful/comfy bed sheets. Bed & pillows. We had manatee & dolphins right outside our balcony. Beautiful, very cozy! Would DEFINITELY come again. Awesome hosts/owners Very friendly & helpful. Beautiful condo w/beautiful view! (Beach chairs, cooler & washing machine/dryer were one of the MANY PLUSES to this beautiful condo) Great location as well, walking distance to EVERYTHING. Love this location.

Perfect location, quiet, corner unit! Right across from the beach and on the marina It’s updated, clean, convenient, walking distance to just about anything you need. Highly recommend and will come back!

Perfect in every way

Great communication by the property owners, easy no hassle Covid check in ( code to open door via email) location in Madeira Beach perfect, amazing bay views from deck, walk directly across street to amazing Gulf beach, beach chairs & towels for your stay The condo is 5 Star perfect, last unit on floor, great privacy & quiet Amazing space, photos do not do it justice, easy walk to John’s Pass and numerous shops & restaurants Overall it was a 10, perfect experience

We have updated the unit with a beautiful backsplash, 65 inch T.V in the living room, new curtains and spotlights to luminate your experience. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we enjoy eating our meals with the beach breeze blowing through the unit while we sip on our tea. The unit is spacious and clean with plenty for the whole family to enjoy. Its in more secluded area of the building, so whether you want a honeymoon experience, or just time with family and friends, this place has all your expectations rolled up in one!
