Oceanfront Condo on Los Muertos Beach in Old Town P.V.

This one bedroom, one bath oceanfront condo unit is a breezy, sunny get-away for a couple or small family. Located on the fifth floor, this unit overlooks the Pacific Ocean, the Malecon (seaside boardwalk), and popular Los Muertos beach.

The sunny private terrace opens off the living room through double glass doors which can be latched open to allow the cooling sea breezes and sounds of the surf to waft through the unit. There is a flat screen TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure.

The kitchen has been updated with fun, custom-designed authentic Mexican tiles in keeping with the beautiful classic Mexican architecture of the building. It is fully equipped with all the standard large and small appliances, dishes, cookware, and linens as well as free bottled water.

The bathroom features a large authentic Mexican walk-in shower with handshower and bench. Big fluffy towels, wash cloths, and a hair dryer are also provided for your use.

The extra-large bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a twin-size daybed, and twin-size trundle bed. This is perfect for a small family as there is plenty of room for everyone! All linens are provided and extra bedding for the daybed is in the closet, if not already set out for you by the maid. There is a second flat screen TV in the bedroom.

Wi-fi is provided free of charge in the condo. There is a cabinet in the entry hall with books. Please feel free to take a book, or leave a book. An iron and ironing board are also available in the unit for your use.

It has the old-world Mexican charm blended with all the conveniences you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is at the southern end of the famous Malecon (boardwalk) and right next to Lazaro Cardenas Park. This offers an easy, well-lit, traffic-free oceanfront stroll to the downtown area where the arches, town square, and plenty of hustle & bustle are located. Our location is walking distance to of some of the most authentic restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and the finest art galleries. It is just a short walk down to the pier, where many daily water excursions depart. There is a restaurant and a pharmacy on the first floor of the building for your enjoyment. The pool is a private rooftop pool, away from the crowds and the vendors.

Plaza Mar is not a timeshare or a hotel. There is no walk-in traffic or large travel groups checking in at midnight. It is gated and private for your protection and to take you away from the entire outside world. There is a receptionist on-site 24 hours a day, a full-time building administrator, and a maintenance staff. Maid service is provided three days per week. In your unit you will have free bottled water, updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Plaza Mar is a peaceful retreat away from home with many year-round residents. This is not the place for 'spring breakers,' who would be happier downtown near the clubs or at one of the resorts out in the Hotel Zone. Come & enjoy.
