Enjoy your fantastic ocean view from a completely remodeled one bedroom studio in Los Muertos Beach's best location. The beach is right in front of the building and one of Vallarta's best restaurants is on the beach level and also services the beach loungers. The condo features all new A/C, double-paned windows, patio doors, counters, sinks, bath, appliances, furnishings, fabrics, and art for a colorful and sophisticated experience. The balcony affords terrific views of fully half of the Bay of Banderas and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon sunset. Within two blocks are literally everything you would need for a fantastic vacation including the beach and water sports, bars, restaurants, spa services, stores, bank, and convenience stores. The Zona Romantica is easily walkable and the taxi stand is right on the corner should you choose to go further. The rooftop features a beautiful pool and spectacular views of the entire bay, mountains, and city. Inside features include WIFI, cable tv, music system, full kitchen, dishes, glasses, & small appliances, nice linens, monogrammed towels, and all the comforts of home. The building has 24/7 door service and maid service six days per week.. There is a strict limit of two guests with no children under 15. The condo is strictly non-smoking except on the balcony. First, this was a total minute booking. In less than 24hrs I booked my flight and made the reservation. Jack was very quick to respond and made sure the property administrator was aware of my arrival. I was flying solo this trip and I never felt uncomfortable. There is 24/7 security and cameras everywhere. The condo was colorfully decorated and there wasn't one thing that was lacking. It was stocked with everything you would need and then some. It was clean and felt like home. There was a small patio with a view of the water, perfect for my morning tea. I've stayed in this condo complex before and love the location. Its within walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping and the Malecon. Of course, having the beach at your doorstep was a major plus, but if you dont feel like the sand the rooftop pool is beautiful and immaculate. If you need to unwind and escape reality, this is the place and I highly recommend it. They dont call it paradise for nothing!!

The best PV Stay

This condo is in the best location with the best beach and food choices in PV. The rooftop pool is amazing and both the owners and other renters are lovely. I will come back her for sure!

Comfortable and convenient place in great location

We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta dozens of times and staying at this condo at La Palapa has been one of our favorites. The condo itself was perfect for two of us and the staff at the building from the front desk to the maids were terrific. The location is the best and we can't wait to come back and book the same place!

Great anniversary stay

We had originally rented a different property and had trouble but found this unit was available. It made our stay so much better. What a great little unit!! Comfy, well appointed, and perfect for us!

Highly Recommend!

Well appointed apartment in a great location. Right on the beach and walking distance to pretty much everything in the Zona Romatica. Great AC and a balcony that overlooks the street, but with a view of the ocean as shown in the pictures on the website. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place!

Second time at 305 - love it all; the colours and decor, the well equipped kitchen, the balcony (where we can enjoy both the ocean view as well as Mexican street action), lovely firm King bed, great staff....the only tiny wish would be if we had Netflix to watch at the end of the day!

Great place in great building

Having stayed in a lot of places in Puerto Vallarta, this building, La Palapa, is my favorite. Perfect location on the beach. This unit is perfect for a couple. Great view, and has all the conveniences. Host was very helpful and good communications. Highly recommended!

Perfect Studio Apartment

This was a really perfect stay. The location cannot be beat. Right on the beach, by any restaurant, shopping, beach clubs, etc. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Great balcony to watch the waves and city. Front desk people are so kind and keep everything safe and secure for you. Pool was perfect to cool off. Great place for a couple.

Ideal Traditional Mexico Flavor

This is an ideal property for a couple, equipped with everything you could need to enjoy vacation. The rooftop pool was terrific, as was the La Palapa restaurant on the beach level. Also enjoyed El Dorado right next door, as well as their beach club service. Our housemaid, Norma, was especially sweet and always had a smile on her face.

Lovely Two Weeks in Paradise

Lovely way to spend 2 weeks in paradise. Location is the best for sunrises, sunsets, upscale restaurants or a seafood meal at local family operations tucked away in the many nooks and crannies of the Amapas area. Enjoyed the little extras included: the night light, light in the closet, beach bags, towels, and notepads for groceries. Bed was extremely comfortable since we prefer a firmer mattress. The bathroom was nicely appointed and the suite comfortable in its decoration and design. You always know a rental is great when you feel “at home” for the length of your stay.

BEST OF THE BEST LOCATIONS

We love PV and we love this location best of all. This studio is beautifully redone and still maintains all the charms of its colorful Mexican locale. It has a wonderful view of coast, mountains and city. It is well stocked with everything you might need, albeit sometimes not where you might expect, as the toilet plunger and extra toilet paper in the kitchen. It is central to the best that Zona Romantica has to offer (beaches, restaurants, clubs, etc.) so it is lively and noisy day and night, but it is well worth it for the location. I am handicapped and have trouble walking, but even I can get to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on foot. Everything that isn't walkable is only a $5 cab ride away. Also, we like the secrity of a 24-hr. doorman in the lobby, and the maid does a fantastic job of making everything sparkle. We only found one, maybe two, problems with this studio. Number one issue was the bed. We found it very uncomfortable, so much so that one of us slept on the sofa 5 of the 7 nights we were there. The other, far less of a problem, but still an issue for us, was the chairs on the balcony. We like to spend a lot of time taking in the scenery including people watching, (the reason we always rent a unit with a view) but the chairs here were not comfortable for any length of time. Both of these are the onlyreasons we would not book here again, but if those two items were remedied, we would rush to book for next season, when we will be coming down for nearly a month. These two issues are obviously personal to our situation and comfort level and may not affect others at all. Overall, this studio apartment is a wonderful option for a stay in lively yet relaxing Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing Place

We had the best time staying in this VRBO. Already talking about returning. It was spotless clean, comfortable, had ever little detail thought about, and was in the perfect location! Plus it was blazing hot while we busted and the AC kept us perfectly comfortable all weekend. Pool was perfect too!

Right on the beach, very busy area. Everything needed is walking distance. It only rained at night

Great place for 2 people, roof top pool is beautiful but can get busy at times and they shut it down one day due to cleaning but nice to sit and enjoy the busy ocean scene below. Condo was great, the nicest on the block and we loved it. Nice patio with ocean view on the side. Met residents who live in the same building and they were so Friendly and gave great tips about restaurants etc.

Wonderful Spot!

A really nicely appointed flat in an amazing location. So close to everything and great beach view. The large bed is super comfortable too. Highly recommended for a single traveler or a couple.

Location, location, location

As the title suggests, this is a fantastic location; right on the beach, walkable to wonderful restaurants, stores and the Malecon. No steep hills to climb unless by choice. Wonderful, helpful owners. The perfect rental for two or a solo traveler. Be sure to try Coco's Kitchen for breakfast/brunch, La Palapa, and for a romantic, gourmet dinner, Tintoque, next to the river downtown

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed Nov 19-24, 2020. The condo was perfect! So many amenities, not a detail overlooked and beautifully decorated. It is in the perfect location and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!
