Family-friendly sleeps 8+, @ shuttle stop, with garage, 1/2 mile from Main St.

Our warm, spacious, and comfortable condo is perfect for staying in with friends and family, but a glance out the bright windows in every room will draw you out to the breathtaking beauty right outside the door. Sit by the crackling gas fireplace after a day of outdoor play and enjoy one of our numerous board games, the large flat-screen tvs in the living room and bedrooms, our well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of toys and movies for the little ones. With over 1400 sq ft of living space as well as an enclosed garage space, you'll have plenty of room for all of your gear. You can easily walk downtown, or take the free ski shuttle that stops right outside the front door to the building.

When it's time to turn in, everyone will be comfortable. With two bedrooms on the first floor and a bunk room and bath on the upper level, everyone has privacy and plenty of room. On the main level you'll find a queen bed with en suite bath in the main-floor master bedroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is adjacent to the living room and a full bath.
The second floor boasts two bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full both with trundles. Upstairs also has a private bath with washer and dryer. Finally, we have a Pack N Play for our smallest guests.

Really well stocked and lots of room. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room. Location is very convenient to all the local shopping and the bus to Winter Park Ski Resort stops right in front of the condo. Excellent stay!

Great property!

A few of my friends and I went up here for the skiing and the property was great - very clean and well stocked and super comfortable. The hosts were very communicative about check in, overall 10/10 experience.

Fantastic Stay in Winter Park!

We had an excellent stay at this condo in Winter Park! The place was clean, tidy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a perfect mountain getaway. The location was great, making it easy to enjoy the slopes and nearby attractions. The host was responsive and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area!

Perfect for our family

We fell in love with the place! It had everything you could imagine to make a perfect family vacation. Board games, awesome selection of books, 3 bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo in great location!

The condo is really nice, with three bedrooms, an updated kitchen, a hot tub, and fireplace! Had some great spring skiing with my son and family. The bus comes right there, but we drove 5 minutes to the base and parked. Couldn’t be easier or more convenient. Hosts were great and check in/out was seam less. Overall an A!.

Spacious condo with view of mountains

The condo is large and comfortable. The kitchen was better stocked than any VRBO we have stayed at. It was easy to cook and eat meals here. The kids enjoyed the hot tub.

Wonderful Winter Park trip

We absolutely love staying at your place. It is the perfect location for us. It is so cozy and comfortable. The views are beautiful from the front deck. We love to cook and everything we need is provided in the kitchen. We would recommend this location to anyone visiting WInter Park.

Amazing Winter Park accommodation

This is the third time we have rented this condo and we love it every time. It is always clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked so all meals can be prepared with ease. The views are beautiful and it is a great location to town and the slopes. I highly recommend and will definitely return. Thanks so much for providing such a lovely place.

Super convenient spring break condo!

There were 7 of us staying at this very comfortable condo. It was easy for me to contact the owners when needed and they were very receptive. My kiddos enjoyed relaxing at the condo after skiing and playing wii and the fun board games. I would definitely try to get this condo next year! Thank you!

Nice Condo, good location

We had no issues at the condo. Everything was as described and we had a great stay. The condo itself could use some updating. It looks pretty much original from the 1970's. It's time for some new carpet and flooring etc and so forth. Everything was in working order though. Even the 1970's Norelco Coffee Maker...although it doesn't have an auto shut off, so I also suggest the owners spend $30 on a new Mr. Coffee so their clients don't burn the coffee in the pot like we almost did! ;-) Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyable & cozy

We enjoyed our stay. The lock was easy to access. It was also nice to be able to park the vehicle in the garage as it did snow every day we were there. The Lift stop site was steps from our building however we did not use it since they were advertising longer wait times due to lack of drivers. Despite food being expensive (which we expected), we ate 4 of the local restaurants and the food was amazing! We also cooked meals and had all the dishes necessary to make the meals. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. It was also nice to have a bench inside the front door with mats for boots to dry on. My only negative comment would be in regards to the mattresses. All the mattresses were extremely firm. I tossed and turned the first night and woke with a stiff and achy back. Firm mattresses are not for me. The rest of my family slept on them but I was quite comfy on the couch for the rest of the nights.

Good Choice!

My family spent 5 nights here during our Spring Break. The condo was very clean and well-stocked upon arrival. (One of the best stocked kitchens I've seen!) The location was very convenient to everything (restaurants, skiing, grocery, etc). We rode the Winter Park shuttle several times (picked up outside condo on the low side), but we found it more convenient just to drive our rental car to the base of Mary Jane (free parking) and parked there. (No problem if you arrive when the slopes first open, or soon thereafter.) The hot tub temperature was just right and the wifi worked well. If I had to find anything negative, it would be that I wish there was more than 1 tv and the condo decor was not updated but the pictures are very representative of that so we knew that before we booked it; easy to over look! We had an excellent meal at Smokehouse BBQ (#9 on Trip Advisor) and Deno's Mtn Bistro (#2 on Trip Advisor - make a reservation) and Rudi's Deli. Waited 90 minutes at Hernando's Pizza Pub (#1 on TripAdvisor), but probably would have liked Domino's better! (By the way, they do have call-ahead seating. Didn't find that out until we got there.) We went snowmobiling at Grand Adventures our last day. We did the 2 hour unguided tour. It was fine, but have had better. I am glad we did it though. Will book here again next time we come back!

Nice place to recuperate after the slopes

Although I gave very high ratings, I'm not writing a commercial. It is a VRBO in a tourist destination, so how much time do you really expect to spend in your condo? For a place to gather, bathe, dine and eat, then sleep, it is great. I prefer my kitchen larger, I prefer my bathrooms larger, but please review second sentence. I've probably stayed at 4-5 condos in Winter Park over the years. This one was the largest, and one of the closest to the shuttle busses.

Our two families are life-long friends and Colorado natives, and we realized one of the best ways for us to spend time enjoying our wonderful Colorado amenities together was to find a home-base for mountain excursions in Winter Park. We understand how taxing travel and holidays can be when traveling with large groups or with children, and have taken pride to provision our condo with all the amenities which make a vacation truly enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. We wish we could spend all of our free time adventuring out from the condo, but since we can't we hope you'll be able to enjoy the same benefits!
