"Casa de Palmas" is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the quieter side of the Pavilion development in downtown Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Walk to the beach and the best restaurants, shops, and galleries Vallarta has to offer. Designed for those who want to have it all, Casa de Palmas combines tasteful decor, 5-star amenities, and an excellent location to provide an unforgettable stay.

NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there may be a small amount of noise coming from the nearby bars.

Located at the end of the hallway on floor #2 of the Pavilion building, Casa de Palmas is private and tranquil. The attention to detail and the long list of amenities are the high points of this condo. Professionally decorated with ocean tones and Parota wood accents, this living space is easy on the eyes and comes with everything you could possibly want or need. In addition to all the expected amenities, this condo goes above and beyond with a Bose sound system (incl. subwoofer), a bar cart with cocktail mixing set (incl. ice bucket, shaker, and martini glasses), a cooler to take cold beverages to the pool or beach and plastic cups to drink them in! If you like to cook you'll also find an electric egg beater and a set of glass Pyrex food storage to keep your creations fresh throughout your stay.

A 300 MBPS fiber optic internet connection, (unheard of in Puerto Vallarta!) makes it a breeze for you to stay up-to-date with business back home or stream television shows on the TVs located in both the living area and bedroom. Included Netflix access and other Smart TV apps are at your disposal.

A fully-equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gas oven and stove, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster are at your disposal with seating for up to 4.

Other amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, telephone service to USA & Canada, safety deposit box (safe), iron and ironing board, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, pots, pans, all kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies, shampoo*, soap* and laundry soap*.

Common Amenities

The Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, a seating area, and indoor/outdoor cinema. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, jacuzzi, bar, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica.

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

The Neighborhood

The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the condo unit as well as on the balcony.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment, including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
